Best people ever

AMAZING.!!!! I had Kristin and Sabrina fly down from NY to do my wedding for me in Southwest Florida. They are nothing short of amazing, they’re quick responsiveness, their organization, the quality of the products they help you design and bring in to use for you wedding is just jaw dropping. It was everything I could’ve wanted as my wedding planners and I got even MORE than expected. They’re truly genuine people and they made me feel so stress-free on the day of my wedding and all the weeks leading up to it. I was actually able to enjoy my day without a worry at all and I for myself, can’t thank them enough for making my day so special.. they were a huge part of it. I did not have to worry about anything at all. I truly would/ will be booking them again and again for any events I have moving forward that’s how great they are. My sister also used them for her wedding and it was too notch as well. If you want your event ran smoothly and look spectacular use Kristin & her AMAZING team!

Kristin is THE Florida planner

Kristin helped me with month of coordination for my wedding in Miami, Florida and was absolutely amazing. My best friend recommended her to me and I’m so glad she did! She was extremely engaged in all vendor calls, and very decisive when I felt overwhelmed with choices. She joined calls and answered questions for us even before we were a month out. All her decisions ended up being the right call. Kristin also visited the venue in Florida multiple times, including without me so that she could ensure her and her team felt good about the layout and order of operations.

At times, our venue was difficult with communication and Kristin spent time making sure they were clear on the plan so that the day ran smoothly.

On day of, Kristin and her colleague Sabrina were my everything. They were a calming presence in the room. They immediately just understood the assignment and got everything set up perfect. They also steamed my bridesmaid dresses, my wedding dress, organized our suitcases and hotel room, sewed grooms accessories that broke, and so much more! Looking back, the day was so perfect because of Kristin’s amazing planning and attention to detail. Our vendors commented this was the smoothest day / timeline they have had due to Kristin. Also, she never let me or my husband feel any stress the day so we could focus on being present and happy - from our eyes it was a perfect day.

If I were to do it again I would hire Kristin and use her for full planning! It’s completely the best use of money for a perfect wedding.

Best Sweet 16 Ever

From start to finish, Kristin absolutely nailed every single detail of my daughter’s Sweet 16. After my daughter and I spoke with Kristin, she came up with a vision, and she turned it into something beyond anything I could have imagined. When I walked into the room, I was brought to tears. It was that beautiful.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed, perfectly executed, and truly reflected my daughter. I didn’t have to stress about a thing — she handled it all seamlessly and professionally. The decor, the flow of the night, the atmosphere… everything was flawless.

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she genuinely cares. You can feel the love and passion she puts into her work. I am forever grateful for the magic she created for such a special milestone.

Best decision I made for my wedding

From the very beginning, working with Kristin was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Her professionalism, organization, and deep knowledge of the industry were evident at every step of the planning process. She anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had, kept everything running smoothly, and handled every detail with calm confidence and care.

On the wedding day itself, Kristin and Sabrina were nothing short of incredible. They ensured that every moment flowed seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our day without stress or worry. LOVED working with Kristin!

Kristin is AMAZING. She has done all of the weddings for my husband’s siblings so we had so much comfort in deciding to work with her. We are very indecisive and she took our loose ideas and was really able to hone in with all of our venders to create a beautiful evening. She answered all of our questions (no matter how small) so quickly and gave everyone peace of mind. When it came to the wedding day-we truly did not have to worry about ANYTHING. Kristin and her team made it so that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. She created the most stress free experience that allowed us to spend our energy where it actually mattered-like celebrating being married with our people and dancing all night!

Eventful Days does it again!

After an amazing experience with Kristin and her team when my daughter got married last year, having her be part of the experience for my sons wedding was an easy decision. This past weekend we witnessed her magic once again. She listened, she observed and she created.
Everything was PERFECT!! Kristin and her team took care of every detail meticulously . Her vision is impressive
She made sure to not lose sight of what was most important to the bride and groom while keeping first this mother of the bride and subsequently mother of the groom happy and calm. Looking forward to working with Kristin and her team for wedding #3 in 8 weeks! Wouldn’t have had it any other way!

9.13.25 The best day of my life thanks to Eventful Days

Where do I even begin… Let’s talk about how hard the post-wedding blues are especially when all of my wildest dreams came to life. No one understands the impact of a wedding planner/day of coordinator until they’re in it. Kristin and her team was the best investment I made and my wedding day will forever be the best day of my life. Let’s start with Kristin… she is one of a kind and a GIFT to all brides. She was my source of calm during this process, her style is unmatched, her love for the couples she meets is palpable, and I’ve never seen someone answer a text or call so fast. Jahniece was my side kick and hype girl on my wedding day. Her energy is infectious, and she made sure I was the happiest I’ll ever be. If you need anything, she probably has it in her pocket. Sabrina and Avita were my behind the scenes rockstars as they took my calls, answered my questions, and transformed my venue before my eyes. Truthfully, I have tried to write this review many times, but I can’t find the right words to express how grateful I am. They are incredible and make you feel like your dreams are a priority. I almost forgot they have 800 other brides because you truly feel so valued and prioritized as a bride and I don’t take for granted how rare that can be. I have been reliving my wedding every second of every day since then and have already made my husband promise that Eventful Days can plan every baby shower, birthday party, and life event we have going forward because I can’t let them go! I may or may not be crying happy tears as I write this but seriously, if you are considering this team for your wedding or event, just do yourself a favor and trust them. The best team EVER!!!!!

