  Exceptional

  Samantha was exceptional from start to finish. Samantha knows how to coordinate every detail seamlessly. No matter what came up, she is reassuring, which made the entire process so much less stressful for us and our families. After the wedding, I received several positive feedback from my guests and from the venue staff. My guests were impressed.
  
  Her attention to detail and ability to keep everything running smoothly allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about timelines. She communicated clearly with all our vendors, kept everyone on schedule, and handled everything behind the scenes effortlessly.
  
  What stood out the most was her patience and kindness throughout the entire planning process. She listened to our ideas, answered every question, and made us feel supported every step of the way. Especially when we requested changes.
  We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, dependable, and caring wedding coordinator.

  We Couldn’t Have Done It Without Samantha from Forever And A Day

  Samantha from Forever And A Day was an absolute godsend on our wedding day! From the moment we booked her, she took so much stress off our shoulders and truly let us focus on enjoying the day we’d been dreaming about.
  Samantha was incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She created a smooth timeline, coordinated with our vendors, and made sure every little thing was exactly where it needed to be. She handled everything with a smile and zero panic. She was very professional and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Samantha anticipated needs before we even realized them, and kept everyone on schedule. She made us both feel supported and relaxed the entire day.
  Even if you don’t think you need a day of coordinator, trust me - you do. We originally felt the same way, but having Samantha there made all the difference. She handled a thousand little details we would have been scrambling to manage ourselves, allowing us to actually be present and soak in every moment instead of stressing over logistics.
  I can’t recommend Samantha and Forever And A Day enough. She turned what could have been a stressful day into the most amazing, seamless celebration. We will forever be grateful!

  The Care & Calm Behind Our Perfect Day

  From start to finish, Samantha was the heart behind our wedding day. She listened to my vision, guided me through every decision, and made sure no detail was overlooked. On the day itself, we even had a hiccup with the photographer arriving late, and Samantha stepped in, tracked everything down, and kept me calm while handling it all behind the scenes. Because of her, I was able to stay present and enjoy every second knowing she had everything under control. Her dedication, organization, scheduling and genuine care turned what could have been stressful moments into a seamless, beautiful celebration. Everything was set up perfectly and my bridal party gave the best compliments about working with her on the day of also. Truly the best choice we made for our wedding.

  A dream come true

  My wife and I had spent a year planning for our wedding on our own and kept hearing over and over that a day of coordinator is a must for a wedding. A month before our big day, she sat down with us every week for over an hour and helped flesh out the individual details, asking the right questions and mapping out every individual interaction of the day onto a comprehensive timeline.
  
  The day of the wedding, Sam was the pinnacle of professionalism. My wife and I had a completely seamless day, where Sam made time on the schedule for my wife to set up her own wedding cake, for me to play my own DJ set, and for each part of the day to remain logistically smooth. I just had the best weekend of my life and a big part of the credit goes to Sam and Deb at Forever and A Day.
  
  I would give my whole hearted recommendation to anyone who needs a coordinator to reach out to Sam. She is patient, communicative, and unbelievably precise in her scheduling. I would give her 10 stars if I could. This was BY FAR the best investment we had in our wedding, I would have paid double for the service we got. Thank you so much Sam and Deb

  You NEED Samantha and her team!!!!

  I hired Samantha and her team for month of coordination, I didn’t realize how much I needed her!!! She was the calm in the storm of the last month of planning, day of she was my advocate, my support and her and Deb were truly invaluable to me!!!!! Truly hope I have a reason to hire them again!

  Reliable, Attentive, Detail-Oriented and a Calming Force

  As I'm sure most people getting married are, I had a very particular vision for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. While I loved my venue, I knew I wanted to add personal and unique touches. I didn't want to burden my wedding party with set-up or coordination because I needed them to be available for pictures -- plus, where I love my friends and family, I don't have confidence that they would have the eye nor level of detail to meet my standard. I did, however, have that with Forever And A Day Coordination. From the first conversation and weekly calls right before the wedding. it was clear Samantha was detail-oriented, authentically interested in learning what our desires/visions were, and was adamantly committed to ensuring it was what we got on our special day. Along with her Coordinator Deborah, Samantha coordinated vendors, served as our eyes during set-up, fielded any day-of questions/snafus from vendors, and most importantly checked in on us throughout the day; it helped recenter us to be 'in the moment' on a day that goes by so quickly.
  
  During my original search for a coordinator, I struggled with getting responses back from other potential vendors. This was not my experience with them. They were professional, polished, timely, and supportive. I would highly recommend 'Forever And A Day Coordination!' And when you reach out, tell them Daniel sent you. It won't get you anything, but that's how much I loved them. :)

  Samantha and Debra are AMAZING!!

  I genuinely cannot express how thankful we are for Samantha and the talented Forever and a Day team. They made our entire lead up and day of process absolutely seamless, they truly took all the weight off our shoulders and allowed us to just enjoy the wedding. Highly HIGHLY recommend!! They’re also extremely warm and kind, it feels like you’re talking to an old friend

  Samantha and Debra made my wedding perfect!

  Samantha and Debra did an incredible job helping me pull off my rainy backyard wedding. Samantha was super responsive and helpful throughout the process, she got in touch with all of my vendors, put together a timeline, and got us all on the same page.
  
  On the day of, Samantha and Debra worked flawlessly with the catering staff and helped us pull off our rain plan. They did sooooo much work in a short time, and broke down everything they could as they went to minimize our cleanup. Debra also did an amazing job making a beautiful altar for us in the tent and did so much with the decorations to make everything perfect.
  
  I would definitely recommend Forever and a Day coordination services for your wedding!!

  The Best!!!!!!

  To say Samantha was our saving grace with our wedding is an understatement! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator and we immediately hit it off and knew she was the right fit from the start. She got straight to work from the start of planning, to the rehearsal, to the day of our wedding. Samantha listened to our needs, asked all of the questions, did check-ins to see how things were going, gave helpful tips along the way, and made such an extremely hard job look so effortless. She truly took away all of the stress we were prepared to endure. Samantha is extremely detail oriented and never missed a beat, and it shows beyond measure that she loves what she does and is so passionate about helping couples achieve their dream vision. Not to mention, she is one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met! Samantha checked every single box and I am just so very grateful we came across her. If you are in the market looking for a wedding coordinator, I highly recommend Samantha and her team because she will honestly make the entire process for you so blissful and memorable!

  Wonderful Experience!

  Samantha is awesome! I found her through Instagram and booked her to coordinate my wedding. We originally did not plan on hiring any type of Wedding Planner/Coordinator. My friend's was just going to help us out, but those plans ended up falling through. However, she referred me to Samantha to help with coordination and I cannot be more serious when I say it was the BEST REFERRAL EVER! Hiring Samantha was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. She was hired for month-of coordination and she went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone that was a part of our wedding party and family even noticed how amazing she was! What stood out to us the most was how diligent, organized, and thorough she was with every single detail and that truly made all the difference in comparison to other weddings I have been to. She was so helpful when dealing with vendors because this is not something we did on a regular basis. She made our special day all the more special by taking the stress out of it and just knowing how to handle everything. I plan on convincing every person that tells me they don't want a wedding planner to hire Samantha!”
