Couldn’t Have Done It Without You!
Okay, now for the long story. Back in August of 2019, while we were trying to narrow down our venue choice, one of the venues we loved let us know they didn’t have an in house coordinator. We could either hire their recommendation, or find one of our own. I decided to do some research and see what else was out there. In my search, I found A La Carte, and Kelley. We chatted a bit, then set up a call to discuss wedding ideas and plans. What followed was one of the most enjoyable and easy phone calls I’ve ever had. She understood my vision, was ready to answer questions, and even gave advice on vendors and venues we were thinking of. She got me excited about our wedding, and put me at ease. From that moment forward, I knew I wanted Kelley and her team to run our wedding day. What came next was countless emails, phone calls, changing plans, surprises, a whole pandemic, and one calm, cool, and collected lady. Despite a whole upheaval of the wedding industry, and a record year of weddings (including 3 on our weekend), Kelley was always available and on top of every detail. She was able to take my vague ideas, my clearer visions, and all my decor, and make it beautiful. She wrangled my bridal party with ease, knew when to step in or take a step back, worked incredibly well with all my vendors, and made the whole day flow effortlessly. I never felt stressed or concerned about time or details,and I would never have been as calm as I was without Kelley. Whether you want all hands on deck or just guidance for your big day, Kelley will work with you to find the right package, and then go above and beyond to make it amazing!

Born and raised in Connecticut, now New York based with a long standing passion for event planning, creativity, and love.
I started my career in non-profit development (fundraising and event planning) and worked at two amazing organizations for about 8 years. I had always wanted me own event planning business and decided to "take the plunge" in early 2017 and never look back!
My philosophy is that events, and weddings in particular, should be unique and personalized to the couple – as if it’s a “coming out party” for their love story and not a repeat, cookie-cutter version of someone else’s day. I take great pride in offering curated support to my clients so that they can focus on each other and their beloved guests throughout their weekend and truly start their marriage off on the right foot. And nothing makes me happier than being able to execute someone’s vision and making it a reality.
In my personal life I love being outdoors and exploring new places and scenic spots throughout southern Hudson Valley / Westchester where my husband and I (plus our "fur-fam") reside. I enjoy fancy champagne, spicy tacos, and saucy pizza, plus singing & cooking to music, and trying to turn my "yellow thumb" into a green thumb in my garden.
