Jessica is truly magical, there’s no two ways about it. I spent a year and a half planning a wedding from across the country, and was somehow fortunate enough to snag Simply Elegant for myself and my bridesmaids.

Jessica always communicated promptly, and was even kind enough to find time for a rather last minute makeup trial when I suddenly had dates for a final visit to our venue. Her home studio was beautiful; the trial helped me lock in exactly what I was looking for; and she brought every ounce of fun and professionalism from her private studio to the accommodations we were getting ready in.

She arrived right on time for the big day, and immediately got to work setting up the perfect workspace for herself and the wedding party — finding the best light and area to set up in a sea of getting-ready chaos.

More than anything, what truly stuck out about Jessica’s work, is her ability to enhance her client’s natural features. I wanted to look like my best self, and she absolutely blew me away. Not only for me, but for my wonderful bridesmaids! She listened careful to each of their requests, made sure she knew exactly what sort of look they were comfortable with, and nailed it from the get go.

She works efficiently but does not rush, has a gentle touch, and a fantastic personality. She immediately worked out a schedule with my hair vendor to make sure they used their time efficiently, and finished right on time, which brought some sorely needed peace of mind to a hectic day. Jessica knocked my wedding day make-up needs out of the park, and I couldn’t have possibly chosen better! I will always be beyond thankful I chose Simply Elegant for my big day, and you will be, too!

Jessica was so amazing on my wedding day! Me and my bridesmaids makeup came out incredible! She did a soft glam look for us and it was flawless and lasted all day in 97 degree heat!!!! Not only was the makeup beautiful but she was an absolute pleasure to have on my wedding day! She was so sweet and kind and so easy to work with!! Jessica made my wedding day amazing!

Jessica is one of the absolute best in the biz! I first met her at my brother's wedding and loved my make up! When it was time to choose a make up artist for my wedding I remembered her but also wanted to look around. Without know it was her business, I came upon her website and loved her work! When I went to contact her is when I realized she had been the make up artist at my brother's wedding!

She made the whole process seamless! I didn't have a clue on how I wanted my make up and she was able to make me feel like a princess on my special day! she came right to the venue and coordinated with my hair stylist in order to get myself and my bridal party ready. everyone who had make up done looked flawless and gorgeous!

Jessica was amazing to work with. It was easy to communicate with her through email for the time leading up to the wedding. I had two trials with her over the span of a year, and she was very accommodating with wanting to try new looks until I was totally satisfied. She also did makeup for 7 of my bridesmaids. Her price is very reasonable. She offers airbrush foundation and individual lashes, which every elegant bride will want. Her personal attitude is cheerful, and bubbly, while her work ethic is strong, talented, and committed. All my ladies and I looked fabulous thanks to Jessica, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Jessica and America did an amazing job doing all the make up for my 9 bridesmaids, mother, mother in law and myself. I am not a person who wears any make up besides masacara on occasions. Jessica listened to my requests and was able to really enhance my features without making me feel like I had too much on. All of the wedding party enjoyed chatting with them. The timing for everyone worked out well and we all are happy customers!

I have received more compliments on my makeup from my wedding day than I ever could imagine! Jessica came highly recommended by my hair stylist. From the second I reached out to Jessica about makeup, I was put at ease and felt totally comfortable with her and the entire process. Jessica worked one on one with me to set up a trial visit and gently and lovingly took me from an excited bride who NEVER wore makeup to a confident wife who wears makeup daily...I even get lashes put on monthly with Jessica now! She helped me to feel so beautiful on my wedding day! After the wedding I met with Jessica to learn more about the basics of makeup. We had a good laugh at the fact that I didn't even own makeup! Jessica taught me how to apply makeup and even went so far as to create a list of supplies she recommended for my personal needs....right down to which brushes are used for which makeup. We scheduled another appointment for Jessica to teach me how to use the makeup I purchased I currently am a client of hers for eyelash extensions. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day that I wanted to continue to learn more and work with Jessica to continue that feeling of confidence with makeup and lashes. I am absolutely at a loss for words when I try to describe how impressed I am with Jessica...because I know word can't do justice for her talent!

Being a makeup artist myself, and not getting married local to where I live, I was nervous that I didn't have a good referral in the NY area. I reached out to numerous artists and wasn't all that excited about them. I came across Jessica's page and LOVED her work! She then sent me her pricing list which was perfect for my bridesmaids. Her work was flawless and everyone loved her. I also had her do my eyelash extensions in her home studio, two days before the wedding. She is very quick and precise with her work.
