I chose Bleu Sparrow from the list Timber Point provided for their vendor package and WOW did they exceed my expectations. I honestly couldn’t find many reviews for them but I loved their instagram photos and immediately knew I wanted them from my consultation. Lisa and Christine are so warm and kind. I did a few upgrades and the prices were extremely reasonable. They were so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They executed my vision to an absolute tee. I had them decorate a chuppah I purchased from Facebook marketplace and they made it look like a true luxury. I will genuinely never forget walking down into the space after they set up and I felt like I entered a dream. I seriously couldn't recommend them enough!! I know they offer event panning as well and while I did not use them for that service, I bet they are wonderful based on how great they were to work with! -

Christine and Lisa were truly incredible and made our entire wedding experience completely stress-free. They handled everything — any issue that came up, they had an immediate solution, and they planned everything so seamlessly that on the actual day we didn’t have to think about a single thing unless we wanted to.
About a month before the wedding, they fully took over communication with all of our vendors. They kept track of who still needed payment, stayed looped into every conversation, and made sure every detail was handled. It was such a relief knowing they were on top of everything, and it allowed us to actually enjoy the process instead of feeling overwhelmed.
The value for the money was 100% worth it. They met all of our budget needs, were incredibly professional, and stayed upbeat and positive throughout the entire journey. Even when we had some wild or last-minute requests, they never flinched — they just worked their hardest to make it happen.
Christine and Lisa played such a huge role in making our day perfect, and I truly cannot imagine our wedding without them. If I could do it all over again, I would choose them every single time. -

From the very beginning, they both understood my vision for the day and were just as excited as I was. They helped me choose my venue, book vendors, refine my ideas, create a timeline, and feel in control of every detail. They were also such an incredible support system during what can be such a stressful time.
I felt fully prepared when my wedding day arrived, but the second I saw them both, I knew everything was under control. I was able to relax and have the most perfect day thanks to them! Not to mention the stunning bouquets and centerpieces they created.
These women are so talented and hardworking. I feel so lucky to have found them to help with my wedding. I honestly wish I could do it all over again!! -

We can’t say enough good things about Bleu Sparrow Events! We hired them as our day-of planners, and from start to finish, they were exceptional. The team was incredibly professional, calm, and organized — exactly what you need on your wedding day. They managed both our church ceremony and venue seamlessly, coordinating vendors, timelines, and transitions so everything felt effortless. Bleu Sparrow is the BEST (professional, great value, excellent execution!)
Christine, Christine, Christine! What an incredibly kind, hardworking, and talented woman — and part of an overall amazing team at Bleu Sparrow. Even though we hired them for month-of coordination, it felt like they took complete ownership. The team started engaging six weeks ahead of time, immediately jumping in with vendor introductions, timelines, COIs, and behind-the-scenes details that we didn’t even realize we needed. Christine was always one step ahead, guiding us on everything from vendor negotiations to tipping etiquette, finding vendors and offering thoughtful insights that made a huge difference.
Our wedding was complex — three days, over 250 guests, more than 15 vendors (many unfamiliar with our off-prem venue), and lots of DIY pieces that needed to be set up. Christine and her team handled it all with ease. Lisa was a superstar at the rehearsal, keeping our 30-person wedding party organized, while Christine and Nicole worked tirelessly to make sure every detail came together on the big day. They managed vendor curveballs, timeline shifts, and setup challenges under immense time pressure — all without ever letting us feel the stress.
Beyond their professionalism, what stood out most was how genuinely invested Christine and the team were. Even though we hired them for month-of coordination, it truly felt like they owned the whole process from start to finish, and cared as much as we did about making our wedding beautiful. They didn’t miss a beat, they set everything up perfectly under tight timelines, and they made the entire weekend feel easy and stress-free. I started the process by hiring all my vendors and designing the look and feel of our garden party chic wedding. Then I thought, now what? That's when I brought in the team. Best decision ever!
Lisa and Brittany jumped right in, connected with all of my vendors, and managed every moving piece. Thought of things I never would have thought of. On the day of the wedding, Brittany set everything up exactly as I envisioned, kept everything on time, and handled the behind-the-scenes logistics. Charese was my personal assistant on the day of. She was extremely attentive and made sure I had drink and food at all times.
Once the ceremony started, I was able to enjoy my wedding instead of running around managing it. Guests raved about how seamless, elegant and joyful the day felt. They stayed until the very end to ensure every last detail, from vendor breakdown to packing up was taken care of. If you hire them, you'll be in great hands! -

