Indelible Events

After a very long search, I hired Susan to help us plan our magical day. And I’ll start by saying our wedding was nothing short of pure magic and I want to say it was thanks to Susan and her eye for detail, her organization and support through our the entire process. She made herself available and always answered my questions (no matter how silly they were, can you believe I didn’t know what a bustle was? Lol). I can confidently say that my wedding wouldn’t have been as smooth as it was, if it weren’t for Susan. She really made sure we dotted every I and crossed every T before the big day. And on the big day, she was arrived early and spent the entire day with us from preparation until we packed up our cars. She really puts a lot of love into the process and her assistant Allison was also nothing short of excellent. I started to get irritation on my thighs during the reception from all the dancing and Susan had a kit easily available for any small emergencies that could have happened to my bridemaids or me. She saved my day again that day by having spray deodorant that I was able to spray on my thighs to stop the rubbing and I could keep dancing the night away. My husband and I danced the entire night and Susan really made sure that we were on schedule and they everything was running smoothly. I have no words to appropriately express how thankful I am to Susan and Allison for being such a great support on one of the biggest days of my life. Susan was with us from when we first started talking about looking at venues to when we were packing up our cars after our wedding. Throughout our entire wedding planning journey Susan was nothing but helpful, supportive and proactive. She fielded any problems that came up and had my back the entire time. Susan at Indelible Events was my wedding planner and I could not have asked for a more picture perfect day! She worked with my mother, my groom, and I throughout the entire planning process and on the day of to make sure all our needs were met and advocate on our behalf. She greatly reduced our stress leading up to the wedding by thinking of details and working with vendors, so we could focus on our marriage and not just wedding details. Susan always checked in to make sure I was pleased as the bride and to see if there was anything more I wanted. Susan was always on time for meetings and made her self readily available to us and was prompt in responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. She can assist you with your entire day or just a few specific details you need help with!

Our daughter's wedding totally exceeded our hopes and dreams. Susan of Indelible Events was with us every step of the way. Susan hand picks each vendor to match the bride's personality and budget. If it weren't for Susan, the wedding would not have been at the Renaissance Hotel in Westchester. Although the Renaissance was our first choice, initially, the proposal was unaffordable. However, Susan had the clout with the venue and skills to negotiate a cost that was acceptable to all parties. The "invitation person" Susan introduced us to had an extraordinary array of choices and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We had no need to look elsewhere for Save the Dates, Personal Stationery, Invitations, Programs, and other wedding related items. No level of detail was overlooked or considered too frivolous. We relied on Susan's expertise in terms of where our dollars would go the furthest in terms of flowers, lighting and décor and she really nailed it. The florists were a dream to work with and genuinely wanted to give us the most beautiful results possible. I have never met more down to earth artists. The same could be said for the photographer and her team. At this time we have only received a sneak peek of a few photos, but each one was beyond perfection. Our event was Kosher, so the caterer was brought in, however, Susan saw to it that the hotel staff and catering staff worked seamlessly as one team. My daughter, the bride, had definite opinions about certain aspects of the wedding and Susan respected and embraced her ideas. The week leading up to the wedding was amazingly free of stress and we credit this to Susan. Every detail and the timetable for the day were addressed well in advance, allowing us to focus on the excitement and anticipation of the wedding weekend. The day of the wedding Susan’s staff was on hand from sunrise to sunset, enabling the bride and her mother to relax and focus on the moment, which was truly priceless.

Susan is the best! If hindsight is 20/20, so glad we hired her. There are so many details and so much stress planning a wedding, no wonder many couples break up before their wedding day. We hired Susan after our first argument. She a professional who obviously enjoys her job. Susan held our hands during the whole process, even shopping for a dress. She took our vision and executed it perfectly. Many guests commented on our wedding being one of the best ever attended. Knowing Susan was in charge, we were able to relax and have fun on the most memorable day ever.

No doubt about it, The Perfect Wedding Planner!! We do not live in NY, and Elegible was selected at random, how lucky we were!!!, Susan was in charge of every single detail which made our wedding really special!! I strongly recomend Eligible!!!
