Kayla was a pleasure to work with & was very knowledgeable on rentals, logistics, timelines etc. for our tented wedding. She is very professional & responds instantly! It was such a pleasure to work with her during the wedding planning & we made a lovely team. Our wedding was planned to every detail before wedding weekend, but Kayla & her team really brought it all together on the day of. There is SO much that goes on behind the scenes & I wasn’t aware of any of it during the wedding day as it should be since I was having fun & sharing memories with friends. Kayla took care of everything and made sure all vendors set up correctly as we discussed & everything on the timeline ran smoothly. Choosing Danielle and her team at Every Little Detail was the single most important decision we made for our wedding, and we cannot thank them enough!! Danielle was responsive, organized, flexible, and such a sweet person! We ended up selecting her month-of planning services since we had already booked most of our vendors. She was highly knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and so easy to talk to, which made planning straightforward and enjoyable. Her guidance was invaluable, and she was readily available to hop on multiple calls as we got close to our wedding date. She truly put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. The ELD client portal was also incredibly useful for keeping track of everything, including a comprehensive task list which was super useful in making sure we didn’t miss anything!
On the day of, Danielle and Kayla made it look effortless—everything ran so smoothly and it was truly a magical day. The coordination was phenomenal, and I loved that they made sure my husband and I had everything we needed throughout the day/night. They thought of things I’d never even considered, like having two water bottles ready for us immediately after the ceremony! Oh my gosh - I could go on and on and on. I love this company, I loved working with Matt and Danielle, and I truly had the best time working with them. Not only are their personalities AMAZING - but their coordination, problem solving, and ability to make you feel like family is unrivaled. After being unsure if we even needed a day of planner - to being unable to do anything without them - and wishing they were my friends forever - it turns out we NEEDED them.
Matt and Danielle are fabulous people who really know how to herd cats, put together the perfect timeline, and made sure I didn't get hit with stray emails or questions from vendors.
They went absolutely above and beyond, were so communicative, fun to talk to weekly, and made sure everything was PERFECT. After being in a relationship for 12 years you'd think I could plan a wedding alone - jokes on me, I wouldn't want to and did not know how. Hiring Every Little Detail was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! I can't recommend them enough. They offer a variety of services, and are super flexible in adjusting your contract to what you need.
I reached out 6 months before my wedding as I felt I was falling behind, and heard back within 24 hours. I spoke with Matthew, who we hired as our 3 month planner. I did an intro call to make sure we would be a good fit for each other, and once we hired him, he got right to work. We got married in June, and 90% of the wedding was planned by May 1st.
Matthew is hyper organized, responsive, transparent, calm, knowledgeable, personable, and was our biggest advocate every step of the way. He also brought an assistant to our wedding for extra hands, and let us use a bunch of decor he already had to save some money.
He spoke with vendors on our behalf, handled difficult situations with ease, and made sure nothing was done without our approval to build our dream wedding. I never felt like I was bothering him when I reached out, and his main priority was making sure we felt good every step of the way.
At our wedding, so many of our guests thanked him personally for his outstanding work, and even after the wedding, he helped me handle a difficult situation with a vendor without skipping a beat. Matthew & ELD team, we can't thank you enough for all you've done! -

