We just got married on Nov 1st and the day/night was absolutely seamless thanks to RS Event Co. Everything went perfectly and it was truly one of the most wonderful days of my life. When I first started planning our wedding I didn’t think I would need a day-of wedding coordinator- until the months got closer and I realized how much work would actually go into making the day flow the way I envisioned it. We had heard of Raquel through a family friend, so I decided to give her a call. Raquel was personable, proactive and thought of everything I never even thought to consider. She helped us maneuver the months leading to our special day, checking in often and answering every random text. Whatever hiccups there might have been the day-of my husband and I didn’t notice because she was on top of even the smallest detail. We adored working with Raquel and her team. Our wedding was an absolute blast, which I owe to RS Event Co ensuring our vision was exactly what we wanted it to be. My only regret is not calling her sooner!!!!!!

Upscale Events provided exceptions services for my baby shower. This vendor handled every detail and dealt with any challenges along the way. My due date changed and so we had to change the date of the baby shower. Mrs. Flowers got right on the case and we had a new date the next day. She handles each event as if it were her own, making sure the event will be unforgettable and breathtaking. My friends and family are raving about the baby shower. They enjoyed every minute from the lovely facility, food to interactive games. Mrs. Flowers pieced together every detail so that each aspect of my shower centered around my theme and vision. She communicated with all other vendors involved which took tremendous stress off of me. She is meticulous and made sure the contracts were accurate and representative of the services I desired. I had a radiant shower! I will continue to use Upscale Events :)

Deb Carpenter of Opulent Affairs was INCREDIBLE!!!!! She met with me several months before the wedding and helped me plan and map out all the details (and calmed me down considerably!). This was such a HUGE help as I have not attended many weddings myself and really needed help getting started. Over the course of the next few months, she emailed me with regular reminders (which are invaluable when you have so much to plan!) A week before the big day, Deb contacted all my vendors (one of which informed me of how sweet she was!) and made sure everything was set prior to the wedding. Deb also organized the rehearsal beautifully. The day of the wedding, Deb made sure everything was in place so I did not have to think at all, and handled several situations with the utmost grace and professionalism. Without Opulent Affairs my wedding would not have been as beautiful as it was -- Deb truly saved the day time and time again. She was one of my absolute favorite vendors to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

She helped us select a venue in Jamaica so we could privatize and truely personalize our wedding. Even though she has many clients, I never felt she was to busy for me. Janice always made herself available to us...even at 11:30pm! She approaches each wedding as if it were her own, going the extra mile every day we worked together. I know she will be a friend for life! I would highly recommend working with Janice to help plan your wedding, anniversay or special event.

We remember when we were deciding on a wedding planner, we were impressed by how enthusiastic all of CCBL’s reviewers were. Now we understand why: Lisa is the perfect wedding planner and CCBL was worth every penny. We were planning a complex, multi-cultural/faith wedding on a pretty strict budget and Lisa and her team were the perfect people to help us plan it. Lisa talked us out of our most outlandish ideas (in a kind and gentle way), was incredibly patient with us, and always made us feel like we had someone to reach out to. And then, her team’s execution on the day of was absolutely flawless. The whole team was unbelievably well prepared, rolled with the punches, and made sure our needs were met. Everything went off smoothly, and the credit goes to CCBL. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and we had the wedding of our dreams. Trust us, you will be happy you went with the CCBL team. And at the end of the day, we literally said to one another, “wow, it’ll be sad not to work with Lisa anymore” and that’s how much we loved working with her. She became a confidant, friend, and a valued part of our wedding day as a human being. Thank you so much, Lisa!

If anyone says they do not need a planner or they want to save the money by not hiring a planner is a FOOL!!! Lois Pearce of Beautiful Occasions, Hamden, CT asked us on day 1 to describe in 5 words, what kind of wedding we wanted. We told her, Sacred, Memorable, Fun, Enchanting, Organized. Our wedding was all FIVE!! I know this because guests have titled my wedding as "the wedding of Century" (Memorable). We kept it very traditional, didn't need a theme because we were the theme (Sacred). We were an hour ahead of everything (Organized). The attendants attire were classy and elegant (Enchanting) and the party kept on going AFTER the reception was over (FUN)!! Lois even remembered to cut a piece of the runner for our wedding keepsake box. She is a Master Bridal Consultant and her work speaks for itself. We could not have done it without her!

Working with Pam for my indian wedding at Aria last year was a pleasure. I needed "month of" wedding coordination to ensure my wedding day stayed on track according to my very tight schedule. Pam was always happy and positive throughout the entire experience. I was able to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about a single thing, knowing Pam and her team had my back for any of my needs. I from lipstick touch up before I walked down the aisle, to packing up my bridal suite at the end of the night, Pam helped take care of it all so I could be fully present and spend time with my loved ones who traveled so far to celebrate. I would 100% recommend booking with Pam if you need someone to help, hold your hand and hype you up when wedding planning gets hectic.