Where do we even begin! Kristin is absolutely amazing!!! From the very start, she created our wedding from scratch. Our ideas were all over the place in the beginning, but Kristin jumped right in and somehow brought to life exactly what we wanted before we even knew what that was. She truly has a gift for pulling everything together seamlessly while keeping the process fun, exciting, and stress-free.

Every single vendor Kristin paired us with is exceptional. Janice and Sabrina assisted the wedding and both are the absolute best. On top of that, my sister-in-law and cousin both worked with Kristin and the Eventful Days team in the past, and after experiencing their incredible weddings, we knew we had to work with her too. And we’re so glad we did, it turned out to be the wedding of the year!

Kristin truly went above and beyond, and our day would not have been the same without her. We cannot recommend her and the entire Eventful Days team enough! The whole team is full of professional, kind, and genuinely people who care about creating the best experience possible. My husband and I worked with Kristin and her team to plan the wedding of our dreams. You need to hire Eventful Days!

Kristin and her team at Eventful Days made our wedding a truly stress free day. From day one, I could tell that Kristin is someone who gets things done. She is prompt, organized and thorough so you know everything will be done on time. We hired her for day of coordination but she did so much more than that - working closely with us the month before to ensure all of our vendors were on the same page. Kristin also did all of our wedding design and it was more amazing than I ever could have dreamed up. She recommended all of the best vendors that she knew could execute on our vision. Her attention to detail and guest experience are evident in everything she recommended.

Beyond all of this, Kristin is also a kind and generous person that is a delight to work with. She has a calming energy that allowed my husband and I to be fully present the day of our wedding and not worry about the details. Prime example - the weather. We had an outdoor ceremony and about 30 minutes beforehand, the weather changed and the storm that was supposed to come in a few hours was headed our way much quicker. Kristin pushed our ceremony forward and got us out before the rain hit. The best part - I had no idea any of this even happened until afterwards.

Eventful Day’s help is by far the best money I spent on this wedding. Thank you Kristin & team for giving us our dream day!

Kristin @ eventful days

Kristin- where do I even begin?!?!?
Saturday was even better than I could’ve ever dreamed of. I didn’t feel a single moment of stress or worry- I had no idea what time it was all day or what I was supposed to be doing and it was the BEST feeling- it allowed me to be fully present in every single moment.

From the electrolyte water u had ready for me in the morning as I got my makeup done, to saving the bamboo plant for my apartment from our rehearsal that I mentioned I loved, to covering my feet with blister bandaids when they hurt, to having inspo photos for my regal bar ready to go, to the entire top of our wedding cake saved with a bottle of champagne when we got back to our hotel room, I couldn’t have dreamed of working with a more thoughtful planner!! Just know that every single detail was noticed by me and fully appreciated. I know my mom feels the same way- she told me the next day that she was so glad u were my “surrogate mommy” helping me with my bustle and dress changes etc so that she could be fully present as well. And as you know Andrew had THE best time of his life. I am so grateful for you and will always remember this day being so perfect for the rest of my life!! 🤍🤍💒💒👰🏼‍♀️👰🏼‍♀️💍💍🎂🎂

Ok have finally come down to earth enough to write out my thoughts. Our wedding was an actual dream. Every tiny little corner and moment was perfection. When we first met I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t think I could pull it off. Yes you handled SO much and held my hand throughout a lot of it. But what I think helped me the most was seeing how you conduct yourself. You’ve inspired me to be more like you. KRISTIN!! Where to even begin! I cannot thank you enough for all your love, support, creativity, guidance, patience, and energy that went into making yesterday everything we could have dreamed and more!

We are so insanely grateful and cannot thank you enough! Everything was so special and seamless from the moment you arrived to the end of the night. You made the day so calm and so beautiful I feel so so thankful. Every little touch from the welcome book being set up on the perfect page, to the details all around the room, the timing and flow of the evening, checking in on us and our families. People kept coming up to my mom and I saying how amazing you and Jenn were making sure every detail was tended to and so many beautiful personal touches made the wedding so unique and special.

best wedding planner

Hiring Kristin to help plan my wedding at Ravel this past weekend was THE BEST decision we made. Kristin is Type A in the best way and put us at ease through the entire planning process. She had amazing vendor and design recommendations and always made herself available (for the full year of planning!). Kristin was absolutely integral the day of the wedding, with eyes on me at all times and on all of the vendors to make sure they delivered. Kristin brought Avita the day of the wedding who was also great - pleasant, calm, helpful, etc. I couldn't recommend Eventful Days more and can't wait for my next event with them.

A complete visionary

The moment I got engaged the experience with Eventful Days is certainly saying yes to no stress!
Kristin held my hand through out the entire process. From design choices to understanding the proper etiquette and even navigating through details I didn’t even think about, Kristin was always there.
There were times when I didn’t even know how to communicate with certain vendors about what I wanted, but she literally got inside my head and was able to describe exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t even know a person can do that. She is truly the master at her craft.
Every Appointment with a vendor she was by my side and advocating for me in the best way possible.

