Bleu Sparrow Events Florals

I chose Bleu Sparrow from the list Timber Point provided for their vendor package and WOW did they exceed my expectations. I honestly couldn’t find many reviews for them but I loved their instagram photos and immediately knew I wanted them from my consultation. Lisa and Christine are so warm and kind. I did a few upgrades and the prices were extremely reasonable. They were so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They executed my vision to an absolute tee. I had them decorate a chuppah I purchased from Facebook marketplace and they made it look like a true luxury. I will genuinely never forget walking down into the space after they set up and I felt like I entered a dream. I seriously couldn't recommend them enough!! I know they offer event panning as well and while I did not use them for that service, I bet they are wonderful based on how great they were to work with!

The best day of coordinator!

Hiring Christine as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the moment the day began, she handled everything with such calm, confidence, and professionalism that I was able to fully relax and truly enjoy every second. Christine was incredibly organized, attentive, and always one step ahead which is so nice for someone as type a andocd as myself. She anticipated needs before they even came up, kept everything running seamlessly, and handled any hiccups without us ever knowing there was an issue. Her presence alone was grounding she made me feel supported, reassured, and completely taken care of which was important. Because of Christine, our wedding day felt effortless, stress-free, and perfectly executed. I didn’t have to worry about timelines, vendors, or details I could just be present and soak in the happiest day of my life. If you are on the fence about a day-of coordinator, don’t be Christine is worth every penny and more.
I tell all of my clients this was the best money spent.
I truly cannot recommend her enough. She was an absolute angel and a huge part of why our day was so perfect.

Truly the best day of our lives

Christine and Lisa were truly incredible and made our entire wedding experience completely stress-free. They handled everything — any issue that came up, they had an immediate solution, and they planned everything so seamlessly that on the actual day we didn’t have to think about a single thing unless we wanted to.

About a month before the wedding, they fully took over communication with all of our vendors. They kept track of who still needed payment, stayed looped into every conversation, and made sure every detail was handled. It was such a relief knowing they were on top of everything, and it allowed us to actually enjoy the process instead of feeling overwhelmed.

The value for the money was 100% worth it. They met all of our budget needs, were incredibly professional, and stayed upbeat and positive throughout the entire journey. Even when we had some wild or last-minute requests, they never flinched — they just worked their hardest to make it happen.

Christine and Lisa played such a huge role in making our day perfect, and I truly cannot imagine our wedding without them. If I could do it all over again, I would choose them every single time.

I am so, so thankful for Christine and Lisa at Bleu Sparrow!!

From the very beginning, they both understood my vision for the day and were just as excited as I was. They helped me choose my venue, book vendors, refine my ideas, create a timeline, and feel in control of every detail. They were also such an incredible support system during what can be such a stressful time.

I felt fully prepared when my wedding day arrived, but the second I saw them both, I knew everything was under control. I was able to relax and have the most perfect day thanks to them! Not to mention the stunning bouquets and centerpieces they created.

These women are so talented and hardworking. I feel so lucky to have found them to help with my wedding. I honestly wish I could do it all over again!!

Extremely helpful and professional!

We can’t say enough good things about Bleu Sparrow Events! We hired them as our day-of planners, and from start to finish, they were exceptional. The team was incredibly professional, calm, and organized — exactly what you need on your wedding day. Not a single thing went wrong thanks to their attention to detail and ability to stay two steps ahead.

They managed both our church ceremony and venue seamlessly, coordinating vendors, timelines, and transitions so everything felt effortless. Beyond logistics, they handled a few difficult personalities with such grace and professionalism that we never even had to think twice — we truly got to relax and enjoy the day.

Bleu Sparrow made sure our wedding ran flawlessly and felt exactly how we envisioned it. We’re so grateful for their hard work and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Bleu Sparrow is the BEST (professional, great value, excellent execution!)

Christine, Christine, Christine! What an incredibly kind, hardworking, and talented woman — and part of an overall amazing team at Bleu Sparrow. Even though we hired them for month-of coordination, it felt like they took complete ownership. The team started engaging six weeks ahead of time, immediately jumping in with vendor introductions, timelines, COIs, and behind-the-scenes details that we didn’t even realize we needed. Christine was always one step ahead, guiding us on everything from vendor negotiations to tipping etiquette, finding vendors and offering thoughtful insights that made a huge difference.

Our wedding was complex — three days, over 250 guests, more than 15 vendors (many unfamiliar with our off-prem venue), and lots of DIY pieces that needed to be set up. Christine and her team handled it all with ease. Lisa was a superstar at the rehearsal, keeping our 30-person wedding party organized, while Christine and Nicole worked tirelessly to make sure every detail came together on the big day. They managed vendor curveballs, timeline shifts, and setup challenges under immense time pressure — all without ever letting us feel the stress.

Beyond their professionalism, what stood out most was how genuinely invested Christine and the team were. Even though we hired them for month-of coordination, it truly felt like they owned the whole process from start to finish, and cared as much as we did about making our wedding beautiful. They didn’t miss a beat, they set everything up perfectly under tight timelines, and they made the entire weekend feel easy and stress-free. We could not recommend Christine, Lisa, Nicole, and the Bleu Sparrow team more highly — they were the heartbeat that made our wedding everything we dreamed of.

The best!

Christine and Lisa were so extremely amazing and helpful throughout the wedding planning process as well as the wedding day itself. My fiancé and I honestly don’t know how we would have done it all without them. They helped us stay on track with our budget, organize our to-do items, reviewed our contracts to ensure everything was good and provided amazing recommendations for vendors. On the wedding day itself, they were a saving grace and made sure everything was running smoothly and everyone was taken care of and happy. We could not recommend them enough we love them!!!

They Made my Garden Party Vision a Reality

I started the process by hiring all my vendors and designing the look and feel of our garden party chic wedding. Then I thought, now what? That's when I brought in the team. Best decision ever!
Lisa and Brittany jumped right in, connected with all of my vendors, and managed every moving piece. Thought of things I never would have thought of. On the day of the wedding, Brittany set everything up exactly as I envisioned, kept everything on time, and handled the behind-the-scenes logistics. Charese was my personal assistant on the day of. She was extremely attentive and made sure I had drink and food at all times.
Once the ceremony started, I was able to enjoy my wedding instead of running around managing it. Guests raved about how seamless, elegant and joyful the day felt. They stayed until the very end to ensure every last detail, from vendor breakdown to packing up was taken care of. If you hire them, you'll be in great hands!
