Truly don’t know how I would’ve done my wedding day without Paula. In addition to being an incredible resource throughout the late stage planning process, she created a detailed day of timeline that we stuck to perfectly because of how organized she is. She is take-charge without being overbearing and it was clear how much she wanted the day to be as stress-free as possible for us. She handled all the logistics and admin tasks so we could be fully present and enjoy our special day. As an overbearing mom I never thought anyone could know every detail of my daughter’s wedding like me but Paula did and she did it all with a calm, peaceful presence. Paula did not miss a single beat. She communicated, organized and anticipated every need before we thought of it. She kept us and the vendors on track (even down to who was giving the blessing) and made sure every “T” was crossed. Paula was absolutely incredible - she went above and beyond for us from the very beginning, providing us with initial checklists and timelines of our planning journey and then in the final weeks leading up to our wedding, she made herself available to us with our last minute questions and concerns. She was truly a calming presence leading up to and on our wedding day. She even handled all of the follow-ups/final check-ins with our vendors leading up to our wedding. She kept us on time flawlessly - she even sewed one of our bridesmaids into her dress 20 minutes before the ceremony and sewed the button back on my husband's tux in the middle of our photos. I'm convinced there's nothing she can't do. Our families and bridal party RAVED about how great she was with them, too! She took the stress out of planning for us, which allowed us to enjoy our day and turn our brains off after 14 months of planning. Not to mention, she is so genuinely kind, on our side, and wanted to make sure we had the best day possible. I can’t thank Paula enough for her day-of coordinating services on my wedding day. While I was planning the wedding, Paula was responsive and always there to answer my questions and offer opinions. On the day of my wedding, Paula was with me all day. She helped with any tasks that came up as well as seamlessly handled the set-up and coordination with all other vendors. Paula is organized, professional, experienced, sweet, and an absolute dream to work with. At first I only hired a day-of coordinator because it was required by my venue. I knew I wanted to work with Paula immediately during our first initial call together. She was very sweet, patient and kind. She was so excited to hear about our recent engagement and reviewed what her involvement would be like for our special day. Not only was she also affordable but was totally worth having by our side.
Paula created a timeline to connect with us throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She reached out to let us know when we should touch base and was wonderful with providing to-do lists or checklists each time to ensure we had what was necessary at each point in time over the course of our wedding planning. She would send these via email and always recapped what we discussed over the phone. We both always looked forward to our calls with Paula because she is very calm and knowledgeable about many aspects of planning a wedding including many details that a bride and groom would forget or may not know about. She also was very open to reaching out to her via email or phone throughout our planning, especially when we were unsure on how to proceed with a certain detail of the wedding or a vendor. The most work was evident on our wedding day. Paula had a full detailed timeline prepared for us this way we did not need to worry what exactly was occurring next on our wedding day nor the time. Paula was with me as the bride for the eternity of the day. She arrived at my home at the very start of the day for the ‘getting ready’ portion of the day. Her presence truly helped me to not worry about what was going on and kept all my bridesmaids and even family members on time and ready for the next move in the day. She helped ensure my bridesmaids were on time with the make up and hair schedule and even helped steamed the girls dresses! She helped me get into my own dress as well! At the ceremony and reception she worked wonderfully with our venue, ensuring our layouts and everything we had planned was put forth. She attended our dress rehearsal and really helped outline where everyone is to be and where to go to my family and friends. It was so nice to have her with us for the whole day to ease our worries, she truly ensures that you have the best day ever!!!! I just wish I did get a picture with Paula, but I certainly will never forget her and plan to stay in touch! The sweetest wedding day coordinator, EVER!! Work with Paula, you will never regret it! Paula is phenomenal! This kind of job is relatively new, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Paula has a calm, assured presence that does a great job at keeping everyone steady, everything on track, and making sure you have nothing to fret over on your wedding day!
She was the backbone of our wedding. Even during a moment when she was changing me into my second dress she mentioned that a few things had fallen behind the schedule earlier but we’d made up time and were back on schedule - I never would’ve known had she not told me!! And ignorance is priceless on your wedding day where the last thing you want to think about is if things are on schedule or not. Paula takes the stress off 100% and ensures you just focus on having the best day ever. That is crucial the last few weeks to the wedding and especially on the wedding day.
