We worked with Stephanie and the Just Hitched Event Services team on the 45-day takeover package. This package involved several weekly coordination calls (with specific focus on the timeline, vendors, and decor) before evolving into a weekly call to discuss miscellaneous outstanding questions, concerns, and issues about our big day. My wife and I had most of the big items figured out before we started meeting with Stephanie (we had our venue, band, food, and floral booked, and a rough timeline figured out), but Stephanie was very helpful with helping us think about all of the little details that made our wedding weekend run so smoothly. The wedding day itself was a breeze. As it goes, we were busy all day getting ready, taking photos, and spending time with our friends and family. Stephanie and her team confidently and capably managed the logistics and problems that inevitably arose throughout the day, to the extent that we never even really heard about any issues! Overall, the weekend was a blast and it felt really good to have someone we trusted running point and making sure we were where we needed to be, when we needed to be there! Thanks, Stephanie!!

Rebecka is amazing! We hired her as our DOC but she was much more than that. She helped build our wedding day timeline, answered random questions  and provided advice/tips, and was the point of contact for our vendors. Day of, Rebecka handled everything. She made sure all my decoration was displayed nicely, table arrangements were perfect. She even placed the flowers on my cake because the baker didn’t and it looked perfect. She checked in on me and my husband throughout the evening and made sure any hiccup was handled. I couldn’t recommend her more! Hiring her for our wedding was the best decision!

Erica at Lavish & Lovely went above and beyond to give us our perfect wedding day. From the initial planning, following up with vendors, day of logistics and execution of the event, Erica was on top of every aspect and allowed us to completely focus on our friends and family. We cannot imagine the thought of having to put our day together without the help of Erica. We highly recommend Lavish & Lovely so you can also have your perfect wedding day!

Erica planned such a simple, yet elegant wedding for us that surpassed our expectations. Everything was meticulously thought out, and the final result was bliss. Working with her was a dream!

Debra is the most unbelievable planner who really wants to bring your vision to life and alleviate your wedding planning stress. During the planning process, she was super on top of everything. The wedding itself ran so smoothly and everything turned out amazing. We were told by many that this was the best and most organized wedding they had been to. Our other vendors also loved working with her. We can’t recommend her enough!!

I was at my cousins wedding and I kept thinking wow this is so him and so her. Whoever helped plan this understood the assignment. So when it was my turn the first thing I did was get their number. That turned out to be the best decision ever because Aimee and Natalie are quite frankly the best. They are so invested, involved and in touch with your wedding and your vision that with all the craziness and nerves, the one thing I never had to worry about was if it would go smoothly or turn out to be exactly what we wanted; it did and it was. They have a wonderful planning process that makes you feel seen, heard and understood. They give you a safe space to talk out all your details from wedding day everything down to personal dynamics. When the time comes to watch their hard work and your own vision come to life; I (who always has words) had none. It was unbelievable to walk into the venue seeing that everything was exactly what you hoped for and then some. They and their team of incredible assistants felt like they were meant to be at our wedding and we are so incredibly grateful that they were. I would recommend them to everyone and I know everyone would be about to get the wedding of their dreams with the dream team surrounding them. When they are your event planners, step back and watch true professionalism, expertise and ease while doing it. You’ll be amazed what two sisters can accomplish while making you feel like their only bride and groom. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

We hired Kelley to manage the last eight weeks leading up to our December 2023 wedding and we could not be more happy with our decision to do so.  From our initial call with Kelley, she immediately put us at ease.  My husband and I both have very busy work schedules, and were most concerned about our ability to manage all of the details that come up the last couple months of the wedding as well as the coordination the day of.  Kelley took the reins and made the planning process for us fun, instead of stressful.  Kelley is also a consummate professional, while also being extremely personable and easy to get along with.  I spoke to a number of other planners before finding Kelley and she stood out immediately both from a subject matter expertise standpoint, but also how easy it was to interact with her.  I received numerous comments from our wedding party, family and friends how impressed they were with her and how smoothly she kept the day running.  A number of people told me before the wedding that something inevitably will go wrong the day of and to not let it stress me out; however, I can't think of a single thing that did not go as planned (and if it did I don't know about it) and that's all thanks to Kelley and her wonderful team.  I would hire her 10x over - she really is the best. 

Danielle was absolutely amazing as our Day-of-Coordinator for our wedding! I honestly wished I found her earlier to plan my entire wedding! From the moment we spoke, I knew I wanted to work with her! Danielle is kind, down-to-earth, approachable, and professional. Her knowledge and experience helped guide me before and during my big day. She always has your best interests in mind. I appreciated her reaching out to my vendors the week of the wedding so that I could focus on the last-minute details for the wedding. She also helped set up, decorate, and break down all my wedding decor. The way she decorated my ceremony and reception exceeded my expectations! Everything came out beautifully! Danielle has my highest recommendation. She was truly a pleasure to work with! If I ever need to plan another event, I would hire her in a heartbeat!

If you’re planning a wedding, stop what you’re doing and give this absolute force of a woman a call. We hired Kelli as our day of coordinator for our October 2024 wedding. In the last few months leading up to the wedding, we had a few issues with our venue. Kelli became involved and talked us through every obstacle. She did a site visit, multiple phone calls, and went above and beyond to help ensure we had the best day ever. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and people skills are top level. Also, she was funny and nice to talk with while doing our planning calls. On the day of the wedding she was the boss. I told her I didn’t want to make any decisions that day and I didn’t have to! She was in contact with my vendors, set up my decor, and at the end of the night boxed everything up and packed it into cars. Guys, she even helped me change out of my wedding dress and into a more comfortable after party outfit. On the day of the wedding she brought an assistant, Sheila. Sheila was so sweet and friendly and just as involved as Kelli in making our day go smoothly. Kelli made sure me and my husband had time to breathe, food to eat, and drinks to drink while we were waiting for our entrance away from the guests. Her knowledge and experience in the wedding business is unmatched and was so helpful along the way, down to the little details that I never even thought of. Wedding planning is no joke and she has the exact set of skills to help you get through it. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend hiring Kelli for your wedding. Her day of coordinator fee is very reasonable and absolutely worth it. I didn’t know at first if I would need a day of coordinator, and when you’re spending so much money on a wedding it may seem like an extra luxury. Now that I’ve experienced it I can say it’s not a luxury it’s a must! Pick up that overtime to fit it in your budget if you need to! Kelli, you are dynamite. Thanks for making our day so very perfect!

From the very first conversation, I knew Danielle was the one I wanted by our side for our wedding. She was my very first call, and after speaking with her, I immediately cancelled the rest of the calls I had lined up. Danielle is not only incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but she approaches everything with such kindness, patience, and genuine warmth. She remembered things I would have forgotten, thought ahead in ways I never could have, and made sure every detail was taken care of so that when the day came, I could simply be present. As someone who usually has a hard time letting go of control, I felt complete trust in her which is a gift I most definitely have appreciated and will never forget. Danielle was always available, always reassuring, and always went above and beyond with such grace. She really learned who I was as a person, got my vibe (: and understood my vision perfectly. Our wedding day was truly perfect, and we owe so much of that to her. I feel endlessly grateful that we had her guidance, care, and heart throughout this process. If you are lucky enough to have Danielle as your planner, you will be in the very best hands.