My husband and I worked with Danielle as our month-of coordinator for our wedding and we are so happy we did! Danielle was on top of things as soon as we started working with her and was so helpful in keeping us on track, finding vendors, and especially helping us meet our vision and stick to budget. A fairytale wedding from ELD
Danielle from Every Little Detail was amazing and contributed to the absolute success of the most perfect wedding day. We hired Danielle as a partial planner after deciding (thank goodness) that we could not plan a wedding ourselves. Danielle was there every step of the way. She tended to be 2 steps ahead of us. Ahead of the wedding she'd reach out and ensure we were on track. ELD provided an amazing online tool that contributed to this success to track costs, plan seating, and keep all of our wedding documents in one place. Danielle helped us find some amazing vendors and was especially key in the 60 days ahead of the wedding, finalizing details, coordinating with vendors, and providing great details into what we should expect and prepare for. Day of ELD was even more amazing. The venue said ELD was one of the best planning companies they ever worked with - extremely on top of everything and so seamlessly coordinating every detail (no pun intended!). Every Little Detail was a joy to work with and they helped us create and execute a magical and truly perfect wedding day. Amazing Service!
My husband and I worked with Kayla at every little detail. I can not rave about her enough! She was incredible. She was considerate, calm, realistic, and supportive. Kayla was absolutely the best investment we made for our wedding day. If you have ANY doubts of hiring a wedding planner, just do it and go with Kayla! My partner and I had no idea what we were doing, planning a 50 person tented wedding on our family farm. We interviewed 4 wedding planners before we went with ELD—it was just so evident how professional and well-equipped she was from our first meeting. She came at the recommendation of our caterer. We hired Kayla for partial wedding planning services when we were in over our heads, and overwhelmed with every decision. She was so calm, extremely organized, communicative and attentive to every detail we didn’t even know to think about. Once we hired Kayla, we handed over the reigns to her the same day and asked her to basically make our wedding happen. She made it so that we just showed up to the wedding with no anxiety or stress. She did multiple site visits on her own while we were out of town, she coordinated shuttle services, was the point person for flower delivery and catering, and basically turned our dream into a reality. The day of the wedding, there was chance of rain and she was coordinating rain alternatives for our cocktail hour and reception, making sure everyone’s questions were answered while I had no idea, I was calm as a cucumber enjoying the day since she was handling everything. I would pay triple for Kayla’s services, and my only regret is not having Kayla from the start!! -

Run, don't walk, to hire Every Little Detail. I feel incredibly fortunate that I got to work with Kayla throughout the wedding planning process. From helping us find vendors, to creating a timeline, to helping map out seating arrangements, to renting lawn games and chalk boards on the big day, ELD does it all.
Let's put it this way - after months of planning we realize it's predicted thunderstorms the ENTIRE weekend of my wedding. Kayla is cool, calm, collected, and even helps us get excited for the weekend ahead. The day of the wedding, as I'm getting hair and makeup done, Kayla basically plans out three different, totally beautiful, and practical options in case of sunshine, light rain, and thunderstorms. She continued to check on me, talk me through the options, and offered support and warmth. There was absolutely no way we could have pulled this off without her.
The biggest regret you'll feel after hiring ELD is the sense that you've lost a friend and big support system after the wedding is over! Make this investment in yourself and your wedding by hiring them. -

Amazing do not hesitate to hire danielle!
I honestly don't even know where to begin. Danielle is the BEST event planner, and the entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of incredible.
To set the scene--my parents are really demanding Eastern Europeans with impossible standards, so when I was choosing a wedding planner, I needed someone who would not only plan an amazing event, but also make my parents feel comfortable. To make things more complicated, I live in London, so the entire wedding was planned pretty much remotely or over email. Pretty much all the guests were traveling to Upstate NY for the wedding, so accommodation and shuttles also had to be organized. AND we decided to do the wedding at my husband's family farm, meaning we had to organize and bring in EVERYTHING (toilets, kitchen, lights, etc.). AND we had a welcome party, which Danielle helped us plan so she basically planned 2 parties! There were SO many moving parts, and Danielle never missed a beat. She was so prepared throughout and clearly had a ton of experience with this sort of thing.
She was so warm and friendly, always responsive to all my emails, was extremely accommodating to schedule around my job and the time difference, and was always reminding me of tasks to do throughout the way so that it never felt too overwhelming. She recommended some amazing vendors, but was open to working with other vendors that my parents recommended. I never once felt like she was pushing me to get something I did not want. Danielle always knew the right questions to ask each vendor and made sure everything was taken care of so that on the day of nothing was left to chance. She even helped us organize a fireworks show!
On the day of the wedding, I did not have to think of anything besides looking pretty, because I knew Danielle and her amazing team had everything covered. Of course a few things went not exactly according to plan, but Danielle barely batted an eye and every issue was sorted before I even had time to panic. The wedding was absolutely perfect and it was all thanks to Danielle.
If you are considering hiring Every Little Detail, do not hesitate. Danielle and her team are clearly pros at putting together incredible and unconventional events that seem impossible. She helped bring my wedding vision to life and I am so thankful! I truly cannot recommend enough! -

