The best decision we made for our Westchester wedding last month was hiring Paula as our day-of coordinator. From the first phone call we had with her, I knew we were in good hands. Paula is upbeat and kind, but knows exactly what she’s doing. After every call with her, we ended up feeling so much better because she answered all our questions, gave us good ideas and recommendations, helped us put together to-do lists, and sent us organized follow-ups.
When it came to the weeks leading up to the wedding, there was so much Paula took off our plates - finalizing things with our vendors and putting together the day-of timeline, down to the 5 minute intervals, and keeping us organized during our rehearsal.
And then of course, the day-of. I genuinely cannot imagine what we would have done without Paula. We had to get ready early, and Paula showed up at my hotel room at 6:45 AM, cheerful and ready to go. She helped with every tedious task that day - from steaming the bridesmaids dresses to communicating with our catering, transportation, photographers and more. She kept everyone right on time for everything - literally nothing/no one was late - and we had a large wedding party and a lot of vendors. Our families and wedding party all couldn’t get over how great Paula was - everyone loved her! And the best part is I didn’t have to check my phone the entire day because Paula had it all under control. Thanks to Paula, our wedding day literally went perfectly - it truly was the best day ever!

If you need a day of coordinator- PAULA is the answer. She was absolutely incredible and went above & behind for us for our wedding. We cannot recommend her enough. Paula reached out to all our vendors months prior to get everything organized & coordinated for the wedding day. We didn’t even need to THINK about anything because anything and everything was already handled by her. She is always available for any questions or if we needed her opinion on anything. She really had everything covered and really reminded us of little things we definitely would have missed if it wasn’t for her. She made sure all our vendors followed our vision even if we went outside the box a-little with some things we wanted done at our venue. Paula just had everything handled and we didn’t need to stress or think about it! She even offers dance lessons if the couple needs! Which we really needed- one dance lesson was enough! She is so talented in so many ways and we really can’t recommend her enough. EVERYONE needs a Paula when you’re getting married. We don’t know how anyone has a wedding without her!!!

Truly don’t know how I would’ve done my wedding day without Paula. In addition to being an incredible resource throughout the late stage planning process, she created a detailed day of timeline that we stuck to perfectly because of how organized she is. She is take-charge without being overbearing and it was clear how much she wanted the day to be as stress-free as possible for us. She handled all the logistics and admin tasks so we could be fully present and enjoy our special day. Beyond her professional expertise, she is a lovely and warm person and was such a calming presence on a day where nerves can take over! As an overbearing mom I never thought anyone could know every detail of my daughter’s wedding like me but Paula did and she did it all with a calm, peaceful presence. Paula did not miss a single beat. She communicated, organized and anticipated every need before we thought of it. She kept us and the vendors on track (even down to who was giving the blessing) and made sure every “T” was crossed. Paula was absolutely incredible - she went above and beyond for us from the very beginning, providing us with initial checklists and timelines of our planning journey and then in the final weeks leading up to our wedding, she made herself available to us with our last minute questions and concerns. She was truly a calming presence leading up to and on our wedding day. She even handled all of the follow-ups/final check-ins with our vendors leading up to our wedding. She kept us on time flawlessly - she even sewed one of our bridesmaids into her dress 20 minutes before the ceremony and sewed the button back on my husband's tux in the middle of our photos. I'm convinced there's nothing she can't do. Our families and bridal party RAVED about how great she was with them, too! She took the stress out of planning for us, which allowed us to enjoy our day and turn our brains off after 14 months of planning. Not to mention, she is so genuinely kind, on our side, and wanted to make sure we had the best day possible. I'd work with Paula a million times over again if I could.
