BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER! My husband, family, friends, and I all absolutely love Old Daley on Crooked Lake. We had our wedding here on Sunday, August 10 2025, and the team at Old Daley made the entire day, and wedding planning process, a breeze. Personally, as the bride, I was able to feel fully present and enjoy the entire day because of the team at Old Daley on Crooked Lake.

Our wedding planner, Kate, was incredible! From the start of the planning process to our wedding day, Kate was helpful, communicative, and an absolute expert. She helped with every step of the process, and used her expertise to advise how to make our special day exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't have done it without her! On the day of, Nancy, was the best captain, and was there for us and provided impeccable service from sunrise (6:30 a.m.) to sunset (12:00 a.m.) and the day after for pickup!

We received so many compliments from our family, friends, and guests on their experience at our wedding. The team at Old Daley assured everything was organized, clean, and seamless. The food during the tasting and on our wedding day was all amazing, and we can't wait to go back for winter dining!

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing thanks to The Crooked Lakehouse! We were able to enjoy every second of our day because of the exceptional staff who made our day as smooth as possible. They were so attentive to us, our family, and our bridal party all day long. From the first meeting with Janice, to the planning meetings with Kate, to wedding day, every detail was so organized and communication was great. The venue is beautiful inside and out and very well kept and clean. All of the guests who attended our wedding are saying it is the best wedding they have ever been to - thanks to this amazing venue!

This was the perfect venue for my perfect wedding day. The staff is absolutely incredible and thoughtful. Our day of attendant Hannah went above and beyond for us, constantly checking in on us and our bridal parties to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had the pleasure of working with Nick and Kate as our planners who were both so lovely to work with, constantly available for any text or email questions we had throughout our long wedding planning process. The food for our cocktail hour and reception was phenomenal, with so many options to make the night even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is a truly one of a kind venue.

A lakeside wedding has always been my ultimate dream, so the moment I discovered we could host our ceremony right by the water, I was completely sold.

From our very first tour with Jan, my husband and I knew we had found our place. Every single space, from the stunning outdoor ceremony area to the gorgeous cocktail hour room and the elegant ballroom, felt destined for us. Working with our wedding event planner, Nick, truly made the experience flawless. He answered every question we had, day or night, and executed our vision to absolute perfection, going above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. The food was truly incredible, and our guests are still talking about what an amazing night it was, calling it one of the best weddings they have ever attended.

Getting married at The Crooked Lake House was easily the best decision we ever made. Our wedding was absolute perfection. I worked directly with Kate as our wedding planner. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best day possible. Prior to wedding she helped us figure out what needed to get done and when. As we got closer, she was always willing to answer the most random questions I had and always worked with me to find a solution. On the day of the wedding I never had to worry about who was greeting the vendors or who was showing them where things should be placed because Kate was already on top of it. The day would not have been the same if it were not for her or her daughter Hannah!
While we were very fortunate to have good weather, I was happy to have a venue where I would have still been just as happy to get married inside in front of the fireplace. The food was AMAZING! I still have people talking to me about cocktail hour and how much they loved it! Everyone on the staff was so accommodating and kind. The reception was even better and vibes were high! I am so happy to say that I got married at The Crooked Lake House and if you have not gone to see it, or in between venues, go with Crooked Lake! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a beautiful wedding on June 26 at Old Daley on Crooked Lake. The entire process from booking to the day of and everything in between was very organized and ran smoothly. Our day of coordinator Kate was very helpful whenever we had any questions or changes that needed to be made leading up to the day of. Kate and Nick also were amazing the day of our wedding ceremony, ensuring that getting ready, the ceremony and the cocktail hour went exactly as planned. The food and drinks were delicious and we got so much food to take home the day after. You definitely will be getting your moneys worth booking your wedding at Crooked Lake! We had an amazing experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Crooked Lake House! From the moment we started planning, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our day everything we dreamed of. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our wedding special.

One of the things that meant the most to us was that they welcomed our dog to be part of our big day. Having our furry family member there made the day even more memorable, and we’re so grateful they made that possible.

It's hard to put into words just how incredible our experience with Old Daley was. And then there's Kate—our wedding coordinator. I honestly don't know how to put into words how grateful we are for her. I'm sure she's coordinated hundreds of weddings, but she made us feel like ours was the most important one. She was warm, personable, attentive, and truly cared about making our vision come to life. She offered thoughtful guidance and suggestions without ever making us feel like our ideas weren't good enough or trying to steer us in a different direction. She listened, respected what we wanted, and then went above and beyond to make it happen.

One of our biggest priorities when choosing a venue was finding a team we could completely trust. We wanted to be present on our wedding day instead of worrying about last-minute details or putting out fires. That's exactly what we found at Old Daley. The entire staff ran like clockwork, and everything felt seamless. I never felt like I needed to hover or micromanage because I had complete confidence that Kate and the team would execute our vision beautifully. That peace of mind allowed me to actually enjoy getting ready, spend time with my bridal party, and fully soak in one of the best days of our lives. We especially appreciated how accommodating everyone was. We asked if we could have a private room reveal with just the two of us before guests arrived, and they made it happen without hesitation. Moments like that made us feel heard and cared for.

Another thing that really stood out was the transparency throughout the planning process. At no point did we feel like we were being nickel-and-dimed or pressured into unnecessary upgrades. Pricing was explained clearly, and every decision felt honest and straightforward. It was refreshing to work with a venue that genuinely wanted what was best for us rather than trying to maximize every dollar.

The food was absolutely incredible, and our guests are still talking about it! We also loved that guests could take home to-go boxes with leftovers and desserts—such a thoughtful touch that everyone appreciated. We also loved attending the tasting event beforehand. It was a wonderful evening, and getting to meet the other couples getting married the same weekend made the experience feel even more personal and exciting.

From our wedding attendants to the coordinators to every member of the staff, everyone treated us and our guests with genuine kindness. It never felt like we were just another wedding on the calendar. We truly felt cared for every step of the way. If you're looking for a venue with beautiful spaces, amazing food, outstanding communication, and—most importantly—a team that will genuinely care about you and your wedding day, we cannot recommend Old Daley highly enough. We are so incredibly thankful to everyone who helped make our wedding everything we dreamed it would be.
