Where do I even begin. Not only is Raquel exceptional at her job, she's just an amazing person. Raquel was recommended to us as a day of coordinator by our photographer and upon first meeting her, I was instantly impressed. She made me and my now husband feel like we could truly trust her with one of the most important days of our lives. Raquel is extremely organized, asks vendors all the questions you don't think to ask, and is always a text away. We met with her each month for a check-in starting a few months out from the wedding which was so helpful with knowing what to do next and staying on track. She also came to our tastings with us as well as a tour of our venue. On our wedding date, we were scheduled to have a Nor'easter. Raquel helped keep everyone in my family calm, reached out to vendors to confirm we were all set without me even asking, answered texts from both my mom and mother in law directly and always offered reassurance. She kept us in our little bubble the week before, which is so thoughtful. She also created separate, detailed timelines for us, vendors, and our bridal party so everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, she was there whenever either of us needed her - whether it was using eyelash glue to make sure my necklace didn't move, setting up our decor at the church and reception, getting on the floor to bustle my dress, helping my husband's grandmother get into her wheelchair, putting boutonnieres on the guys, getting behind the scenes pics, giving our bridal party a pep talk or making sure we ate and drank - she is simply the best. She communicated with every vendor day of and weeks (even months) before the wedding, so we were fully able to enjoy the day. She had worked with/knew most of our other vendors as well which was great. At the end of the night, we were so sad to part ways with her! All of our guests and family now love Raquel just as much as we do! If there is one thing you decide to invest in for your wedding, please let it be Raquel!! She is more than worth it. We love you, Raquel!!

Raquel is a rare gem in the wedding industry, where you genuinely feel you are getting the best possible service at an incredibly reasonable price. I am not sure how we would have made it through this process without her intense level of care, attention to detail, and wealth of experience. We just got married on Nov 1st and the day/night was absolutely seamless thanks to RS Event Co. Everything went perfectly and it was truly one of the most wonderful days of my life. When I first started planning our wedding I didn’t think I would need a day-of wedding coordinator- until the months got closer and I realized how much work would actually go into making the day flow the way I envisioned it. We had heard of Raquel through a family friend, so I decided to give her a call. Raquel was personable, proactive and thought of everything I never even thought to consider. She helped us maneuver the months leading to our special day, checking in often and answering every random text. Whatever hiccups there might have been the day-of my husband and I didn’t notice because she was on top of even the smallest detail. We adored working with Raquel and her team. Our wedding was an absolute blast, which I owe to RS Event Co ensuring our vision was exactly what we wanted it to be. My only regret is not calling her sooner!!!!!!

From the moment my (now) husband and I met Raquel, we knew she was the right person to help us make our dream wedding happen.

She is extremely responsive (near instant text replies!! I could never!), open minded and willing to brainstorm, but also an important (yet patient) force in guiding important decision making and keep everyone on task / deadline.

Best of all? Raquel is such a wonderful human being, that over the course of the year we became genuine friends. She CARES, and I think that's one of the most incredible things about her (aside from the very obvious talent she has for planning and coordinating weddings).

Hotel was very attractive to all my friends always available for me and worked your tail off before during an after our event. I would highly recommend for any of your event needs.

Hiring Raquel was truly the best decision we made (and the best money we spent on our entire wedding). She went above and beyond at every step of the wedding planning process and exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt our wedding day would not have been as seamless and stress free if it were not for Raquel and her expert planning and coordination. Not only did Raquel keep us on track (especially important given we were terrible procrastinators), she is a kind, fun person and was a joy to work with. Sometimes I think we might not have had a wedding if it were not for Raquel--one thing is for sure, it definitely would not have been as perfect a day. Obviously, I cannot recommend her services enough!

I highly recommend Raquel and the RS Event Co team! As a wedding vendor myself I appreciate the attention to detail, both leading up the wedding day, day of and after. Raquel went above and beyond making sure that not only the couple and guests had everything they needed but she also took care of the vendor team too. Raquel was always there before I even needed to ask and I appreciate her quick thinking and willingness to offer help for anything (including holding umbrellas!) I will continue to recommend Raquel to my future couples and hope to work alongside her again in the future!

Raquel was absolutely amazing and gave me such peace of mind on the day of my wedding. She handled all of the cocktail hour setup while overseeing the reception set up. She was the point of contact the day of for all my vendors and made sure everything went smoothly. She was so communicative and had an incredible attention to detail on everything from the initial meetings we had, to the follow up meetings with all of my vendors, and the few days prior to my wedding. During the planning process she had so many unique and creative ideas to help make my visions come true. During my wedding day we had a small issue and immediately Raquel was on it!