Due to health reasons and other obligations, I had to take a few weeks away from wedding planning the last month until our day, and Paula (both then and before) stepped right up and made sure things went smoothly. On the actual wedding day, she juggled both the bridal and bachelor parties and parents excellently, always being in multiple places at once and always with a quiet behind-the-scenes reassurance that even my makeup artist commented that “some coordinators try to prove their worth by keeping themselves busy, but Paula is perfect and quietly gets everything you need done in the background without disrupting the flow of all that’s going on.” I couldn’t ask for anyone better for making sure our wedding went as perfectly as possible (which I certainly think it did - some people say at least one thing always wrong on your wedding day - nope, not us thanks to Paula!) and all the while kept everyone in good mood and vibes and providing assurance where needed weeks before the wedding and also on the actual day. Paula is incredible! She anticipated our needs intuitively from the beginning. She was critical to help us fill in the gaps that we didn’t even know we needed, or help drive us to quicker, better decisions when questions came up with other wedding vendors. Paula’s management and coordination was pivotal to us, not only in the planning leading up, but she absolutely essential for us to execute what we dreamt for our big day.

From my first conversation with Paula on the phone, I knew I picked the right Wedding Coordinator. She was always quick to respond & helpful with suggestions. I always pride myself on being an organized person. But planning a wedding is a huge undertaking. It was very overwhelming at times. Paula was always there if I had a question or needed to run something by her.
I had an amazing time at my daughter, Valerie and Kyle‘s wedding. She made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was able to be the hostess and just go around and visit with my guests and dance the night away. She did an amazing job. All of her work is done in the background behind the scenes. No one sees all she does but I know what she was handling all night long. Because I didn’t have to handle it.
All of my vendors kept saying to me that day that Paula was a pleasure to deal with. Very kind, very soft spoken, not demanding, but that she got the job done. She was there first thing in the morning.and she was the last person to leave that night. After she packed up all of our belongings And saw us off in the Uber that took us home.
I can’t thank Paula enough for letting me be able to let go of all the responsibilities and hand everything over to her so that I could enjoy the wedding. I could not have done that if I did not have complete confidence in Paula. It truly was The Best Day Ever! Paula is THE BEST!! After meeting her during my sister’s wedding, I knew Paula was my first call when I got engaged. She is so kind and is a great communicator. Paula, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did to create a feeling of magic on our wedding day. Having just gotten back from my honeymoon, I wanted to share how much BestDayEver truly delivered on this promise and we highly recommend Paula! You had told us that as per your dance background, you chose to handle things with a sense of calm (I’m paraphrasing here, you said it better.) And you did; my husband and I felt such a sense of trust that while not perfect, everything would go smoothly with you helping us plan out the day, checking with vendors beforehand and getting to know us and what we needed made all the difference. You didn’t just jump in, you carefully worked to understand what our priorities were and integrated them seamlessly. Our officiant couldn’t come to our rehearsal, you were there. A vendor was running late, you were organizing everything so that our ceremony and reception didn’t miss a beat. There are so many more examples and some we probably don’t even know– we didn’t have to worry about anything. When I woke up the next morning, and even getting on the bus to leave the venue, I was left with a deep sense of gratitude for all you did and I was not the only one to say, “I’m going to miss Paula!” Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had done most of my own wedding planning but decided to hire a day of coordinator because we had a lot of logistics on the day of (like moving locations, transportation, etc) that I didn't want to deal with. I found Paula on the Knot and upon our first phone call I knew I wanted to work with her. She was extremely professional, calm, poised and SO organized - everything you could possibly need in a planner! Even before the wedding, Paula went above and beyond. She reached out to all my vendors to confirm details, and asked questions and checked off items I wouldn't even have thought about (like collecting vendor's insurance, timeline logistics, etc). We had 2 check in calls with her the month of the wedding and she gave us a detailed list of items we had to do and buy (along with the links to them) and checked in consistently to make sure we were on track. On the day of the wedding, Paula was like our fairy Godmother. She steamed my bridesmaids dresses, sewed one of them into their dress because it was more revealing than expected, consistently handed me food and water to make sure I was hydrated and fed, checked in on the groom and groomsmen, confirmed the transportation was on time & ready, and let everyone know she was the point person for the day; I didn't hear of any issues, complaints or questions from anyone all day because Paula got to them first! The wedding truly would not have been able to operate without Paula. We had a rainy morning the day of and as we were pulling up to the Church the driveway was was blocked with cones so the only option was for the bridesmaids to walk in the rain. Paula sprinted in the pouring rain to remove the cones and allow our trolley to pull up right next to the doors of the Church- truly the MVP! On top of that, I had also made a few requests the days leading up to the wedding- like having confetti during one of the dance sets and Paula said she'd take care of it. She coordinated with the DJ and we had a confetti dance at the most perfect time!
