Awesome as Day of Coordinator!

Menaza (M. O. Everlasting) was amazing for my wedding as my Day of Coordinator. My wedding was on the large size (220 people) and had a lot of moving parts. My husband is Malayali so we wanted to incorporate his traditions along with my catholic ones. So this involved MANY extra details including 3 outfit changes, choreographed dances, and complicated family photos in many locations. To pull this off I new I needed help the day of my wedding. Menaza took care of everything, I had complete trust in her, she handled everything so I could just enjoy my day. When my photobooth did not show up she HUNTED them down and got them there and set up in time. I am so glad we had her! I could not have done it without her!

Everything We Wanted And More!

Working with Menaza of M.O. Everlasting was an absolute dream come true. She is an incredible organizer and communicator, she knows of so many great vendors, and on top of that she can see your vision and bring it to life. She arranged dozens of different venue and vendor meetings, kept track of everything, and had endless great ideas and recommendations! Of all the vendors and people we had for our wedding, none were as irreplaceable as Menaza. If you want your dream wedding, you’ve found the vendor for you!

Wonderful Experience with Menaza!

Menaza of M.O. Everlasting Weddings was such an amazing planner for our wedding in March 2023. She was a complete life-saver and her calmness, professionalism, patience, and leadership in the face of any and all challenges that arose led to an amazing night! Menaza helped execute our vision perfectly and was always available for any and all questions we had.

Everyone who interacted with Menaza, from family and friends to vendors, commended her work. Our DJ gave her this review, “Menaza was perfect to work with. She was nice, fun, had a great energy and still kept everything--and everyone--in line.”

If you want a stress- free environment, hire M.O Everlasting Weddings!

My husband and I tied the knot on 09.08.2023! It was an absolute dream come true! Everyone always says that no matter how much effort you put in a wedding, sometimes mishaps occur and that is exactly why I hired Menaza! She is a quick thinker and will make ANYTHING work!! She is professional, down to earth and will ensure that your wedding is seamless. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She went above and beyond for my husband and I and I will forever be so thankful! Best ,

Hire mo everlasting weddings! You wont be disappointed- amazing!

From our very first phone call, I knew Menaza would be a perfect addition and help for our wedding on October 01, 2022. Menaza’s kindness shined through the phone.

My husband Michael gave me a green light to hire a coordinator solely based on the feeling and connection I felt. I literally hired her right on the spot after speaking with a few other companies! I trusted my gut and I am so so happy I did!

Menaza was our “Day of Coordinator” but she simply exceeded that title. She began researching vendors for my well over two-three months before our day. Any help I needed, she said I was in the clear to call and text her about. She extensively researched firework companies, got me prices and all the behind the scenes work (although we didn’t end up doing fireworks) She was still so happy to help!

Fast forward, she and her fiancé Nick took my husband and I out to dinner to meet one month before our big day. The connection the four of us had instantly was insane! We bonded over so many hobbies, interests and the fact that we were all getting married! We found so many things in common and it got us even more excited to have put our trust in them to run things smoothly on our wedding day!

Dinner was great, Menaza and Nick were awesome and that is when our friendship really began!

Then, one month prior the wedding, Menaza began reaching out to all of my vendors and confirming the timeline. She worked so diligently to make sure everything would run smoothly on the wedding. She came with us to the venue for a walkthrough, she met with us two weeks prior to the wedding to discuss every accessory and prop that needed to be brought to the venue. She simply put in so many hours and work to ensure a magical wedding day.

Menaza came to our house on the Wednesday before our wedding to pick up everything that needed to be brought to our rehearsal dinner and church ceremony. She then came back on Thursday for our rehearsal dinner. She made sure the rehearsal ran as smooth as possible at the church. She stepped in when she needed. She was our middle ground in the midst of family drama. She kept everything balanced and professional.

After the ceremony, she ran straight to the restaurant, set up all my gifts, decor and signage. She helped me hand out the gifts to our families and bridal party. She made sure my cake was delivered. Her and Nick were a dream team!!

Now, comes our wedding day. I can not say THANK YOU enough to Menaza and Nick. Menaza and Nick got to our houses early. Menaza stayed with me, Nick went with my husband. They made sure everything ran smoothly morning of.

When the ceremony started, we had some hiccups and Menaza did her THING! She made sure she took care of it and I didn’t even know about any of this drama until AFTER my wedding. She literally outdid herself. She handled the drama under pressure so peacefully. If I didn’t have her, I really think there was potential for my wedding day to have been ruined.

Menaza ran to the venue and made sure my vision was executed. She helped set everything up the way imagined. Her and Nick made sure to hand out all our tips. She made sure the venue was doing their thing. She really ensured our day went beautifully. She packed up all our wedding materials the night of and we didn’t even have to worry about it!

Menaza and Nick then came to drop our wedding things a few days after our wedding. We ended up chatting for 2 and 1/2 hours just about the wedding day, about life and developed our friendship even more!

Menaza and Nick fit in with our families so nicely and everyone can not stop raving about them. My father, who thought I was crazy hiring help, is so impressed and happy Menaza was there.

We had a blast with them and I am so grateful they were apart of our wedding day. They are vendors who have become family. They are truly great people, they bring the best vibes and are just the dream team.

If you’re thinking about hiring help for your special day, look no further. Menaza and Nick are truly amazing and can handle everything and anything thrown at them. They’re hard workers who really love what they do. You can tell this is their passion.

Definitely needed someone to help!!

Menaza was great!! She would answer my texts and emails quickly, she made sure the room looked exactly the way I wanted it, helped with my dress, brought the rings to the church, helped with the rehearsal and getting eveyone in-line, and every other little detail to make sure the day was great. She was amazing! She assisted when I had a crisis with my florist, and was there every time time I needed something. She packed up all of our stuff at the end of the night, so we could enjoy with family. The day wouldn’t have been the same without a coordinator!!