Best best best ever. We hired them for month of coordination. The month leading up to my wedding they were on top of every. Single. Detail. On every final call & meeting and had every little detail written down. I'm a corporate event manager and my biggest fear was that I wouldn't be able to turn off my event manager mind and enjoy my day, the eventful days team made sure I could. Sabrina was finalizing every detail exactly how I had envisioned & Jahniece was by my side the ENTIRE day keeping me updated on vendors, she noticed everything that needed to be adjusted before i did. I was honestly having such an incredible time with her on top of it, it felt like I had hired a friend as a coordinator ! I was so relaxed and over the moon happy because of this team !!! I was so lucky to have them with us that day. I had issues with another vendor post event and Jahniece took her job a step further and helped me sort that out over a whole month. Incredible team!!

So incredibly grateful for the incredible work Kristin and her team did for our wedding. Jahniece and Christine were absolutely amazing. From the moment they each arrived, they handled every detail with such professionalism and care, ensuring everything went smoothly so we could fully enjoy the day.

They anticipated our needs, kept everything on schedule, and were always a step ahead. We felt completely at ease knowing they were managing everything behind the scenes. Their calm, positive energy made a huge difference, not just for us but for our families and vendors as well. We received so many compliments from guests on how seamlessly everything flowed, and that’s all thanks to them. I was so sad to part with them after the reception because they felt like my friends by the end of the night!

Best planner ever!

I cannot say enough good things about Eventful Days. From experiencing my siblings 3 weddings with not so involved wedding planners, I knew the first thing I needed to do was book a wedding planner for my backyard wedding. Eventful days did SO MUCH!! Organizing 38 vendors, booking appointments, being there at 7am or midnight, they did so much for me and my fiancé. People always say prepare for something to go wrong on your wedding day, but with eventful days everything went perfect. My wedding was stunning, beautiful designed and the best night thanks to them!

A Dream Wedding & A Dream Team!!!!

Kristin!!! I’m crying all over again! I keep looking back at everything, speechless. Everything from start to finish was perfect. People will be talking about this wedding for years and years to come and that, is all because of you. It truly was the best day of our lives. It was everything my little girl self dreamed and hoped it would be for the woman I am today, and more. That little girl, all grown up, walked down the aisle Saturday with her dreams, come true. There are no words to express the gratitude we want you to know we have but please know, this was truly a fairytale. When I said I picture heaven looking like that ceremony, that was nothing short of the truth. We really were in heaven that day, and so were all of our family and friends. Every little detail you so carefully curated was able to represent us in such a loving way that even the event staff at the venue, shed a tear when we picked up the last of our things and said they will miss one of the-most beautiful, fun, and special weddings that has ever been there. When planning a wedding everyone always warns you “not everything will go as planned” but honestly, with Kristin it did! We could not have asked for a more perfect, relaxed day and it’s all thanks to Kristin’s team and everything they do behind the scenes. It is amazing what they’re able to execute in the time that the bride/groom/family are getting ready and enjoying the morning to the fullest. On a day that can be so stressful, there was not one thing we had to worry about - the timeline she created was seamless and we felt so at ease. Any hiccups, if there even were any, were taken care of gracefully and without the couples knowledge which is a gift in itself.

She also so easily captures a vision and her work is truly magical. From the beginning, she gave great advice and her expertise in this industry was more than apparent. From her amazing recommended vendors to her day of execution it was such a pleasure to have Kristin with us through this process.

Wedding Day

The best decision we made was hiring Kristin & her team! Leading up to the wedding they were available 24/7 no matter what time of day or night to answer any questions I had. I am forever grateful that they were so responsive during the planning process. It truly allowed my husband and I to enjoy every moment leading up to the big day. The timeline that was prepared was extremely detailed and kept the day running smoothly. The day of our wedding went PERFECTLY. Sabrina was there from early morning all the way till the night ended & was on top of everything. We were able to enjoy and be present in every moment of our day and didn’t have to think about anything! We had multiple guests coming up to us saying they’ve never seen a groom & bride so happy and it’s all because we were able to be present! I was so at ease I felt relaxed during my wedding. Dream event planner!!

From beginning to end working with Kristin was a dream. She was cool, calm and collected the entire time, and always guided us in the right direction. She perfectly executed every single thought and idea we had without question. She made our Pinterest board literally come to life. World Class Wedding Planner!