If you're considering a day of coordinator, Paula is the absolute best choice! If you're not considering a day of coordinator, I would still recommend Paula to anyone planning anything. If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch and you want to be able to truly enjoy your day, I would recommend Paula in a heartbeat. The best way to describe Paula is that she’s just fantastic.
Even before me and my husband had officially hired her she was kind, patient, and overall so helpful.
Here’s a couple of examples of how great she was prior to the wedding
-I would reach out to Paula (with questions or her option on something) and she would always get back to me super quickly. There were even a couple of times when it was midnight!
-She did a venue walk with us and she asked questions that I wouldn’t even have thought to ask.
-Dealt with our event insurance and getting all the right paperwork from our other vendors (thank god because it was a lot!)
-Was communication with all our vendors
-She made a detailed timeline of our wedding day which awesome
-Made suggestions on what would be cheaper
- Helped me get through the anxiety before the wedding too
During our wedding she was just a superstar. I can definitely say without a doubt that if she wasn’t there then things wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as they did. Examples below.
-She kept everyone on track
- she met the vendors as they came so she could tell them how I wanted things set up
- Her and her sister, Lori, steamed my dress veil, the bridesmaid dresses, and the dressing gown
- Shout out to Lori who took photos on my phone the whole day!
- She did a bunch of last minute things at the reception hall too like light out candles and put our cake topper in
- She even cleaned up the reception hall at the end of the night! (even stored our leftover food).
Overall, working with Paula (and Lori later on) was just amazing. Me and my husband talked about it later on and we agreed that what Paula brought to the wedding was worth more than what she actually charged. If you’re looking for someone that is kind, knowledgeable, and cost effective it’s Paula. I HIGHLY recommend her.
It’s not even an exaggeration to say that because of her our wedding was truly the best day ever!

I truly don’t know where to begin! My brand new husband and I agree that hiring Paula was the best decision and the best money we spent for our wedding. From the moment I first spoke to Paula on the phone she exuded calm, kindness, and professionalism. As a bride that stresses out easily (and coming from a family that also stresses out easily), I knew that Paula’s calming, level-headed energy was exactly what we needed on our wedding day. Throughout the wedding planning process Paula would check in with us and see how everything was going. She let us know that we could always reach out if we had any questions or needed guidance. As we got closer to the wedding day Paula was cc’d on every email between myself and my venue and she helped immensely in figuring out logistics and communication between vendors. She collected all of my vendors’ COIs and sent them to our venue. She confirmed setup, start, and end times with each of our vendors and built a master timeline of our wedding day that kept everyone on track beautifully. Paula was always quick to answer emails and texts and was happy to carve out time for a quick phone call if we needed it. It was such a relief to have Paula take over as our official contact to all of our vendors the week of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Paula and her wonderful assistant Lynn were truly the MVPs of our day. I say this with complete sincerity—our wedding day would not and could not have been the smashing success that it was without Paula and Lynn. They took care of and handled EVERYTHING—vendor contact, keeping us on schedule, holding onto the rings and handing them off to the Best Man before the ceremony, collecting my detail items and handing them off to the photographer for detail shots, handing out our tip envelopes, setting up our DIY decor BEAUTIFULLY and exactly how we requested (including our cake/cupcake table!), running our quick day-of rehearsal, lining everyone up for the ceremony processional and reception intros, packing up all of our personal items and decor after the reception and making it so neat and easy to pick up the next day, plus much much more that I’m sure I’m forgetting/didn’t even witness. Because of them, my husband and I (as well as our families and bridal party) were able to enjoy the party, have fun, and let loose. I am also incredibly grateful to Lynn for taking my phone throughout the day and taking countless photos and videos. I can’t express how wonderful it is to have those beautiful moments captured on my phone so we can revisit the day before getting our professional photos/video. Throughout the whole day, which inevitably included some unexpected stressful moments, never once did Paula or Lynn lose their cool. My family and bridal party adored them and were also very grateful for their organization, leadership, professionalism, and warm positivity. I could go on and on about how amazing Paula is and how responsible she is for giving us the wedding of our dreams. It was truly The Best Day Ever. You want Paula in your corner!! My husband and I worked with Paula for our minimony last year (November 2020) and our vow renewal/Reception this year (October 2021). Paula has an uncanny ability to maintain calm, cool and collected in all situations. Paula consistently checked in on my husband and I, making sure we were always on the right track with our planning. Paula's dedication, organization, professionalism and attention to detail are beyond reproach. My parents and bridal party were so happy that Paula was with us again for our Vow Renewal - she and her assistant Jen made the day go flawlessly.
