Rebecka is amazing! We hired her as our DOC but she was much more than that. She helped build our wedding day timeline, answered random questions  and provided advice/tips, and was the point of contact for our vendors. Day of, Rebecka handled everything. She made sure all my decoration was displayed nicely, table arrangements were perfect. She even placed the flowers on my cake because the baker didn’t and it looked perfect. She checked in on me and my husband throughout the evening and made sure any hiccup was handled. I couldn’t recommend her more! Hiring her for our wedding was the best decision!

We hired Rebecka for our day-of wedding coordination and she was EXCEPTIONAL. She has a special knack for identifying and resolving issues before you even know they exist, and goes above and beyond in making you comfortable, relaxed, and totally taken care of. We had a thousand moving parts happening and Rebecka made it all happen effortlessly and smoothly, so I didn't have to handle a single thing and could simply enjoy the day. When I asked a question or had a request, she had already taken care of it! She made sure we had plenty to eat and it seemed like drinks and food materialized out of thin air just when we needed them. On top of that, she made sure we had plenty of beautiful behind the scenes photos which was a welcome surprise at the end of the night when we wanted to reflect on the day and had a ton of gorgeous pictures to enjoy. She is incredibly warm, friendly, kind, and professional. My family couldn't stop talking about how excellent Rebecka was and how flawlessly the day ran. Don't hesitate to book Rebecka - she is truly the best and you will wonder how you ever managed without her!

Rebecka is amazing! She made my wedding day a dream come true. I had a vision for a Christmas/winter wonderland wedding and I bought so much decor for the reception. She made my vision come to life better than I could have even planned! The decor was so beautiful, and every guest raved about her work. Beyond that, Rebecka helped me plan the timeline for the wedding day ahead of time. On the day itself, she accommodated me and my family with anything and everything we needed help with. I can’t recommend her enough!

Rebecka was awesome!! Our wedding had so many small detail elements that we would NEVER have been able to make happen without her help. We had 2 meeting leading up to the day and on the day of, she jumped right in and started getting stuff done straight away right up until the end of the night. She was so quick to move around the venue to coordinate our details but also working with vendors to be mindful of our timeline. I would never consider doing a wedding without the help of a day-of-coordinator and Rebecka was a massive part of our day, truly making it all come together!!

The day of the event Rebecka arrived prior to the scheduled time. Rebecka was in constant communication with me and shared pictures on how the set up was going. She also made suggestions and asked for my approval before changing anything.
When we arrived at the venue for the wedding ceremony & reception, the set up looked amazing. We had provided Rebecka with pictures and a sample of each set up. To see the entire venue with our ideas come to life was simply amazing!

Rebecka was constantly checking in every few minutes. From offering us ice cold water in the hot September weather to getting cocktails and food for us. She tended to ALL our needs and was nearby whenever we needed her.

Rebecka coordinated the event and kept us on time with everything. We got carried away with the partying and Rebecka kept us focused and guided us to our next step on the timeline.

During our wedding reception I recall telling my Wife how amazing Rebecka was doing and how lucky we were to have her there with us.

Rebecka was the best decision we made during the wedding process! We got down to the last few months and I needed someone to handle things while we were busy having fun. She did everything and beyond. From cleaning up our getting ready space, helping me with my shoes and dress, setting up our details table, grabbed items we forgot in the car, making our dinner plates and keeping us fueled with drinks the entire night. She thought about everything and was extremely helpful!!