Where do I even begin?? I consulted with many wedding planners in New York and the minute I got off the phone with Kristin, I knew she was the one. She was kind, attentive to all of my questions, very detailed, organized, and extremely professional. My wedding in NYC was a destination wedding and Kristin made the entire process smooth and flawless. She and her team executed every detail to literal perfection. In a society that is lacking in customer service, it was so refreshing to see how quick Kristin was to respond to any question that came up. There is no doubt that wedding planning can be extremely stressful and even in dealing with hundreds and hundreds of details, Kristin remained calm and even keeled the entire time. She was such a calming presence to me in the midst of a busy season of life! My parents and I flew up in May, a few months before my wedding, to meet Kristin and some of her team in person and to go through a walkthrough of the venue and to meet our vendors. I left feeling completely confirmed in my decision to choose Kristin as my wedding planner. Our wedding was breathtaking and right out of a fairytale. The amount of comments I have received from our guests about how it is the nicest wedding they have ever been to and how gorgeous and flawless everything was is a testament to Kristin and her team. She took my vision of my dream wedding and made it a reality. For that I will be forever grateful. When our wedding was over, I felt like I was leaving a friend behind in NYC. There is no way to describe the gratitude and appreciation I feel for Kristin and her whole Eventful Days team! To say they are the BEST in their field is an understatement. Saturday night my daughter and son-in-law got married at Cipriani 42nd St in NYC, the wedding was SPECTACULAR!! Every single detail from beginning to end was pure perfection! Kris is always ten steps ahead of me, if something pops into my head and i mention it to her i am always answered with "I did it already" or "its been taken care of, don't worry"
Saturday was the 5th event I planned using Eventful Days ( a GORGEOUS wedding last year at GCH, two FABULOUS bridal showers and the most beautiful Friday night rehearsal dinner) and just when I think that Kristin couldn't possibly surpass the beauty, elegance, details, and originality of my past events...she goes ahead and BLOWS OUR MINDS!!! I will never get over this wedding! My phone has been blowing up for days from guests saying it was the most INCREDIBLE wedding they ever went to!! Every single detail was breathtaking!
Kristin works with the BEST vendors! You get the sense when you meet them that they all love working with her and have the utmost respect for her in the industry.

It is possible our wedding genuinely wouldn't have happened without Kristin and the Eventful Days team. Our planning process was super rocky because of our venue changing hands and doing construction and Kristin helped us navigate this with total ease. The Most Magical Day

I have been struggling all day to write this review. Every time I try I get so flooded with emotion. I do not think I can put into words everything we felt on Saturday. I know Kristin and her team do grand weddings at huge venues and that it is on to the next wedding. But to us this was such a huge milestone for our family that you were all a part of. I don't think there is anything I would change or we missed. It truly was a magical day and perfect. That veneue was transformed into and enchanted garden. It was so intimate, romantic and special..

Kristin- Thank you for every suggestion, and every detail. Every email and text. Thank you for treating our girl with such love and respect.. She will never go to the gym with you but if you need a coffee buddy or someone to go to Glossier with she is your girl.

Sabrina- You are the sweetest human ever. You guarded those curtains like no ones business. Your smile never left your face. It was such a fun day and night. I know you worked your but off.

Stephanie- I know I just met you day of, but you were the best. You even laughed when I yelled at the venue manager because "the tour group" had sweaty starbucks cups on your beautiful tablescape.

This wedding was a fairytale dream and you all made it come to life. Thank you all from the bottom of my and my husbands heart, you gave our daughter her dream wedding and we are overjoyed. BEST wedding decision we made

I am someone who always follows event planners on Instagram because I am wowed by the creativity of those in the business and the beauty of their work. When my daughter got engaged I knew that I wanted to work with Eventful Days as a 'day of coordinator' for her wedding. I had always followed Kristin Buonaiuto, the owner, and loved her work. Hiring Kristin and her team was the best decision we made. The wedding was this past weekend and it was flawless. So many times throughout the day, I thought, "how could I have managed all of this myself?" I simply couldn't have. From major timeline planning to something so seemingly minor as glueing the jewel back onto my shoe when it fell off, she was there. She was a calming presence and the consummate professional. We hired Kristin for the month of and the day of my wedding was a dream come true! I ran all my ideals by her, she helped me find a few more vendors and she made sure all my ideas and personalization made it day of. Her team too was so on top of everything I was never stressed day of. I just enjoyed every second of our special day!

Kristin & the Eventful Days team are rockstars!

From start to finish Kristin went above and beyond to help plan the wedding of my dreams. When it came time to start designing the overall theme and style of my wedding, I was completely lost. I had some ideas, but was unsure of where to start and how to put it all together. This is where Kristin was incredibly vital and I can fully say I have no idea what we would have done without her! Every vendor that she recommended and helped coordinate was perfect and worked so great with our wedding vibe. Kristin also offered countless advice and helped make hard decisions. She was always quick to answer when I had a question or was unsure about something. Kristin was also so great with all my family and friends and I felt like I’ve known her forever. Best in the business!

Kristin and her team made our dream wedding a reality! She was with us every step of the way and met every obstacle head on. My husband and I had a lot of ups and downs this year and if it weren’t for Kristin, this wedding would not have been anything close to possible! Kristin made the process so much more manageable and has the best recommendations! She is incredibly empathetic and always knew when to push us for a decision or give us time to deal with all the other things going on in life. Every vendor she suggested hit a home-run and she made our dream wedding turn into our reality! Even when we struggled to put into words what we wanted, it felt like she read our minds and just made it all happen. The day-of team was incredible as well! Jahniece and Avita were attentive, professional, and most of all just fun to be around! They made sure our big day ran smoothly and everything was perfect! If there were any hiccups, they never reached either mine or my husbands ears. The day was absolutely perfect and we owe that all to Kristin and her team! Best Wedding Planner ever!!!!