Additionally - my husband and I were pretty much lost causes when it came to our first dance, and we hired Paula to help us out with a few lessons. We were so happy with what she was able to teach us in a few sessions. With these lessons, we were so much more confident and happy to be on the dance floor for our first dance.
I was 100% on board for a day of coordinator from early on in our planning process and it took a little convincing for my husband to see the value in a DOC. Now, after both of our events have come and gone, it's a running joke between the two of us about how HE always knew we needed a day of coordinator - in particular Paula. Paula is AMAZING. She is a huge reason why we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding. Throughout the day, if I started to stress or get overwhelmed, I could just take a look at her and know everything would be better. In the months before the wedding, Paula diligently prepared a detailed schedule, communicated with our vendors, and consistently checked in on how we were doing leading up to the day. On the day of, she made sure we all stayed on schedule, worked with all the vendors, put on my veil, touched up my makeup, and even gave me some last-minute pointers on our first dance. Paula is outstanding and out of everything, hiring Paula was the best decision we made! She made everything run smoothly, my husband and I were so relaxed and able to enjoy everything on our wedding day stress free! Paula took care of everything! One of my bridesmaids was not able to get her dress altered and Paula sewed the straps to make the dress fit perfect. One of the groomsmen pants ripped right before the ceremony, and Paula was able to fix them!
Any Brides reading this, if you are on the fence about hiring a Day of Coordinator, do not second guess it! Paula coordinators with all the vendors and builds the day of timeline, which is detailed down to every singe minute! She was incredibly organized and friendly and kept the whole day in check - including our 24 person bridal party. If there were any issues we didn’t hear about it because she took care of everything. I honestly don't know where to begin to talk about how amazing it was to have Paula's help with coordinating my wedding. From our very first consultation/planning phone call, I could tell that she was an incredibly genuine person who wanted to make sure that my special day was truly the best day ever. After our first wedding was cancelled due to COVID and we had to find and book a new venue, I decided to look into a Day of Coordinator. Right from the start, Paula was professional and has a calming demeanor that I immediately knew was what I needed for our big day. She was always available and VERY responsive. She helped talk me off a few ledges along the way too. Paula worked on my day of timeline, coordinated with all of my vendors, and made sure she understood my vision for the big day. As a bride who has had to plan and re-plan a wedding due to COVID, Paula has been amazing to work with! My wedding is in a few weeks, and aside from nervous excitement, I feel like I am totally ready for the big day, and it's in large part to Paula. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are top notch, and she truly thinks of everything (even when you think you've already thought of everything!). She has been super responsive to all of my questions, and has wonderful suggestions and ideas! It has been so nice to have an impartial third party to bounce different issues/questions/concerns off of.