As a natural type A personality, I did not think I needed any help planning, especially with a 1.5 year long engagement. However, our venue (Montauk Yacht Club) required a planner on-site so one of the first things I did back in December '23 (my wedding was May '25) is book Christine & Lisa. They were the ONLY planners I spoke to and knew I will love working with them right away. A few months later, I also booked them to do my florals. About 3 months before the wedding, we started officially working together and right away I told my fiancé that this is the best money I've ever spent — they were available to us 24/7, extremely communicative and responsive but we also had built in therapists and friends, helping navigate even small issues that had nothing to do with actual wedding planning. Day of was smooth as well, we truly have no complaints when it comes to the planning or florals/decor (which were gorgeous and exactly what we asked for).
We cannot recommend them enough! -

You've probably never planned your wedding before, and you are probably panicking, which is why you are here reading reviews for wedding coordinators. That's what brought me to Bleu Sparrow too!
When I got engaged and we started looking at venues, I thought my fiancé was going to run for the hills with what a basket case I was. The idea of spending all that money, and having anything go wrong was making me freeze in my tracks! I'm also ADHD, so my bouncing thoughts were not helpful either, because the more ideas I had the more anxious I got. What if I forget something? What if my perfect day is ruined by ME??
Hiring Lisa and Christine was the best decision I could have ever made for us! They are not only the nicest women, they are fiercely organized, creative and absolute experts when it comes to party planning. As seasoned professionals, they were able to guide me through every single detail with actionable items to help get things done, recommendations for vendors, and check-ins to keep everyone in the loop. They helped to keep me on task, and if I forgot something or messed something up they were right there with me to help me fix it.
Let's face it, planning a wedding is super stressful and therapy is expensive. While it is so helpful to talk to a professional about what is stressing you out, its much MORE helpful to talk to someone AND have them come up with a game plan AND help you execute it.
On my wedding day, my bridesmaids kept commenting on how relaxed and calm I was, and I can honestly say that most of that was due to knowing that Lisa and Christine were right there with me, making sure everything went according to plan. I will treasure the memories of that day for the rest of my life, and I can honestly say that Bleu Sparrow made it my perfect day. -

Like family!
Lisa and Brittany are PHENOMENAL at what they do! In the year leading up to our wedding on 10.26 they provided us with every resource, answer to every question, and such a personal touch it felt like planning a wedding with our own family. They handled everything with our vendors and blended seamlessly with the team at our venue. They even made all of our gorgeous stationary which matched so well with our florals. When we were stumped on what to do, they were there to help guide us. We wanted some wacky stuff for our wedding day (my understanding is not many brides ask for a scavenger hunt around their venue) and Brittany and Lisa never missed a step and carried it out to perfection. During the wedding the beading on my gown began to scrape up my under-arms, they tried a few options, until Brittany and Lisa pulled out their hot glue gun and helped me apply it to the beading so I could dance the night away again! If you want to spend your wedding day not worrying and just enjoying being in love, get Brittany and Lisa on your side. -

Bleu Sparrow Events is seriously the best! I worked with Lisa and Christine throughout our wedding planning process. We had Bleu Sparrow do our floral arrangements, center pieces and other decor in the venue and they were so helpful in so many other areas of planning as well.
Christine and Lisa were so helpful and knowledgeable and put together my vision perfectly. Early on, I sent Christine a few inspo photos and she was able to make the perfect mood board and Bleu Sparrow went on to execute it perfectly. They were so awesome with the planning process and answering any questions we had and they made our wedding so beautiful. We were truly blown away by their attention to detail and how involved they were morning of making sure the venue looked perfect.
I truly could not recommend Bleu Sparrow more!! -