I can’t say enough how incredible Kristin and her team were during my wedding planning process and day off at the event. She truly “gets shit done” and is so professional and wonderful to work with. The best decision!

Kristin and the entire eventful days team are the best! We originally hired her as a month of coordinator, however when logistics of our wedding started to get complicated we knew we had to upgrade! Kristin jumped right in and knew exactly how to handle every situation with ease. She was able to connect us with the best vendors and bring to life every design and detail we were looking for. She was there every step of the way, for every call, vendor meeting, or any questions we had. We are so grateful to her and the whole team for bringing to life our dream wedding, we couldn’t have done it without her!

Our day couldn’t have happened without Eventful Days!

If you have any doubts about hiring Kristin and her team- DON’T! It was the best decision I made when it came to our wedding. We had a long journey getting to our wedding- every brides worst nightmare happened to me just two weeks before our wedding. My fiancé had a medical emergency and Kristin had everything handled so I could focus on my fiancés health, which is all I could have ever asked for. After a very long year recovering from a heart transplant we celebrated our wedding with all the original plans we had envisioned! Thanks to Kristin and our vendors! Kristin is worth her weight in GOLD!

Could not have done it without them

I could not have done it without them, and that is not an exaggeration. Eventful Days made the entire process stress-free (even when we had to change a vender last minute)
Kristin attended all of my appointments - and made sure everything was accounted for! Kristin was also so on the ball with everything we’ve discussed in the past and made sure it happened! My wedding venue was notoriously challenging to work with, however Kristin and her team dealt with them and handled everything on their end! I literally cannot recommend Kristin and her team enough!

Not to mention on my actual wedding day, the day of coordinators were impeccable and handled every little thing that came up! And I was able to have the best night of my life!

Exceptional. Amazing. Outstanding.

The BEST decision we made was choosing Kristin and the Eventful days team for their full service package to plan, design and execute the wedding weekend of our dreams! From my first phone call with Kristin, she was so easy to talk to and knowledgeable when it comes to design, vendors (and just about anything wedding related). I knew she was the life-line that we needed!

Leading up to the wedding, Kristin was there to help us find vendors that matched our vision and budget, and made sure we stayed on top of everything- from contracts and payments to hotel negotiations and shuttle schedules. She is incredibly creative, has a keen eye for detail and is truly passionate about what she does. Kristin made the entire planning process extremely STRESS-FREE and fun!

Our wedding was in August 2023 at Valley Rock Inn & Mountain club. It was a full weekend of events, and Kristin, Stephanie and Avita handled just about EVERYTHING! I am so grateful for the eventful days team - as they worked not only as planners, but vendor liaisons, event stylists, and guest managers. Kristins ability to anticipate every possible scenario (months and minutes prior) and problem solve it all with ease, calmness and grace is incredible. I cant even begin to emphasize Kristins amazing attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness (at all hours!). Everything from the creative, personal touches in our rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour to the design and the execution of our reception tent- it was beyond our expectations.

There is truly no better team of professionals, and we cannot thank Kristin, Stephanie and Avita enough for the time they spent planning with us and for making our wedding dreams a reality!!!!

Great planner that made our dream wedding come true.

We hired eventful days as day of planner. Kristin is super helpful and professional to make sure all details are covered. The day of senior planner - Avita and assist planner Christine were so cheerful throughout the day and took care of everything. I truly am so grateful and lucky to have had such an amazing team by my side not only for my wedding day but for the whole year leading up to it. If you are debating whether or not to hire Eventful Days, I am here to tell you stop what you are doing and book them right now. The minute I reached out to Kristin, she immediately made me feel so comfortable and I knew I made the right choice. Even though we only hired Eventful Days as day of coordinators, Kristen did so much more. Kristen reached out to all of our vendors, went on final appointments, made our day of schedule, and answered countless questions. On our wedding day Avita and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful! They were so attentive and helped the day go by seamlessly. Anything my husband or I and our families needed they were there. Best Decision Ever

Hiring Kristin and her team was the best decision we could have made. They are more than just day of coordinators. We upgraded to partial planning because of their amazing service. Kristin came to almost all of my vendor appointments, checked in weekly, and confirmed with all my vendors. The day of our wedding they blew me away. I did not have to worry about a single thing. She handled everything seamlessly and was incredible. Not only did she coordinate the entire day, but she took pictures, videos, got me changed, fixed my dress and veil and checked on myself and my family throughout the entire day. I would recommend her 100000 times. Our wedding day would not have been perfect without Eventful Days.

Stress free!

