As a wedding photographer and videographer, I had the pleasure of working with Megan and her team at a recent wedding, and it was a seamless experience! From the very first emails and pre-wedding meetings, to the wedding day itself, Megan was so wonderful to work with. Her calm, caring, and professional presence makes everyone around her (vendors, the couple, & guests) feel at ease.
She’s incredibly organized, with excellent communication from the start. On the wedding day, she produced a successful event with grace and precision, keeping the day flowing effortlessly while still being warm, kind, and attentive to everyone’s needs (even going as far as nailing down a loose floorboard on the dance floor in the middle of the reception!)

As a wedding vendor, I could not thank her enough for the beauty she created from what would've been a stressful weather situation. There is NO WAY this day would've been pulled off and so BEAUTIFULLY without her leadership. What impressed me most was how she handled this completely unexpected weather situation (hello Connecticut weather.) She arranged safe transportation for guests, advised vendors on the fly, and seamlessly transitioned the entire celebration indoors. Because of her quick thinking and leadership, everything stayed on time and the day was still absolutely stunning. From my perspective behind the camera, that kind of coordination makes all the difference. She not only protected the couple’s vision but also created a stress-free environment where everyone could do their best work. I can’t recommend her enough to couples or fellow vendors — she is truly the person you want on your team!

I knew I needed a Coordinator for my wedding, and I stumbled upon Wedding Concierge and I could not imagine my wedding day without Megan. She is so beyond amazing, kind hearted, patient, and intelligent. She truly knows what she’s doing and executes so so so well. My wedding took place on the water under a tent, but the ceremony was supposed to be outdoors. The wind had other plans and Megan made sure the backup plan was just as amazing as the original plan. I still get comments and compliments about how smoothly and effortlessly the entire wedding day went off, all thanks to Megan & her wildly talented team!

All of our meetings were productive and efficient, I always left feeling like we were making progress.