I remember my first phone call with Matthew, and gently explaining to him that our venue *required* a wedding planner, but that I really enjoy planning events, and details, and didn't expect to need much. With respect and encouragement, he was still willing to work with me to ensure my ideas were brought to fruition, and WOW did he ever deliver!! Without a doubt, there are going to be things on your wedding day that you cannot control or plan for - and that, for us, is where Matthew and his team really shone brightly. Tiny little adjustments that seemed to make no difference wound up making all the difference in the world, to how seamless our day was from start to finish. He was always polite and courteous, and worked extremely well with all our other vendors, which is obviously very helpful when a team is united. He really did take "every little detail" into account, and for our 44 person microwedding, it was ALL in the details.
I lost my mother 5 years ago, and she was always on top of all those little things that I could easily forget in the moment with everything else going on... Matthew wasn't just a wedding planner for me on wedding day, he was also mother of the bride (sorry, Matthew, but it's true!) HANDS DOWN I would recommend Matthew and Every Little Detail to anyone who wants to turn their dream wedding into a real life fairytale. -

Matthew Marvullo from Every Little Details was instrumental in the planning process as well as day of the wedding coordination. There were details that Matthew inquired about as well as attended to that we never thought of. He was always available, had wonderful ideas, and easy to collaborate with. Hiring a wedding planner was a decision we made only ~6 months before the wedding because I was deployed and not getting back until 2 months out. Danielle helped us so much to think of all of the details about planning a wedding that we wouldn't have thought of! During the weeks leading up to the wedding she made herself available whenever we needed. We most realized her value, though, on the day of! We worked with Every Little Detail as our month-of wedding coordinator and were supported by Kayla following the recommendation of our venue (Handsome Hollow). She is truly stellar–in the 1,5 years leading up to the wedding, she closely reviewed all our contracts and answered the wide variety of questions we had. She shared numerous tips along the way, and also helped us navigate some unexpected issues along the way. We were incredibly grateful for her expertise and support throughout that stressful period.
It was on the days right before and of the wedding that she really worked her magic. Kayla managed all vendors, set up the many decorations we brought in the way we wanted (and brought in lots of other helpful decorations such as crates, candles, sparklers, and much more), and ensured that the entire day ran smoothly. She patiently worked through our many questions and requests, put our minds at ease whenever we worried about anything, and brought a calming presence to our day. Matthew helped out on the day before and of the wedding and we enjoyed his sense of humor and advice. We can honestly say that we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day and were able to fully enjoy every second. Many guests told us our wedding was ‘a fairytale’ and Kayla played a huge rule in making this day so memorable for us and for all our guests.
Initially, we doubted that we needed a month-of coordinator but we’re so glad that we listened to the advice of our family, friends, and other vendors. Any couple would be lucky to work with Kayla and we HIGHLY recommend working with her/ELD. Kayla is worth every penny! -

The best decision!
Danielle and the staff at Every Little Detail were originally recommended to us by our venue, but they ended up being one of the best decisions we made! We had to delay our wedding three times due to the pandemic, and Danielle was patient, kind, and talked us off the ledge in so many situations. It was not an easy time for us, and Danielle was there for us in a way so many wedding planners might not be! Her expertise in the area and experience was invaluable. We cannot thank her enough for all of the planning, calls, and stepping up she did for us. We worked with Kayla at her office as well, who was just as wonderful. Day-of, Danielle was the calm in the center of the storm who kept us level! Every time I turned around and needed her, she was there. And with a smile! In fact, at one point I felt overheated and she was immediately there to help me sit down and drink water and feel better, like she read my mind! Her and her husband are such good people who definitely know their stuff. She has a great relationship with vendors and is always there when you need a planning phone call mid-wedding freakout. We had a lot of vendors to manage and she did a great job. We also brought in a lot of our own decorations and details, and her and her team did a wonderful job setting them up and making everything look amazing. My husband and I said so many times that we were so unbelievably happy we hired her!!! -