Whether you’re looking for full planning or small help, Kristin and her team are GOALS. My now husband and I met with Kristin after I had booked majority of the vendors on my own. We were specifically coming to Kristin to help organize everything, come up with a design for the wedding, make sure the day ran smoothly and bring our vision to life, and absolutely everything in between. Kristin blew our vision out of the water! She has such a keen eye for detail and really helped us create the most beautiful theme. My husband and I had met with and booked our florist prior to booking with Kristin and we really struggled with conveying what exactly we were looking for. We just kept saying sticks with white flowers on it, and just felt lost and not really 100% satisfied with what was being presented to us. Once we went back with Kristin, oh my goodness she saved the day. From suggestions we never thought of from little touches for detail pictures, decorations for the cake to chargers and glasses for the tables, she just was incredible, friendly, and professional. Every little touch was incredible and tied in together so beautifully. She truly was my advocate when I didn’t know how to feel or how to convey what I was feeling. Kristin was a blessing and true confidant to have while planning our wedding. It wouldn’t have been as enjoyable without her by my side every step of the way. Our wedding wouldn’t have been as fantastic as it was without Kristin and Kristina. The two of them did a phenomenal job and made sure my husband and I were comfortable and enjoying our day. They are just 10000000/10. Highly recommend! I hope to be able to use them again for any big event we have going on. Thank you thank you thank you a million times!

Nyc public library wedding

When my husband planned to have a big wedding I knew we needed Kristins help. I just didn’t know how much we actually needed her and her amazing team. Without them our fairly tale wedding wouldn’t have been possible. It’s been a week and our guests are still talking about it.

Planning the most important day of your life is one of the most stressful tasks a couple can take on. With Kristin and her team we didn’t feel any of the stress. They not only brought our vision to life but created a fairy tale one can dream of. Their organization, execution and an eye for every detail wowed not only us but our guests as well. I’ll never forget the feeling when we saw the hard work that everyone put in. The wave of emotions that came rushing when everything you’ve ever wanted has come to life. I can only imagine how rewarding it must have felt for the team.

Some challenges that the team had to overcome was that it was an international wedding on a grander scale. Kristin and her team helped us with all wire transfers, bank informations, invoices, budget charts, and more. They took care of it all. They organized a concierge team that hired multilingual baby sitters for some of our guests. When we were traveling for business and couldn’t make decisions, Kristin and her team jumped in and took matters into their own hands or patiently waited for our return. They made our wedding even better than what we envisioned. We are so happy that we listened to their suggestions.

A special thanks to Jahniece for all the paperwork and communication. To Sabrina for handling all last minute needs, for helping us throughout the rehearsal dinner and wedding, for literally making my day as a bride stress free. Whenever I needed something Sabrina was there with it. Incredible job by all. A HUGE thank you to Kristin, for taking on such a big challenge, and for executing it perfectly! It was a perfect day that we will cherish forever.

Kristin is simply the best. We won Kristin as our day of coordinator through the ultimate bridal giveaway on Instagram and could not have been more ecstatic as I was a HUGE fan of her work. We hired Kristin and her team for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with their work!! We just got married last weekend and they were spectacular. I felt like I could truly relax and enjoy our day because they were on top of everything! 2 Beautiful Weddings

I had the pleasure of working with Kristen and the eventful days team 2 times (for a small intimidate backyard wedding and a larger NYC wedding). The team is so detail oriented that both weddings were magical and thoughtfully executed! My dad who usually criticizes everything had nothing to criticize about the wedding! Wedding, Bridal Shower, 30th Birthday, Baby Shower

Simply the best!! I already wrote a review for Kristin and her team after my wedding but I had to come on here again after my Baby Shower! I’ve been working with Kristin since 2019. Four years later, she has now helped plan my bridal shower, wedding (twice because of Covid), 30th birthday and baby shower. My mom and I consider Kristin a friend and we would not trust anyone else with all of these special events. She is always quick to understand our vision and executes perfectly! She is also so responsive and helpful with any last minute changes that need to be made (and with me and my mom you can always expect a lot 😊). The day of the events always run seamlessly. Like Magic

Kristin and her team are seriously so amazing. My husband and I live abroad. We reached out to them after booking a few vendors already, because we realized planning internationally would be such a challenge. Kristin worked closely with my mother to take care of everything we needed. She responded quickly and helped smooth everything over leading up to the big day. The table settings and invitations that she helped us arrange were so stunning, and she helped ensure that the venue matched my vision in every way possible. That morning we had SEVERAL little snaffus, including my MIL’s shoe literally splitting open! Kristin was on it right away and worked with another vendor to help find new ones. During the wedding I didn’t have to worry about anything because she was so on top of it. I’m so thankful Kristin was on our team!

Best decision I ever made 🫶🏻

Where do I begin?? I wish I could sum this up but my heart is just overflowing with gratitude for Kristin and the eventful days team. They are TOP notch. I’m not kidding when I say you won’t find a better team out there. I hired kristin and her team for Day Of and design but she was sooo much more. Kristin became my friend through all of this. She was extremely responsive (within MINUTES) and always had the right answer. She never misled me. I am an extremely indecisive person and somehow kristin found a way to put me at rest. I remember leaving my flower appointment with her saying I’m not sure about this, and she said “just trust me”.. well I did and it was literally the BEST decision I ever made. Her vision was so unique and like nothing I’ve ever seen. People are nonstop complimenting every detail and I have to give Kristin and her team all of the credit. On the day of my wedding, Jahneice and Avita were literally my sidekicks and my shadow. Constantly checking in on me, whether it was bringing me water, tying the ribbon onto my cake, entertaining my 5 year old, putting on my vans when I couldn’t reach my toes, warming up my hand warmers, and the list goes on and on.. I mean they didn’t miss a beat. They are the real deal. You get what you pay for and kristin and her team are worth EVERY PENNY. Don’t think twice. Run and book kristin and her team!!

