There is no doubt that we would not have been able to organize the backyard wedding that we wanted without Rita. She is a meticulous planner, well-connected, friendly and willing to take on all types of requests. We wanted an endless cocktail style format event, had to bring in everything from port-a-potties to 20 pots of Costco hydrangeas, and needed guest transport coordinated to three different locations. Rita had creative ideas to handle all of it, and was also open to adapt to last-minute changes in plans. She was also able to connect us with a room block in the area that made it affordable for our guests to come into town. Furthermore, Rita made a point of being there the day before when the tent was set up and stayed at the house until the last vendors had packed up. All of our wedding party found her a delight to work with and had great things to say. If you are thinking about getting a wedding planner, Rita is your girl!

It's hard to know where to begin here because there are so few words that can express how incredible Rita is and how lucky we were to be able to work with her for our wedding.
We got married at RGNY in Riverhead in August and hired Rita for the month-of planning package.
Even though I had spent a ton of time booking the vendors and doing a lot of the details leading up to my time with Rita, I can unequivocally say that my wedding would not have been as smooth, easy, stress-free, or perfect without Rita (and her assistant Lindsey who is also incredible!).
I remember the first time I spoke with Rita, I was deep in the throes of wedding planning and feeling incredibly stressed, and she got on the phone and was so calm and knowledgeable and helpful that I immediately felt calmer and more at ease. For the first time in the planning process, she made me feel like everything was going to be OK lol. When we started working with her about 4-5 weeks out from the wedding, she made us feel so tucked in before the wedding - she spoke with each of our vendors and handled all communication with them, offered us opinions/thoughts based on her first-hand experience that helped shape our final day, and managed every detail leading up to the wedding so that we didn't have to think about a thing.
After the wedding, I realized that is what makes Rita so incredible at her job. She is so calm under pressure, so detail-oriented, and so knowledgeable about weddings and big events that she gives you the ability to just enjoy the moment without having to worry about a single detail.
At my wedding, when literally ANYTHING went "wrong" (even though it was perfect and nothing was actually wrong), she was cool, calm, and collected. It felt like she had a magic touch, always knowing exactly what to do --
When my hair fell out; she was there to fix it, when Steve's boutonniere fell off; she had pins at the ready, when I asked her to set up a camera tripod 4 minutes before the ceremony; she took the tripod and made it happen without flinching. She just handled everything with grace and ease. Her attention to detail and your ability to think on your feet is incredible.
She brought our vision to life in a way that was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The day was flawless and she really made it possible for us to fully enjoy every single moment without a care in the world. We’ll forever be grateful for everything Rita did to make our day so special. She's a miracle worker!

It's been over 2 months since my wedding day and this has been the one review I've been struggling to post because I truly can write a novel expressing my deepest appreciation and gratitude for Rita. I was the Type A bride who planned her own wedding and really had the vision locked down so searching for a day of coordinator who can help drive everything was challenging for me...until I was referred to Rita. She was bubbly, energetic, calming, assuring, and extremely knowledgable. Even though I booked her a year out, she kept in contact with me like a good friend - DMing each other on Instagram, sending inspo posts, and more. A few months out, Rita was extremely organized in going over what I needed from her on our wedding day and even joined numerous vendor calls (both in-person and virtually). By the start of our wedding, she felt like my partner-in-crime. Out of all of the vendors I booked, Rita was the best decision I've ever made and gave me zero worries. Rita brought in a whole team of assistants to do my wedding - I felt like she really gave it her 110% for us. She knew my vision and brought everything I planned and worked hard for to life, including many DIY items. I provided her napkins, vases, menus, placemats, seating charts, signs, flowers, and more - and her team executed on this flawlessly. The pictures can speak to her teams' efforts! It was all Rita! She even took charge on items if they fell through. For example, the venue was supposed to set up the tent curtains but had staffing shortages for her assistant did each one by hand - it took all day but he made it happen so my vision could come to life. What vendor would do that for you?? Rita! I'm so sad I didn't get a picture with her on my wedding day, but that goes to show how much of a girl-boss she is - managing the venue, operations, and set up so my wedding could be perfect. By the end of this journey, I feel like Rita is my friend and I'm always cheering her on! Rita, thank you for everything - countless emails, vendor meetings, plans changing, decor setup, tastings, venue walkthroughs, vendor communications, and so much more. You are truly the best in the business.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Rita. I hired her for her partial planning services and received so much more than that. Rita advocated on my behalf countless times to different vendors to make my dream a reality. I could really take a step back and enjoy wedding planning because I had Rita and her team on my side. As a type-A anxious person, Rita was able to find the perfect balance of allowing me control and being hands on throughout the process while alleviating so much of the larger burden I often place on myself. I felt comfortable and confident in her approach at all times. She walked me through every step of the way for my dream wedding, creating countless rain plans, seating arrangements, menu changes, late minute additions and even a few mishaps on the day of. She handled a major seating chart error by an outside vendor with ease on the day of and no one would have known a single thing went wrong. Her relationships with vendors speak for themselves and she was able to get me access to vendors that were previously unavailable to me without her support. You know you've hired an amazing planner when multiple people come up to you in the midst of the wedding to tell you how wonderful she is, working tirelessly in the June humidity to make sure everything was seamless. I am walking away from this experience with not just a wonderful wedding planning experience, but truly with a friend. I would recommend her to any and every bride out there without hesitation.

