We feel so lucky that we found Tori and Table 75. Tori was a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. She made what could have been a very stressful experience relaxing and easy, always exuding a calm confidence as she deftly and coolly handled the jillions of logistics that go into planning a wedding. She helped us with all of our design choices and even offered her own craft skills. On our wedding day, Tori was a steady and calming presence, running point with a warm smile on her face and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Tori genuinely cares about her clients. It’s evident in all the ways she shows up for you, always on, always collected, always warm. Her assistant Val was also awesome, and made sure we were taken care of on our wedding day. If Table 75 is available for your date, you should book them!

We're a couple weeks out from our wedding and still blown away how much better it was than we even anticipated, in large part thanks to Tori. From the jump, Tori was such a great organizer, giving us the right guidance to pull off what we were looking for -- a smaller (90 friends & family), intimate restaurant wedding along the Hudson. Tori was a great sounding board as we figured out how we wanted the vibe of the day to go, helped us manage payment timelines, completely took over the logistics as we got closer to the day, and was unbelievable when running the show.

The week leading up the wedding, we were constantly talking about how relaxed we felt, and kept saying this "has to be Tori" behind the scenes, just letting us enjoy the day and the days leading up.

Tori and Table 75 did an incredible job with our wedding a couple weeks ago. Tori keeps it real, tells it like it is, and just gets shit done. From showing us which colorful lights to order online to make our after-party just a little more special to making sure our vendors were prepped and ready for the weekend to teeing up the hora at just the right moment of our dance party, she nailed it. Somehow she was able to be in five different places at once on the day of the wedding. We worked with Tori as a 'month-of' planner and she stepped in to support us well before the month-of and was a huge help to us in keeping us stress-free during the lead-up to the weekend. If you're a couple who can handle most of the heavy lifting in booking vendors but could benefit from some support in nailing down final details and making sure the day runs without a hitch, we highly recommend Tori's month-of package. I truly don't know how our wedding would have gone without Tori at Table 75. We had already booked our vendors ahead of time but she was crucial to organizing everything in the weeks leading up to the wedding and coordinating things the day of. She asked all the questions we had forgotten to ask or didn't realize we should be asking, and helped smooth over all those last minute mini-crisis that inevitably come up. She was incredibly professional, and on the big day she had that perfect balance of operating "behind the scenes" but also being right there when you needed her.

Tori has been extremely helpful being my wedding coordinator. I thought I would be able to plan and have everything done on my own as I am OCD about things and felt unsure about paying a wedding planner. But after much thought and just a few months before the reception, I decided to find a wedding coordinator in order to actually enjoy my reception. Tori has been extremely beneficial with reminders of getting my things organized in a timely fashion, especially when I was juggling work and planning my elopement out of country. Although she was not present on the actual reception day, she reassured me that I would be in good hands with her associate, Caitlin. I was able to do a walk through of the venue with Caitlin, while Tori remained my main point person. Despite only having 1hr to set up on the reception day, Caitlin was on top of things (with my sister as an additional pair of hands during set up!). I highly recommend future brides to throw out the idea that you can do everything on your own, and shed some of the stress off by entrusting Tori to help get your affairs in order! Tori is absolutely incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Tori at my wedding this past December and the day could not have run smoother. She took care of everything, and had such an ease and calm to her that is SO vital on your wedding day. She also had an answer for EVERYTHING! One of the groomsmen’s suspenders broke and a few minutes later she had a new set in hand.
Leading up to our wedding day Tori was always available to answer calls, questions and make any adjustments necessary. My whole entire family has told me that there is no way we could have had the day we did without Tori.