Eventful Days

Eventful Days went above and beyond for our wedding day! They were extremely helpful in lead up to the day to ensure we had a plan in place with each of our vendors. On the day of our wedding Kristin was with the bridal party all day keeping us at ease and in line with our schedule but in the most calming way. The eventful days team made our dream cocktail and reception room come to life, handling all vendor installs and even taking charge of additional decor that we brought that required additional attention. Following the wedding the team made sure everything was packed up and placed in our bridal suite putting us at ease.

I can’t say more about Kristin! Her effort throughout the day made our wedding possible and her presence was perfection! She even pulled out a sewing kit when my dress bustle broke…she’s got you covered always!

Fantastic Wedding Coordinators

Look no further for a wedding coordinator team! Kristin and her team literally saved my wedding. I initially hired a coordinator who was a preferred vendor at my venue. The old coordinator never checked in with me, was not responsive to my emails for a week + at a time, and never completed tasks she took on. Two weeks before my wedding, I had to fire my old coordinator and was in a panic. Kristin was referred to me by a friend, whose wedding I actually attended, and she graciously took me on as a client last minute. Kristin went to work right away, sending me useful information, and touching base to see what was left to do (there was quite a bit). She constantly stayed in communication with me, unlike my previous coordinator. Kristin assigned Sabrina and Avita, as my wedding day coordinator team. They all saved my special day! Sabrina attended my walkthrough with me, with less than a week's notice after I hired Eventful-Days, and managed set-up at the venue. Avita helped me with getting ready and even transported myself and my family to take photos, and later to the venue. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Eventful-Days for all of their help. We hired Kristin from Eventful Days for partial planning and let me tell you, her services are invaluable! Kristin is attentive to detail, sympathetic to your wants and honestly, just gets sh*t done. She has an amazing personality and ensured our day went effortlessly and seamlessly without any bumps in the road. During the planning process she provided guidance to help us execute exactly what we wanted and assisted with onboarding the dream team of vendors to help make our day come to life. Her relationship with vendors in the industry helped ensure we got the best quality of services for the price we paid. My husband and I were so calm even in the days leading up to the wedding that people would actually say “wow you guys are so calm” and I would always reply “because of Kristin!” She is not an alarmist and there was no issue that arose that she didn’t quickly come up with a solution for. Dream Team

I hired Kristin as a day-of coordinator with a design add-on. She helped bring my vision of a fall vineyard wedding to life, helping me with the florals and table settings. My event was on the smaller side but Kristin had really good recommendations for little details that can elevate the style like adding a charger plate or goblet. The day-of, she kept the bridal party organized and on-time while another coordinator was at the venue taking care of the all the vendors and set-up. I don’t really know what I would have done without them. A huge stress off my shoulders.

Kristin, how do I even BEGIN to thank you for making my Samara’s wedding the most PERFECT, MAGICAL, GORGEOUS night EVER!! You are honestly genius at what you do! Best Day Ever!

We worked with Eventful Days to plan our beautiful North Fork wedding on 9/24/22. Hiring Kristin and her amazing team was the best choice we made. Her tasteful creativity and attention to detail through the entire planning process allowed us to enjoy planning our wedding. Kristin provided us with a list of fabulous vendors to work with, all who were professional and reliable. Kristin understood my vision and was able to help me execute it above and beyond what I could have imagined.
Kristin was with me on my wedding day with her amazing assistant Stephanie. They made the day run so smoothly and we were able to enjoy our wedding with our guests and not have to worry about timelines or keeping on schedule because they handled everything! Kristin was literally on the ground of the vineyard putting solemates on the heels of my shoes...talk about dedication! Amazing planning and perfect execution

I worked with Kristin to plan my North Fork welcome party, wedding, and Sunday brunch this September. Kristin and her team worked extremely hard over two years to make my (very particular) vision come to life, and they executed each event absolutely perfectly! From selecting the best team of vendors to answering my many questions and coordinating all of the logistics, Kristin handled every detail spectacularly. All of our friends and family said this was the best wedding they ever went to. Kristin also solved every problem - large or small - sometimes before I even knew about it. For example, when my welcome party venue canceled my event three months out, Kristin found a replacement venue literally overnight and then helped me translate my vision to the new venue. We don't know how people get married without Kristin's help! We cannot recommend the Eventful Days team more strongly!

Unforgettable

Hands down the best decision I ever made was hiring Kirstin and her amazing team! Kristin was there to help me make final decisions on my flowers and table setting, had no problem answering any questions I had-big or small and when I had an issue with a vendor she was there to straighten it all out. Kristin sent over Jahniece to be my day of coordinator as well as Sabrina and Leanne assisting her- truly amazing because they handled any hiccup with speed and ease, they made sure all my decor ideas came to life and anything I needed they were there! I was able to enjoy my wedding with all my guests and not have to worry about timelines or anything. There are not enough words to praise these wonderful women for everything they did to make my dream wedding come true!!!

Best Decision!

