Quaking was amazing to say the least. She stayed in contact with all my vendors. She was very active the day of my wedding and she exceeded all of my expectations!!!

We have only just begun with Qualina, only I’m sure everything will be just fine. She is okay with working within our budget and our small guest list.
I am excited to see how things will come together.
She gave us an excellent price for all that she will be doing for us.
I will update the quality of service when we are under way more into the planning process.

I would never hire or recommend this coordinator. I tried multiple times to set up a phone call to simply discuss the day-of-services after she offered to do so for me. I had already paid the deposit and hired her at this point. She would leave my emails left unresponded to for weeks. We FINALLY had something set up and she cancelled on me 15 minutes before (to which I was understanding), but she never got back to me about rescheduling. I just couldn’t trust her to show up on the day of. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she was extremely unreliable and was always apologizing for her “delayed responses.” I politely requested a refund for my deposit because she did not provide me any services and in fact made me more stressed out because I felt like she was being deceptive.
