Jessica is the perfect mix of professional, organized, and genuinely kind and invested. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and proactive, often anticipating what we needed before we even knew to ask. On the wedding day itself, everything was flawless behind the scenes, we dont even remember us having to ask or do anything on the day of except focus on the celebration and party!
We were lucky that we got to work with Jessica at the Fairmont right before she transitioned to her new role. Any couple would be incredibly fortunate to have her as their planner and we already recommended her to a bunch of our friends. 10/10, no notes.
