Kayla was a pleasure to work with & was very knowledgeable on rentals, logistics, timelines etc. for our tented wedding. She is very professional & responds instantly! It was such a pleasure to work with her during the wedding planning & we made a lovely team. Our wedding was planned to every detail before wedding weekend, but Kayla & her team really brought it all together on the day of. There is SO much that goes on behind the scenes & I wasn’t aware of any of it during the wedding day as it should be since I was having fun & sharing memories with friends. Kayla took care of everything and made sure all vendors set up correctly as we discussed & everything on the timeline ran smoothly. It’s exactly what you hope for & can count on by hiring every little detail. Kayla made our day so special & I am so grateful & will never forget it!

Danielle at Every Little Details was an absolute lifesaver when it came to wedding planning. She started working with us 2 months before our wedding, each call we had I felt supported and like I had someone who knew exactly what would be needed for our backyard wedding. She helped connect me with vendors, including a DJ when our original plan fell through. She helped keep me organized and let me know what needed to be done and when so I didn’t get overwhelmed. The day of our wedding it was downpouring on and off all day. Danielle and her team helped our ceremony run smoothly, and ensured the rest of the night was amazing, despite changes in our schedule due to the weather. We had the most amazing day thanks to Danielle and her team, I was able to relax and have fun and just enjoy myself knowing Danielle was there!

My wife and I were beyond excited when we were recommended every little detail to plan our wedding. There is not enough excellent things to say about Danielle. From the very start to the very end, she helped us every step of the way. Her knowledge and experience made our dream wedding become a reality. It was definitely a bitter sweet time when we knew we wouldn't be talking with Danielle as much once our wedding was over. Highly recommend.

Danielle is truly amazing and we would be lost without her! From the start, planning a build your own wedding outdoors from scratch was no easy task especially living 3 plus hours away. I knew I needed much help! She came to the rescue not just as a “month of planner” she was helping me for months on end making all the impossible, possible. With no help from your typical wedding venue hires she helped make it all happen. From helping with decor, planning, time lines, and many other hired vendors. She was literally running around from place to place the day of making sure all was right not just the day of but days ahead. Even when I was panicking she would say “I’m just a phone call away whenever you want to cry.” And that is exactly why I truly miss our weekly calls! Thank you again for all your help and making sure all ran smoothly that till this day we hear nothing but amazing, incredible things about our unforgettable wedding! Choosing Danielle and her team at Every Little Detail was the single most important decision we made for our wedding, and we cannot thank them enough!! Danielle was responsive, organized, flexible, and such a sweet person! We ended up selecting her month-of planning services since we had already booked most of our vendors. She was highly knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and so easy to talk to, which made planning straightforward and enjoyable. Her guidance was invaluable, and she was readily available to hop on multiple calls as we got close to our wedding date. She truly put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. The ELD client portal was also incredibly useful for keeping track of everything, including a comprehensive task list which was super useful in making sure we didn’t miss anything!

On the day of, Danielle and Kayla made it look effortless—everything ran so smoothly and it was truly a magical day. The coordination was phenomenal, and I loved that they made sure my husband and I had everything we needed throughout the day/night. They thought of things I’d never even considered, like having two water bottles ready for us immediately after the ceremony! Our wedding weekend was a dream, and it would not have been possible without Danielle. We would highly, highly recommend Every Little Detail! :)

Danielle at Every Little Detail was our six month wedding planner and I dont think we would have gotten through our wedding without her! She went above & beyond to help out with our decorations as well as bouncing ideas off of her. Danielle was the reason our wedding went perfectly — we could not recommend her more. Oh my gosh - I could go on and on and on. I love this company, I loved working with Matt and Danielle, and I truly had the best time working with them. Not only are their personalities AMAZING - but their coordination, problem solving, and ability to make you feel like family is unrivaled. After being unsure if we even needed a day of planner - to being unable to do anything without them - and wishing they were my friends forever - it turns out we NEEDED them.
Matt and Danielle are fabulous people who really know how to herd cats, put together the perfect timeline, and made sure I didn't get hit with stray emails or questions from vendors.
They went absolutely above and beyond, were so communicative, fun to talk to weekly, and made sure everything was PERFECT. We used Every Little Detail for our daughter's wedding and Danielle and her team proved to be invaluable to us. It was a destination wedding in Rhinebeck and was a life saver for us.
