Kayla was a pleasure to work with & was very knowledgeable on rentals, logistics, timelines etc. for our tented wedding. She is very professional & responds instantly! It was such a pleasure to work with her during the wedding planning & we made a lovely team. Our wedding was planned to every detail before wedding weekend, but Kayla & her team really brought it all together on the day of. There is SO much that goes on behind the scenes & I wasn’t aware of any of it during the wedding day as it should be since I was having fun & sharing memories with friends. Kayla took care of everything and made sure all vendors set up correctly as we discussed & everything on the timeline ran smoothly. Danielle is truly amazing and we would be lost without her! From the start, planning a build your own wedding outdoors from scratch was no easy task especially living 3 plus hours away. I knew I needed much help! She came to the rescue not just as a “month of planner” she was helping me for months on end making all the impossible, possible. With no help from your typical wedding venue hires she helped make it all happen. From helping with decor, planning, time lines, and many other hired vendors. She was literally running around from place to place the day of making sure all was right not just the day of but days ahead. Even when I was panicking she would say “I’m just a phone call away whenever you want to cry.” And that is exactly why I truly miss our weekly calls! Choosing Danielle and her team at Every Little Detail was the single most important decision we made for our wedding, and we cannot thank them enough!! Danielle was responsive, organized, flexible, and such a sweet person! We ended up selecting her month-of planning services since we had already booked most of our vendors. She was highly knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and so easy to talk to, which made planning straightforward and enjoyable. Her guidance was invaluable, and she was readily available to hop on multiple calls as we got close to our wedding date. She truly put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. The ELD client portal was also incredibly useful for keeping track of everything, including a comprehensive task list which was super useful in making sure we didn’t miss anything!

The coordination was phenomenal, and I loved that they made sure my husband and I had everything we needed throughout the day/night. They thought of things I’d never even considered, like having two water bottles ready for us immediately after the ceremony! We used Every Little Detail for our daughter's wedding and Danielle and her team proved to be invaluable to us. It was a destination wedding in Rhinebeck and was a life saver for us. Hiring Every Little Detail was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! I can't recommend them enough. They offer a variety of services, and are super flexible in adjusting your contract to what you need.

I reached out 6 months before my wedding as I felt I was falling behind, and heard back within 24 hours. I spoke with Matthew, who we hired as our 3 month planner. I did an intro call to make sure we would be a good fit for each other, and once we hired him, he got right to work. We got married in June, and 90% of the wedding was planned by May 1st.

Matthew is hyper organized, responsive, transparent, calm, knowledgeable, personable, and was our biggest advocate every step of the way. He also brought an assistant to our wedding for extra hands, and let us use a bunch of decor he already had to save some money.

He spoke with vendors on our behalf, handled difficult situations with ease, and made sure nothing was done without our approval to build our dream wedding. I never felt like I was bothering him when I reached out, and his main priority was making sure we felt good every step of the way.

At our wedding, so many of our guests thanked him personally for his outstanding work, and even after the wedding, he helped me handle a difficult situation with a vendor without skipping a beat. Matthew & ELD team, we can't thank you enough for all you've done!

My husband and I worked with Danielle as our month-of coordinator for our wedding and we are so happy we did!
