Jess is the best of the best! We had a Catholic ceremony at a small church that I grew up going to, with our reception to follow at The Riverhouse. I knew with so many moving parts it would be really helpful to have someone’s expertise and organization to assist us. That’s when we found JHevents, and all I can say is wow! From my first interaction with Jessica, I knew she would be the perfect addition to our day. Her calm composure, friendliness, attention to detail and kindness made all the difference not to mention all that they do! We hired Jess as our month of coordinator and we could not have been more thrilled that we did. While we were traveling to Connecticut from Michigan just days before our wedding, Jess was working hard on confirming all details with our vendors, tying the lose ends on our timeline, and truly making us feel like everything was under control. And then on the day of we got to enjoy every second! Everything was taken care of from set up to break down at the venue so we did not have to worry or stress about a thing. It went absolutely perfectly all thanks to Jess and her team. There are not enough words to express how amazing Jess and her team were with helping us plan our wedding! Even though we only used Jess for month of planning, she made sure we had all of our files way ahead of that time to get organized. Then, she completely took over for me! Her organization and attention to detail is impeccable and she makes sure nothing is forgotten. Each meeting was a breeze! I also cannot even begin to explain how amazing she, and her assistant Alicia, were the day of. Jess and Alicia knew exactly what to do, where everything went, and led the day with ease. I commented to Jess at the end of the night that I was not even sure if anything had gone wrong or if there had been any challenges because she never even had to ask me any questions through the whole day and everything was perfect! Not to mention that she set everything up exactly as we had described and also put everything away for us before the night was over. She was truly the most amazing planner and we were so grateful to have her guiding us throughout the day! Do not hesitate at all to book with this amazing company! Jessica and her team are incredible to work with! We had a big wedding at a private residence, which required a ton of planning with endless details. Jessica was on top of everything and made the process so much easier. She is super outgoing and a joy to work with. Hiring Jess and her team as our month-of/day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and that’s in no small part thanks to them. Jess had an answer for every question before we even had to ask, and handled everything with such calm, confident professionalism. She truly made my dreams come true—and I have no idea how I would’ve done it without her. Her team is just as incredible: organized, attentive, and absolutely on top of every detail. They are the definition of wedding day magic.

Jessica did an amazing job tying our wedding together! She was an excellent communicator with us leading up to the event, consistently keeping up with our emails, Zoom calls and text messages/phone calls. Jessica was level headed and decisive, yet soft with us as we navigated through the intricate wedding process. We had a unique wedding (very authentic/creative) and Jess was so patient with every single detail. On the wedding day, she came with two extra helpers who truly went above and beyond. My family and close friends raved at how organized and well executed the wedding was and a large part of that goes to Jess. We look forward to staying connected with Jess. We would recommend Jess to anyone who needs her services!

JHevents provided month-of-coordination for our wedding in May. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She shared our vision for our wedding from day one, helped us create a very detailed plan to bring it to life, and kept track of so many details along the way.
She and her team expertly made sure our day went as smoothly as possible, so that we could just enjoy ourselves! We had a few unexpected hiccups and they navigated them perfectly. She seemed to be in multiple places at once, coordinating not only myself, my husband, and family members, but venue staff and our multitude of vendors as well.

Jess and her team are amazing! I'm super type A, and while I planned the wedding myself, I knew I needed a day of coordinator there so that I could actually let go and enjoy the day. Jess and her team were all over it, and it really gave me a sense of comfort on the day. Jess also made herself available in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding to answer my questions, which I really appreciated it. The wedding day went great and I couldn't recommend Jess more highly!

She handled the logistical complexities of our venue w/ grace & efficiency.

Jess was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. We were very unfamiliar with the wedding process and were grateful to have Jess and her team guide us along the way. We love that she was informative when we asked questions and always made us confident in our choices. On the day of our wedding, her team did a great job coordinating with vendors and overall making sure the wedding went smoothly. JH Events is amazing and I highly recommend. From day one I worked with Jessica and she got started right away. I hired her for day of coordinating, but her and her team truly went above and beyond! Through the entire process if I had questions she was right there to answer them. Liz and Arianna were onsite the day of the wedding. We got married offsite and when we got there I couldn’t have been more happy! They did an amazing job setting up the venue just as I had pictured it. It was stunning! And they were on top of everything all night, making sure we stayed on schedule, and making sure my fiancé and I always had everything we needed. I would recommend JH Events over and over again!
