We cannot say enough good things about Carbone's and their team! From our first meeting to the final dish, they exceeded all our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still talking about how amazing the meal was (as am I)! They were so kind and accommodating with our dietary preferences (including several allergies, nuts, gluten, shellfish, etc.) and worked with us to create a custom menu that was perfect for our big day.

We had our wedding reception in the Sunroom in Carbone’s Prime. The experience exceeded our vision and would highly recommend you to have your wedding reception at Carbone’s if you want a dinner party styled reception! We chose the plated dinner and it was amazing, the servers were the sweetest and highly professional. Our reception was about 4 hours long and the level of organization and execution of every dish was outstanding – we could not have asked for a better run event for our wedding! Our guests are raving about the service and food. My one and only regret was that I was too full to eat everything! Luckily, we had some extras packed for us without asking and it was great being able to eat my wedding food for leftovers over the next days.
Beyond the service, our coordinator Mary-Beth at Carbone’s Prime was amazing from our initial inquiry of the space to the conclusion of our reception. Her communication was quick, and was always happy to help with any question or request. She helped us curate a menu, talk us through the options for our budget, décor set-up and made the planning stress-free. We had our wedding cake delivered to Carbone’s and after our cutting of the cake they served it to our guests and packaged the leftovers. Upon our arrival her greeting was genuine and we could tell she was genuinely enjoying our reception and went above & beyond ensuring we had a great evening. Thank you Mary-Beth and all our servers – we cannot thank you enough for hosting our wedding reception!

Carbone’s was truly such a pleasure to work with. Marybeth (the coordinator) made everything so seamless and I didn’t worry one bit on the day of my wedding. The food was incredible. Almost a year later and I still have people raving to me about how great the food was at our wedding. It truly was everything we could have asked for and more. I feel so lucky to have worked with such a great group of people. Carbone’s will forever be such a special part of our wedding day!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Carbone's Prime and their team! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding celebrations unforgettable. When we confirmed our booking, they included day-of coordination services in their quote which was VERY helpful. We hosted a welcome party for our out-of-town guests the night before at Carbone’s Prime, and the ambiance, food, and service were impeccable. For our wedding, the variety and quality of food was unmatched—from hand-passed hors d’oeuvres to the raw bar, and grazing tables (we added on the raw bar and the oysters and sushi stations were a bit of a splurge, but our guests couldn't stop raving about them). You HAVE to add the live pasta station — we did the cacio e pepe and it was a hit. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared — we seriously we had so many guests tell us this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. They also handled the bar service and let us curate three different signature cocktails that perfectly matched our theme and even provided a coffee/espresso bar that was a huge hit with our guests. If you couldn't tell, we're big foodies, so we also added on their late-night food truck with bites that were the perfect way to end the night! We are forever grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event!