After having to cancel a wedding due to covid, and then finding a new venue and date to reschedule at, my husband and I decided to hire Every Little Detail to help plan once we landed on Handsome Hollow (which was 3 hours away from our home). I honestly don't know what we would have done without her! Danielle helped us find the best local vendors, made sure we made our payments on time and stayed on top of us with milestones to accomplish for the year leading up to the wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure the planning was easy and seamless for us and even up until the wedding, allowed us to really enjoy our day and not have to stress about anything. Every time we spoke with her on the phone, it was like a sigh of relief that we were on track or she was on top of anything that was outstanding - and she was always willing to jump on the phone if we needed. We had amazing experience with ELD. First off we were planning a wedding during Covid which was extremely difficult to begin with. We experienced hiccups with some vendors which Danielle handled very well. My husband and I last minute choose a second venue about an hour and half away from our first choice and Danielle was 100% flexible and willing to make our dream work. After 2 years of planning and replanning.... You could only imagine, I had about 200 different little details I was envisioning for my wedding and Danielle MADE SURE they happened for me and my husband! She really pays all attention to EVERY little detail. We truly could not have done this without her! Venues like our required A LOT of planning and many moving parts. She was very professional and understanding when dealing with our rowdy groomsmen and any issues that came along the way. For example, Last min our transportation decided they couldn't drive my parents back to their air BnB and Danielle even offered to drive them home herself. amazing 50th bday party
I know Every Little Detail does a lot of weddings, but I hired them for for a 50th birthday party for my husband which required a lot of creativity as the party moved between 3 different places. Danielle and Kayla did a phenomenal job. They were super detail-oriented, had lots of fun ideas, worked with great vendors- we had a tarot card reader, a band, a dj, fire dancers- and created a truly magical experience with lanterns, torches, lights strung across a tennis court, golf carts shuttling guests on a tiki-torch lit path. Our guests had a great time, and I did not stress for even a second. They are very friendly, easy people to be with and are unflappable. I think they would be great to hire for any kind of party. Thank you both for a memorable night 💕 -

Working with Kayla and Every Little Detail SAVED our wedding. We finally had the opportunity to have our dream wedding after four Covid-related postponements over the course of two years and Kayla was phenomenal every step of the way. We had so many logistical nightmares along the way and Kayla helped us navigate every single one with ease and confidence and optimism. Her neverending commitment to ensuring our wedding went off without a hitch worked, and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect day.
My (now) husband and I run a couple of restaurants and our schedules are erratic and chaotic and Kayla made herself available on off-hours and with little notice. She communicated clearly when she was working an event or was out of town and ensured we felt taken care of at all times, even when she was in the middle of another wedding. Honestly, not being in constant communication with her (post-wedding) feels strange and I miss having such a calming and reassuring presence in my inbox.
Also, Kayla was our true superstar, but having Danielle on-site the day of the wedding was also a phenomenal experience. They are truly a superstar duo and I did not feel a single second of concern the day of my wedding (even though it rained until 5 minutes before our *outdoor* ceremony). Truly, Every Little Detail is an apt name for their company.
So, in short, Kayla should plan your wedding. You will be in the best, most organized hands and you can actually focus on your celebration rather than minute details. Our families came away raving more about Kayla and the little details of our wedding than anything else. I cannot thank her enough and cannot rave more about the services and thoughtfulness she provided. Stop your search now. -

