Unique Food Trailer with large TV screen to make your event one of a kind. Only the highest quality meats from the pacific northwest are used and cooked with delicate low and slow methods. We cater to those who want to be different by providing a country style look and feel with down home southern taste. We provide all the fix in's for your event and do all the work so you don't have to! You can always find us at local events so you can taste what we have to offer.
No offering our Mobile Tap Room as an option for your event. Our 16 tap trailer offers 4 wines and 12 local craft beers, you can choose a few of your favorites.

This, together with his sales background, makes him a stickler for detail and impeccable customer service.