Rita and her team were something I could not live without during the wedding planning process and day of! Rita was very helpful, knowing many of the local vendors and offered helpful suggestions when needed! Rita is the sweetest person while also being such a boss and very willing to make your vision come to life for your special day in any way she can! Rita is the BEST! She was my go-to girl throughout my entire wedding planning. Rita is creative, organized and reliable! She had great ideas and was always available to talk! On the day of our wedding, Rita helped us all to keep calm and be in the moment. I knew Rita would handle all the little things and she did just that and MORE! She even put my veil on at church and was fixing my hair and dress throughout photos! She was absolutely amazing!! 10/10 Recommend!!

My wedding was three months ago and I still look back on the day and think “thank god I hired Rita”. I hired her for day of wedding planning and she is a star. Not only is Rita a total sweetheart, but she is so professional, organized, extremely well connected on the North Fork and just so impressive overall. I hate planning/organizing and she made the process so easy and stress free for me and my family leading up to the wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything (I mean everything) I needed on my wedding day and seamlessly coordinated with my wedding party and vendors. I noticed that vendors love working with her so that was a huge plus too. She remembers all the details and never misses a beat (I told her I loved this specific type of sparkling wine and she made sure I had that specially waiting for me at the reception!). My husband and I were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding day because of her. She was actually born to do this, could not recommend her enough. Where do I even begin with Rita and her team, from the minute I first spoke with Rita I felt comfortable and confident that she would be an amazing choice. Rita met that expectation and well well beyond. When we were planning our wedding we went back and forth on whether we wanted a wedding planner on the day of and ultimately decided to hire one. She even toured our venue multiple times without me even asking and knew the staff before I even did! I have been in multiple weddings and seen many planners and Rita does not even compare. Rita was the best decision that we made for our day, if you even think you might need an extra hand do not hesitate on choosing Rita. She is extremely organized, quick and thoughtful. She knew exactly the way I would want things and executed them, she made decisions and jumped to fix things before they even became a problem. Our wedding venue was pretty spread out and Rita was even there driving me and some of the other members back and forth from the ceremony, photos and getting ready so that we wouldn’t have to walk. Rita was in a million places at once, yet still there with me ever second I needed her. Everyone of our family members and friends that came into contact with Rita and her team said how helpful she was. One of our family members who doubted we needed a wedding planner was quick to say they were wrong and having Rita there was imperative to our day running smoothly. We really don’t know how we would have done it without Rita, hiring her was the best decision we made.. She made our day seamless and helped us to focus on our special day and being present in every moment. Even though her company is newer, Rita has years of experience working as a wedding planner. We are so so thankful for everything she did for us, I truly don’t even know how to express how wonderful, helpful, kind and amazing she is. Thank you Rita!!