Working with Matthew / Every Little Details was the best decision out of all the thousands of decisions I had to make throughout the wedding planning process. I'm from NYC (i.e high-strung) and a producer/project manager myself and have to hand it to Matthew / ELD for being the best wedding planners we could have ever asked for! I had a strong vision of what I wanted and Matthew helped execute and bring everything to life (and more) throughout the planning process and on the day of. Throughout the stressful aspects of planning, Matthew is the calm anchor any bride needs and always managed to find solutions to any bumps along the way. He fought and negotiated for us and had our best interests in mind when dealing with vendors, without even being asked! His experience and expertise show in his recommendations and consultations. For our wedding day since we had to build the venue ground-up, he was doing physical labor, directing all vendors, driving people in golf carts, and coordinating everything, making sure everything was perfect on a hot humid day. I would not have changed a thing about my wedding day. On the actual day of, he always made sure we were taken care of and were able to enjoy our day -- with moments of pause, making sure we always had a glass of champagne in our hands, and were fed and hydrated!
The next day, he made sure all of our stuff was packed up and went by himself to do so in the middle of a hurricane. If that isn't going above and beyond, I don't know what is.
On top of ALL of the care, blood, sweat, and tears -- he has a great sense of humor and is an immense pleasure to work with! If I had to start over and do this again, I would 100% choose them again. You will not be disappointed. -

When you're doing a wedding on your own property, there's a lot of moving parts that you forget about or need someone else to manage. When we inquired with Danielle and Matthew at ELD, we know that they were up to the challenge - managing a wedding with three different locations, with people who have high expectations, with a lot of different personalities involved (family business realities) is a difficult task. They totally knocked it out of the park. We expected someone to help us with the day-of planning only and we were completely wrong. Matthew was up for every idea, every moving part, was there with professional advice but also gave us tips and tricks that we would only expect from a friend, dealt with both of our families in the best manner, and was completely involved in our extremely immersive planning experience. I 100% recommend him to anyone - but especially those who are planning a wedding themselves. You will always miss something and Matthew never will. He will be realistic with you but also hype you up. He was totally invested in our vision and made it come to life. I cannot thank him enough for all the time spent for our special day. Hire this team! -

Danielle and her team was amazing to work with. We reached out to them through a recommendation from our venue and were so happy we did. We chose the coordination package. ELD followed through with all of our design aspects and being the experts they are, executed and filled in added details we didn’t even think of to make the day perfect. For the ceremony, We used a family member as the officiant and really didn’t have a clue as to go about the steps of creating a wedding. Danielle was there every step of the way. From texts and conference calls, I always felt secure and supported throughout my wedding process. Danielle and the ELD team we're fantastic. They live up to their name and truly execute every little detail to perfection. I can only imagine that clients like myself are both great to have, and challenging at times. Danielle was incredibly patient with my OCD tendencies and probable over-involvement in various vendor interactions and spreadsheet building🤗.
We started the planning process very early and Danielle always made sure to address all of my outreach in a prompt fashion, despite the excessively early timing of my planning efforts. This made me feel as though she genuinely cared, that I was of equal importance to all of the ELD clients, and that I was being heard. Feeling as though you are being heard is half of what we pay for!
The second half of what we pay for is actually having our requests met and our vision realized... And ELD did just that! I knew that when the time finally came for me to relinquish control, that I could do so calmly and confidently, because Danielle was aligned with what I was trying to achieve and she was going to make it happen! Also, I would be remiss to not mention that Danielle is possibly the most calm and cool human being that I have ever met...even when drinking red bull!!😋
In conclusion, I can't say enough...but I want to express the most sincere thanks to Danielle and the ELD team from me, Patrick, and our families. It was a pleasure working with you all and I would highly recommend your services to anyone in need of a wedding planner. -

She came to do a site visit after we hired her. Helped with rentals. She was very responsive. I went her updates as needed. Snd she was always there to help when a vendor fell through. The day of. She did not skip a beat! She made my vision come to life exactly how we discussed! A few things went wrong as expected in such events. And her team shifted gears so fast and professional! I didn’t even notice what happened until the day after. They made sure we ate. And had drinks. Most of all truly have a memorable day! I’m still on cloud wedding. And telling you do yourself the favor and hire them!