We used Bleu Sparrow for their partial planning and floral services for our wedding in September 2024. If you are on the fence about hiring them - absolutely do it! The support that they provided me and my husband during the planning process and the day-of was invaluable (they are also the sweetest and so fun to work with!). Christine and Lisa made sure we were on track with our planning, helped our design ideas come to life and recommended great vendors. During vendor meetings, Christine and Lisa asked questions and paid attention to details we never would have thought of for our DIY venue. Our centerpieces and bouquets were absolutely stunning and having their help setting up and breaking down the decor made it much less stressful for us! Our wedding day was perfect and everything went smoothly - we owe so much of it to their hard work! -

Bleu Sparrow Events is truly the best of the best! I worked with Lisa and Christine throughout our wedding planning process. We had Bleu Sparrow do our floral arrangements (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, sweetheart table, flowers for our cake + floating candles arounds our venue) and our flower wall with a neon sign that we purchased of our last name for our wedding reception.
Both Lisa and Christine made the process of picking our flowers for our wedding easy for myself and my husband. Early on, I sent Christine inspo photos that I had seen on Pinterest of the vision that I had for all the florals that I wanted to use throughout the wedding at our venue. After sending Christine my inspo photos, she sent back a mood board of what they would be able to create for us. Throughout the process, Christine and Lisa were responsive whenever I reached out to either of them with a question. They answered my emails promptly and were always happy to help answer the million questions I had. With both having over a decade in the industry, I knew I was in good hands with their advice and recommendations.
The day of our wedding, the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages arrives promptly that morning to our wedding venue where we were getting ready. After the ceremony when we returned I was able to see our reception area where the rest of floral arrangements were. Lets just say that Bleu Sparrow blew away any inspo photos that I found on Pinterest! The floral arrangements of our centerpieces/tables was everything we could have hoped for and more! The flower wall behind our sweetheart table with our neon sign, was stunning! For our reception, we had 14 tables which we did a combination of high center pieces on gold stands and low center pieces. Lisa and Christine helped to figure out how to make the room look symmetrical based on the floor plan and number of guests sitting at each table that were attending our wedding to ensure that each side was even with both high and low centerpieces.
I am forever grateful for Bleu Sparrow being a part of our wedding day and helping to bring our vision come to life. I hope that if you were on the fence of about moving forward with Blue Sparrow that after reading my review you will move forward with them! -

I truly don't even know where to begin on expressing the love I have for Bleu Sparrow Events. My husband and I hired them 15 months before our wedding for Full Planning & Coordination, and did they deliver!
From the early stages of brainstorming to the execution of my dream wedding, Christine and Lisa handled it all. Anyone that knows me, knows I am the least creative person but can do wonders with a budget! Christine and Lisa allowed me to lean into my strengths while they executed everything else! Planning a wedding from a different state can be daunting, but I never worried about things being under control because Christine and Lisa were on top of it all. Through the whole planning process, they not only were my eyes and ears on the ground, but they became family. They were my confidants when I needed to vent, we became so close that I turned to them to make decisions and trusted their opinions, and honestly, they were the backbone to finishing the planning process.
Six weeks before my wedding, a family emergency arose, and Christine and Lisa kept racing towards the finish line, making important decisions, giving my husband and I the break we needed. My mom has said it best, if you're looking for planners who will take care of everything, put you at ease, and create a wedding beyond your wildest dreams, then book Lisa and Christine! What can I say about this company and these wonderful women? They made our day flawless. We planned a vow renewal wedding for our 15 year anniversary; it was a full blown wedding with 120 guests, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Not only did they pull this off with perfection but we did this entire thing from another state. With great communication, meetings and timelines, everything fell into place. They consistently kept us updated through video meetings and emails and phone calls.
Lisa and Christine constantly came up with new and fresh ideas for our event. Not only was the planning process a breeze but the event was spectacular. They came prepared that day for every eventuality. They even steamed my dress. Their level of professionalism and expertise was above and beyond. We felt secure and comfortable with them and their roles and they both exceled beyond all our hopes. Our next event we will definitely use them again. I've taken several weeks to post this review because I wanted the excitement of the day to diminish and my review be thoughtful and not a knee jerk reaction to an incredible day. Even after nearly 2 months, I am still blown away by Lisa and Christine of Bleu Sparrow events.
From the very first meeting, Lisa and Christine blew us away! Their meticulous attention to detail and deep knowledge of Long Island vendors made us feel instantly confident. Both my daughter and I lived in different states, we worried about being able to oversee everything. But Lisa and Christine became our eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The wedding day itself was everything we dreamed of, and the best part? Relaxation! Thanks to Lisa and Christine's incredible work, both my daughter and I were completely stress-free. Whenever a guest had a question, my answer was simple: "Find Lisa and Christine!" They were like wedding ninjas - always there when needed, yet working seamlessly in the background.
Six weeks before the wedding, a family emergency arose, consuming my daughter and her new husband's time. Lisa and Christine, with amazing grace and understanding, kept the planning process moving forward without a hitch. They truly went above and beyond!

