I recently hired Karla as a day of coordinator for my wedding on 10/28/22 in Peekskill, NY and she did a wonderful job. Not only did she help make my day go seamlessly, she also kept in contact with me for 6 weeks prior to my wedding day for check ins. Karla asked questions and provided ideas that I would not have thought of without her help. On the day of the wedding, Karla set up everything that I needed to and at the end of the night packed away anything that I had therefore I was able to enjoy my wedding from start to finish and didnt need to worry about a thing. She kept us calm and continually laughing in a stressful planning process. During the weekend of the wedding, Karla was awesome! She worked seamlessly in the background with all of our vendors and venue to ensure our wedding went super smoothly. When she needed to involve us in a decision, she did so quickly and efficiently allowing us to have an amazing day despite the many logistics. We look back on our wedding and think how Karla was one of the key pieces in making it as beautiful and memorable as it was. We booked Kelli for day-of coordinating, and she really came through. Prior to the wedding, she also did several check-ins with us and helped us iron out all the fine details, letting us enjoy the wedding and not having to think about all the months of planning beforehand. She's very organized, personable, and pretty hilarious!
