My wife and I found Samantha and Forever And A Day through Mostest and we picked the Day-Of Coordination and flower decoration coordination package through Something Borrowed Blooms.
Samantha was very helpful from the beginning where I linked her in with vendors I had made initial preparations and orders with. She absolutely carried that ball to the finish line taking care of all the finer details and logistics such as delivery schedules, timelines, and vendor interactions, leaving us free to focus on other things. We also did venue walk throughs with her where her insights helped us figure out the full picture of how our wedding day would look.
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. When my wife and I arrived at the venue, all of the decorations had been set up and looked amazing, all the other vendors such as the cake delivery and DJ were exactly as they needed to be, and all we had to do was greet our guests. My wife and I were able to relax and enjoy ourselves without a worry about any event logistics and that is absolutely due to the fantastic work Samantha put in!

Samantha was our coordinator and she recommended the perfect venue that would give us NYC access and vibes without the price tag. About a month before the wedding, she took over communication with all of our vendors and met with us weekly to make sure every detail was covered. As a Type B+ bride, it was incredibly reassuring to hand everything over and know it was in such capable hands. Once Samantha stepped in, I truly didn't have to worry about a thing.

On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. She kept everyone on schedule, coordinated with our vendors, and made sure every detail came together exactly as planned. She even single-handedly set up all of our floral décor, and the space looked absolutely beautiful.

Maybe most importantly, we had some challenging family dynamics happening behind the scenes. Samantha handled every situation with professionalism, grace, and such a calming presence. Any potential issues were addressed before they ever reached me, allowing me to be fully present and enjoy one of the happiest days of my life.

Because of her, I was able to stay present and enjoy every second knowing she had everything under control.
