The BEST planner!!!
Rebecka was absolutely amazing and I don’t know what we would have done without her! She was a delight to work with and so organized, enthusiastic, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. She was the most calming presence on our wedding day and executed out vision perfectly. A true professional plus the amount of stuff she did behind the scenes without us even knowing until the next day blew my mind, she was on top of every little detail. We had so many last minute changes with the weather being pretty iffy on our wedding day and she didn’t miss a beat and made it absolutely beautiful. So grateful we had the opportunity to work with her and highly recommend! Thank you Rebecka!!!Etta Events's reply:

Rebecka was my day of coordinator for my wedding. She was amazing! She was soooo helpful the day off. She was always there to help and get me what I need. She took the stress of the day off my shoulders. Highly recommend her!!!! -

I just got married on 7/22/23 and couldn't have been happier with my decision to hire Rebekah. I had found Rebecka through a 'Hudson Valley Bride' Facebook page and i went in very nervously about agreeing to hire her. You hear so many stories about being scammed from vendors on Facebook but i took a chance on her after we had a wonderful initial first call. She was hired as a Day of Coordinator but honestly, she jumped on board about 2 months before which I did not expect. It was so nice to have brainstorming calls with her and she was always in the loop about what was going on. I didn't worry about her showing up the day of and needing to catch up. She was totally aware of what was expected and every task that needed to get done (even some that I never even thought of). The week of the wedding, I had my first stressful situation happen and she was there to communicate with me and made me feel calm and assured me that everything was going to be perfect. And she was right. Our wedding was perfect, and I have Rebekah to thank for it. She knew what my vision was and made sure to execute it exactly how I wanted. She kept everything on schedule even though it was hard to get my husband to stay put and focused lol. I can go on and on and on but Rebekah was truly the star of my vendors. I am so happy I found her and can't recommend her enough. Thanks again, girl! It was a pleasure working with you! -

I wasn't originally planning to have a wedding coordinator, but having her there on our day gave me such peace of mind -- it was one of the best decisions I made! Rebecka was responsive, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire planning process, and every time I checked in to ask if something had been done during the reception (vendors tipped? coffee made? DJ knows to make an announcement?) she was already on top of it. She was a pillar of calm and professionalism -- it started to rain just before our planned outdoor ceremony, and she calmly worked with the venue staff to execute a whole new setup indoors just minutes before we walked down the aisle. She managed our day-of tips, constantly checked in on my fiancee and myself, and handled packing up all of the decor at the end of the night. All in all, this day would not have gone off nearly as smoothly without her, and we are eternally grateful for her services on our special day! -

We hired Rebecka as our day-of coordinator, and we couldn't be happier to have had her helping us for the day. We checked in several times before the wedding, and she was very knowledgeable/helpful for all the last-minute planning questions I had. On the wedding day she was a huge help, fielding all the day-of logistical issues that are tough to plan for ahead of time. My friends and family said she was wonderfully helpful behind the scenes. Highly recommend her! -

I was a very hands on, with specific vision for the day. Rebecka helped me build that vision, she traveled to our venue to decorate, then to our church to coordinate the ceremony. She was amazing, made sure everything was set and I was happy each step of the way. Highly recommend! -

If anyone is planning their own wedding or just needs that “person who can fix anything” you need my Day Of Planner, Rebecca. I was so nervous that I couldn’t afford one and I was having a backyard wedding. There are so many hiccups that come up during the decorating and wedding itself that I searched for someone who can be that trusted go-to-person. I found Rebecca on the Facebook brides group and I’m so grateful I did. She was in my budget and went beyond anything I could imagine. We had multiple meetings in person and on the phone about my day and what it could be. She helped me organize my itinerary for the day and all my vendors. The night before, she came over with her magic wedding kit and helped me decorate for hours. She is so calm and resourceful. Any issues that would come up, she would find a solution, volunteer or make a suggestion to change the plan. Having a calm and leveled headed person during that stress is so important! If that wasn’t enough, she was amazing on the actual wedding day. She was there bright and early paying my vendors as I got ready. Telling everyone how and where to set up to make my vision come to life. I felt like I had a personal assistant for that day and the wedding is the day you need it! I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding as she made sure everything I wanted happened. I could not recommend Rebecca enough. She will make all your wedding dreams possible and she will be there from the beginning to the end. Everyone at my wedding was talking about this amazing coordinator that had the answer to everything, fixed every issue and kept the party going. I think I hugged her more than my sisters 😂 you will be very happy you booked her!! -