Being a 2020 COVID bride has not been easy, but with Paula's calm, positive demeanor, my fiancé and I made the decision to postpone our reception to next year and we couldn't be happier about it. We're working with Paula this year for our ceremony, and we valued her so much, we've asked her to work with us again for our reception next year. I am so looking forward to her being our single point of contact for each of our vendors on the day of. This women is a SUPER HERO!!! Paula was hands down the best decision I ever made regarding my wedding!!! She blew me out of the water!! A few weeks away from our wedding day she started calling all my vendors making sure they knew where to be and what time. She made me my timeline of the wedding day and was ALWAYS there to answer my crazy phone calls!!! She was on time for my rehearsal at the church and was very assertive when I couldn’t be. She is very calm and collected and gets the job done. Morning of my wedding she arrived first and ready to roll. Not only did she save my wedding day, but she took care of EVERYTHING. If there was a problem I never knew about it until she resolved it. She made sure nothing negative came my way. I had issues with my florist days before my wedding and on my wedding day but Paula took care of that for me without breaking a sweat!! At the venue she helped keep everyone in check and made sure no one missed a photo or made sure things were running smoothly. She made sure I was hydrated and Always asked if I was doing good. When I tell you this women was unbelievable. If you are thinking of getting a Day Of Coordinator you MUST go with Paula! She is out of this world. Above and beyond service. She is seriously SUPERWOMEN. I was able to enjoy my wedding with not having to worry about a thing. If your thinking you don’t need one or you don’t want to spend the extra money- YOU WILL REGRET IT!! She is worth every penny and more!! My wedding planning process pre-Paula was incredibly stressful, as I had no idea what I was doing and was essentially doing everything on my own. Meeting Paula was a blessing in disguise. Newly engaged and attending barre, found out she was not only putting me on the path to start “sweating for the wedding” but she was also a day of coordinator. It couldn’t have worked out any better ! From barre instructor to day of coordinator to friend. Paula helped my husband and I along the way with almost everything. She literally put my mind at ease with the prep for the big day. Most of my friends told me I was such a “chill bride” and I like to thank Paula for keeping me at bay for the entire process.
I don’t think there was anything Paula didn’t do for us to make our day as smooth as possible. The timelines she put together for us and our vendors were sooooo helpful and everything just flowed perfectly. She even went above and beyond to assist with decor and setting up our donut wall. I can go on and on and on.
Trust me when I say a day of coordinator is needed. I don’t think our day would have been as amazing as it was had we not had the guidance and coordination. Paula is the woman you want and need by your side on and before the day of your wedding. She is the most important thing you’ll spend your money on. If your thinking about it just do it. Paula is literally a DOC ANGEL sent from above! DOC is a ‘Day Of Coordinator’, and if you think you don’t need one, then think again… you absolutely DO! Choosing her to “run the show” of the BEST DAY EVER was the truly the BEST decision I could have ever made in my whole wedding planning process! Paula might be the sweetest human on the planet whose organizational skills could operate NASA! Even though she is a “Day Of”, it was like I had a full-on coordinator from start to finish! Her check lists and time lines kept me on track and ahead of the game so when our day came it honestly was so stress free! She organized and covered details I didn’t even know existed for a wedding! EVERY wedding wish and detail was accomplished because of Paula! From sunrise to sunset on the day of my wedding, Paula was there EVERY step of the way! She literally came to my hotel room that morning to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything and was always reassuring me everything was ALL GOOD and that care and attention didn’t stop until we left the venue late that night! The flow and ease of our wedding went off without a hitch, even when we had an unforeseen late start that Paula controlled and handled beautifully! All our vendors just LOVED working with Paula! Her energy is so kind and gentle yet confidant which put me and my husband at complete EASE! She calmly guided us through the night which made us both feel like a calm, collected, and stress free Bride and Groom! But seriously, she is amazing, she was just the DOC for my best friends wedding this past weekend and I am in awe at how amazing she was. She went above and beyond to make sure the bride ( and her entourage) were happy through out the entire day. She was so organized, and meticulous, NOT to mention sewing the bridesmaid dresses when we had wardrobe malfunctions right before the ceremony. She thought of anything that could arise and had everything with her to fix and issue that came about. She even went out after the dinner rehearsal to pick up candle holders for the ceremony! Most of all she ensured the groom and groomsmen were on time and checking in. She literally thought of it all and did it with a smile and laughs. In just spending one day with her, you could see what a genuine person she was, and how she actually cared. I can not say enough good things about Paula, I wish I knew about her when I got married. I promise you, if you want a perfect day, book with Paula, she is simply amazing at what she does!
