Wickham Park is located in Manchester, CT, just 10 minutes outside west of Hartford is also known as Manchester's Hidden Gem. Wickham Park is a garden venue that hosts outdoor weddings and other milestone special events. 280-acres of beautifully manicured gardens, woodlands, and ponds make this a marvelous setting for your ceremony or reception.
The Park is home to themed gardens, unique gazebos, fountains, ponds, and Wickham Park’s famous Moon Bridge. Two event spaces are available for weddings; The Cabin at Hilltop Garden and The Emerald Room of the Irish Garden. Both venues are stunning in their own way as backdrops for your wedding day.
Facilities and Capacity
The rustic, elegant Cabin at Hilltop Garden is an exquisite and beautifully mancured garden which features a rose garden, various plants and flowers, a gazebo, sitting areas and a large trellis that leads to the Amphitheater which provides an amazing panoramic view of the Hartford skyline. The cabin's outdoor marquee tent accommodates up to 150 guests.
The beautiful Emerald Room of the Irish Garden is perfect for intimate weddings, accommodating up to 98 guests beneath stunning cathedral ceilings. This stone building and private lounge are surrounded by the beauty of a half-acre Irish Garden, bordered by a 6-foot-high stone wall, Emerald bushes and wrought iron fencing.

Wickham Park hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as engagement parties, bridal showers, and elopements. This venue’s staff offers services to accommodate your needs and preferences on your wedding day. Your site fee includes setup and cleanup of your event along with the use of get-ready rooms, tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and parking. Additionally, this team offers event planning services and liability insurance to help your festivities to proceed seamlessly. Our event professionals will guide you through their list of excellent preferred vendors for your wedding catering and bartending needs.
We will also put you in touch with local hoteliers to provide accommodation and shuttle services for you and your guests. The peak season for this venue stretches from April through October, offering you a wide range of options to select from for your special day.

Beautiful Ceremony Space
It was an absolute pleasure working with Wickham Park, specifically Diana as she made the process very easy and was very responsive and helpful with any question. They set up the tent and number of chairs we needed.