'd hire Bleu Sparrow Events for our wedding 1000x over. Christine & Lisa run a truly impressive business and their services are incredible. During the planning they asked questions I wouldn't have ever thought of. Our day was that much more special because of all the thought they helped us put into it. I hired Bleu Sparrow for my friend's bachelorette dinner and could not recommend them more! Lisa and Christine were responsive, professional, timely, creative, and just such a pleasure overall to work with! Beautiful balloon arch
My experience with Bleu Sparrow was amazing. Communicating with them and picking the perfect color scheme was easy. They came to my event early to set up and stayed to help me with anything I needed. The balloon arch was gorgeous and made the whole party! Having a ballon arch is the perfect decoration for any event and will make all your guests want to take photos under it. Would recommend to anyone who is looking! -

From the first time I spoke with Lisa, I knew I had chosen the right wedding planner. Lisa is personable, creative, motivated, organized and most importantly, a visionary. She got it right. She understood exactly what we wanted and made it come to life! No matter how many times I changed the flowers that I wanted (I think I changed my mind like 3 or 4 times) or threw in things last minute, she made it all happen. Every vendor she connected us with was wonderful and top notch. When it came to the week of the wedding, Lisa and her team went above and beyond. Since our wedding was in a backyard, we had to build our venue. Lisa and Christine were there everyday as the go-to’s for the vendors during the setup. They were able to troubleshoot everything and anything that popped up during that week. Once the wedding day arrived, I actually felt pretty calm knowing we were in such good hands. Lisa, Christine and the rest of the team were phenomenal. Christine was so sweet with my nephews that were in our wedding. The girls were all so incredibly attentive not only to me and my husband, but also to both our families. Lisa created my bouquet, centerpieces and other flower arrangements and they were absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding was the best day of my life and I can’t thank Bleu Sparrow Events enough! -

Bleu sparrow events is the way to go!
My wife and I had gotten our bouquets made up from them for our wedding along with smaller bouquets for all our bridesmaids. We also had corsages and boutonnières made up from this company as well! The colors they picked really popped in photos and they picked the most gorgeous flowers. They brought our wedding to life! We received SO many compliments. They are amazing and so fairly priced for what you’re getting. The communication between myself and Christine through email was exceptional-so prompt and you can tell she really cared about what you wanted. We had to make a change and add more flowers to our order about a month or two before our wedding and they were so accommodating and understanding. We really appreciated their customer service.
We also used their photographer named Pat. He captured and edited such artsy photos. He really knew what he was doing. So professional, friendly and kept up with all our crazy antics. We were so thrilled with how the pictures came out, every single one of them. Highly recommend Bleu Sparrow Events. Use them- you will not be disappointed. A+++ -
