Located in Fairfield, Connecticut, The Pavilions at Penfield Beach are two (2) beautiful, beachfront event destinations with panoramic views of the Long Island Sound. Both our Penfield Pavilion, as well as our Jacky Durrell Pavilion, offer the ideal location for your celebration on the beach and each have their own distinct personality.

Penfield Pavilion, the larger of our two Pavilions, with its arched cathedral ceilings and clean, modern feel, is able to accommodate seated functions up to 180 guests, cocktail parties up to 300 guests. Our covered deck and unobstructed views of the water serve as the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony and transition nicely to a lively cocktail hour. Jacky Durrell Pavilion, the smaller of our two Pavilions, has a rustic style all its own. Warm whitewashed wood and sweetheart vaulted ceilings work harmoniously to create a warm, intimate atmosphere. The space itself accommodates up to 125 guests and features a wraparound deck for cocktails, mingling and breathtaking views of the beach and sound.

We book our Pavilions in six (6) hour increments: one (1) hour to set up, four (4) hours for your event and one (1) hour to breakdown/cleanup. Additional hours are able to be reserved a la carte (whether for setup, an onsite ceremony or perhaps a longer reception), based upon availability. The rental fee includes access to The Pavilion & Deck, use of our tables & chairs and an attendant that will both setup and breakdown our tables & chairs for you. We are also happy to provide a list of recommended vendors for your review; you are not required to use these vendors but they are a great guide to get you started!

Please note, we are taking Penfield Pavilion offline as of October 31, 2022 for a largescale remediation effort and do not have a reopening date confirmed. Whereas our Jacky Durrell Pavilion is open/available to be reserved mid-April through mid-October annually, we want to be transparent with all incoming requests.