Kristin and her team ensured our wedding was an absolute dream. Her recommendations, preferred vendors, and helpful advice made for a truly unforgettable evening. She was available via text and email with every question. Even though our big day entailed out of state transportation and a new venue, from an outside perspective, you wouldn’t have know. The day was seamless. Kristin goes above and beyond for her brides, especially on the day of. She stepped in when I ripped my dress and literally sewed it onto my body. An absolute angel. Everything was BEYOND. Like I’m still so speechless and I can’t stop crying looking at those videos of the room. You are literally the mastermind behind it all! Thank you for going over the top with everything and making last minute rainy day decisions come to life so quickly and calmly. You made this entire experience of planning a wedding so fun. Between letting me text you 24/7, laughing on the phone, having our meet ups with cocktails, attending our meetings with us, etc. This has been such a memorable experience. The morning of was so relaxed and easy. I was able to sit back and just watch the entire day unfold. Everyone always says, “it goes by so quickly, take it all in.” Because of you and Kristina I was able to do that. Rob and I took everything in and have some pretty incredible and epic memories from last night. Kristin! There ARE NO WORDS!!
Today was one of the most special days of my life and I can not thank you ENOUGH! You took every single vision I had to a level I didn’t even think existed! Every detail, down to flowers and decorations in the bathroom (which I never even knew were there but heard from other people) to the pearls and gorgeous napkins were just off the Richter scale!! My phone is blowing up from all my guests telling me that this was THE MOST beautiful shower they EVER saw!!
You took all the stress away from me and I could not have gotten through this without you!! Every vendor you used were AMAZING… people are all talking about the delicious cake(!!!!!) the gorgeous backdrop, the bridal balloon gown (!!!!!!!!!) the napkins with different flowers in each one, the invitations and menus…. Down to every detail, working with eventful days is a MUST

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!! I can’t even get over it. Last night was the best night of our lives and every last vision came to life. I can’t even pick out my favorite part everyone worked together so well and everyone you recommended was absolutely amazing. My family and I were able to truly enjoy the day because you were all over it. Avita and Sabrina killed it as well! Everyone is talking about the wedding and how gorgeous the details were. From the flowers and menus to the pizza boxes and cake and lighting omg and the dance floor you thought of everything and KILLED ITTTT. Excellence Says It Best!

I was referred to Kristin a bit late in the planning process which made it much harder for her as my vision was already established and I had somewhat begun the planning process. I have hosted many events and I am very detail oriented as well as a perfectionist and my vision for this event was a bit out there and a challenge for sure. After one conversation with Kristin...she got it! Minutes later she was sending me inspiration photos and ideas. She was on it! She seamlessly merged in and brought it to another level. Kristin very quickly understood my level of expectations and many times we did not even have to have a conversation..."she just knew" as her expectations were the same. Her vendor relationships were stellar not only with their products but their service as well. Her team was professional, hardworking and a class act. This event was not an easy event to set up or execute and they worked tirelessly and never blinked. Two weeks later my guests are still calling, texting and posting pictures of the event. Kristin and her team commanded the event from behind the scenes and I am happy to say it was flawless due to their focus, creativity, and hard work. Kristin's attention to quality, details as well as competitive pricing with vendors was amazing. Planning events typically come along with stress and anxiety...not this time! Planning and day of went perfectly!!

Kristin was absolutely amazing!! We hired eventful days as our day of coordinator. Kristin was so helpful leading up to the wedding helping us figure out paper goods, timeline and many other details. She came with me to our final appointments and her opinion was really appreciated. The week of our wedding we thought it was going to rain and Kristin was beyond helpful in quickly figuring out a backup plan that we were happy with because our original plan fell through. The day of went so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing I could just enjoy the day. Anything my husband, my family or I needed Kristin was there even before we knew we needed it! This is the second time I have used Kristin and her staff and once again, we were not disappointed. Kristin was so easy to work with-she allowed me to be as hands on as I wanted to be and always guided me down the right path. Kristin made sure our day was flawless and Not once did we stop to question if something was done. She literally thinks of everything! We were able to focus on our guests, dancing and enjoying while she, along with Avita and Sabrina, made sure everything was running smoothly, hence why Eventful Days= wedding Xanax. Made our Dreams Come True

Their slogan is "say yes to no stress" and that was exactly the way I felt the weeks leading up to our wedding. We hired Kristin and team for partial planning, specifically wanting their help on design, logistics and execution. They had everything handled from the beginning. After our initial meeting, Kristin knew our immediate priorities and completely understood the vibe and feel we wanted for our wedding. She has great relationships with some AMAZING vendors; every meeting she'd set up for us with a vendor felt well planned, aligned and exactly what we wanted. She is super responsive and helpful with any questions you may have leading up to the day.

And then it comes to our wedding day and Jahniece and Avita led on site coordination. It was FLAWLESS. I am a type A person who likes to be in the details and even I felt like I could completely step back because I knew they had everything handled. The day could not have gone more perfect and I know a lot of that is because of them.

On top of everything, they are just all amazing people who make you and your family feel so special on your wedding day. They feel like your biggest chearleaders and hype girls. They are a part of our wedding day I will always remember
