Eventful Days is a full-service wedding planning company based in Long Island that specializes in designing events that embody the personality of each of its clients. The wedding planner relies on a streamlined planning method to help create the highest-quality celebration possible. Planners Kristin, Jahniece, Stephanie, Avita, and Kristina all bring their individual skill sets to the table to reach the Eventful Days standard.
Experience
Kristin spent ten years as the Director of Events at a local insurance company, planning various corporate events for the 120-person firm. Her coworkers frequently asked her to help with other special events in their lives, and she soon realized her passion for the work. Soon after, she founded Eventful Days, with Jahniece joining down the line. Jahneice has spent years at the company, adding her artistic ability to the overall design of clients’ weddings. Stephanie, Avita, and Kristina joined as the company grew, and Kristin trained them all!

From a planners perspective!
Coming from a planner, this review carries a little extra weight. I know firsthand just how much happens behind the scenes of a wedding, the details, logistics, timing, vendors, setup, and the hundred little things that guests never see. So when it came to my own wedding, finding a team I trusted enough to completely hand everything over to was no small task. Eventful Days exceeded every expectation.
I seriously can’t thank Eventful days enough for EVERYTHING. Kristen and her entire team were
absolutely amazing. I have so much respect for what Kristen has built with her company. Her team is a true reflection of herself and everyone was so on top of everything, so sweet, so calm and just made the entire day feel completely seamless.
The fact that I was able to walk into my own wedding and not worry about a single thing says A LOT. I never once felt like I needed to go check on something or make sure something was being done correctly. I just knew they had it and that honestly allowed me to actually be a bride and enjoy my day instead of being in planner mode.
I know how much goes on behind the scenes to make a day feel that effortless, especially with an event of that size and with that many moving pieces and I just appreciate them more than you know. I felt completely taken care of the entire day.
Seriously Kristen should be so proud of the company and team she has built. I know how hard it is to find people you can trust to execute things the way you would yourself and she has somehow created an entire team of people who do exactly that.

A million thank you’s to Kristin and her team at Eventful Days!
Can’t thank Kristin enough and say enough great things about Eventful days and their help and support with planning and executing an amazing wedding and experience for us! Kristin was so on point and her and Christine made our night epic. There’s no way we could have had the night we had without them! They covered every detail for the evening and were flawless the night of behind the scenes and also running the show! 10/10 and can’t say enough good things and how important they were in making our wedding amazing and run so smoothly. Don’t look anywhere else for a planner!

11/10 Wedding Planners!! NYC June wedding
We had the pleasure of having avita and jivanny as month of coordinators and they just knocked it out of the park.
Kristin was so responsive leading up to the wedding and avita (main planner) got on the phone week of to talk through all things. The World Cup was the same weekend and Friday of the wedding weekend we learned traffic would be all disrupted on Central Park South. I texted her and she had already known, talked to my venue and called my transportation company figuring out our plan.
Day of jivanny and avita brought the best energy, smiles throughout, thought of everything, and brought calm during a busy day!! Avita told me I wouldn’t lift a finger on Saturday and she was so right.
She even went so far as to create a 30 second video with content she had taken from the day - which we never asked for or discussed. I’ve watched it 30 times already.
Cannot recommend Eventful Days more - and if you can ask for Avita and Jivanny as your team, we recommend it. Thank you thank you thank you team for making this the best weekend of our lives.

Best people ever
AMAZING.!!!! I had Kristin and Sabrina fly down from NY to do my wedding for me in Southwest Florida. They are nothing short of amazing, they’re quick responsiveness, their organization, the quality of the products they help you design and bring in to use for you wedding is just jaw dropping. It was everything I could’ve wanted as my wedding planners and I got even MORE than expected. They’re truly genuine people and they made me feel so stress-free on the day of my wedding and all the weeks leading up to it. I was actually able to enjoy my day without a worry at all and I for myself, can’t thank them enough for making my day so special.. they were a huge part of it. I did not have to worry about anything at all. I truly would/ will be booking them again and again for any events I have moving forward that’s how great they are. My sister also used them for her wedding and it was too notch as well. If you want your event ran smoothly and look spectacular use Kristin & her AMAZING team!

Best Sweet 16 Ever
From start to finish, Kristin absolutely nailed every single detail of my daughter’s Sweet 16. After my daughter and I spoke with Kristin, she came up with a vision, and she turned it into something beyond anything I could have imagined. When I walked into the room, I was brought to tears. It was that beautiful.
Every detail was thoughtfully designed, perfectly executed, and truly reflected my daughter. I didn’t have to stress about a thing — she handled it all seamlessly and professionally. The decor, the flow of the night, the atmosphere… everything was flawless.
Not only is she incredibly talented, but she genuinely cares. You can feel the love and passion she puts into her work. I am forever grateful for the magic she created for such a special milestone.

Eventful Days does it again!
After an amazing experience with Kristin and her team when my daughter got married last year, having her be part of the experience for my sons wedding was an easy decision. This past weekend we witnessed her magic once again. She listened, she observed and she created.
Everything was PERFECT!! Kristin and her team took care of every detail meticulously . Her vision is impressive
She made sure to not lose sight of what was most important to the bride and groom while keeping first this mother of the bride and subsequently mother of the groom happy and calm. Looking forward to working with Kristin and her team for wedding #3 in 8 weeks! Wouldn’t have had it any other way!
