RAE Planning

Taylor is amazing! My husband Lukas and I were so grateful to have the opportunity to work with her for our wedding—we went with the partial planning package, and it was so so worth it. Taylor met with us on a monthly basis, and was super on top of all the vendor communications, deadlines, and details. I can genuinely say that this process was a joy for Lukas and I thanks to Taylor's supreme organizational skills and deep expertise in the field. We had a nontraditional wedding with a tiny ceremony on the first day and larger reception on the second day at the Yard in Beacon, NY—Taylor met our outside-the-box weekend with enthusiasm and creativity. She designed an outrageously beautiful and tasteful look for our reception, including installing poem boards (which looked like a professional gallery install). She helped us find a caterer within our price range who we truly loved. When we had questions come up about price changes with our venue, Taylor helped us navigate those conversations without there ever being a conflict. What I enjoyed most about working with Taylor was seeing how relaxed all of our vendors were—some of them even added her to their preferred list because she was so great to work with! Highly recommend RAE Planning especially if you want someone who truly cares about all the little details and has a people-first attitude.

The hundreds of details that make an event special are managed and precisely arranged.

for the Bride and Groom at the Biddle Mansion in Tarrytown, NY.
Like a conductor to an orchestra - Taylor staged and led the vendors through the fast paced operation effortlessly and with a smile.

I look forward to work with RAEPlanning again.

We used RAE Planning and Taylor as our day-of-coordinator for our June wedding in Beacon, NY. My now-husband and I were blown away by Taylor and how much she did to make our day perfect. Each meeting we had leading up to the wedding was so organized and made us feel relief that we were on track with our planning. She always responded quickly to emails and texts and had great advice and planning resources for us. Taylor truly shined on the day of our wedding. She made our decor visions come true, kept the timeline in order, and never stopped checking in on us and our experience. I had a minor freakout when I spilled lip gloss on my dress 30 minutes before walking down the aisle and Taylor immediately put me at ease. Hiring Taylor and RAE Planning was easily the best decision we made for our wedding, and I would recommend her to any Hudson Valley/NY bride!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Taylor as my wedding coordinator, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I made during the entire planning process. At first, I wasn’t sure I needed a coordinator, I thought I could handle things myself or rely on family and friends. But I quickly realized how hectic the day would be, and I’m so glad I chose to move forward with Taylor.

From our very first conversation, it was clear she was an expert. She asked thoughtful questions and introduced organization strategies I hadn’t even considered, which immediately put me at ease. On the day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly. I was able to be fully present and actually enjoy every moment, knowing Taylor had everything under control.

If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it. And even better, hire Taylor. It was truly the best money spent, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Taylor was organized, supportive, and available throughout our wedding planning process. We paid for day-of coordination services, and we feel she delivered an exceptional level of care at every turn, and exceeded our expectations given the 'day-of' branding. Taylor had a calming effect on the planning, and brought harmony to a chaotic wedding day that was nearly derailed by rain. We could not recommend RAE Planning enough.

Taylor was amazing to work with and on top of everything from start to finish. She made the whole process stress-free! Our wedding day went so smoothly and we received so many compliments on how well everything was organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and highly recommend her!
