Spectacular food and service

Glenmere Farm catered a dinner party in our home that was truly amazing. From beginning to end everything was perfect. They decorated with flowers, pumpkins and other decor from the farm. But as beautiful as the table looked, the food was even more amazing. Chef Ciarán used ingredients from the farm and other local Hudson Valley purveyors to curate what all of us described as one of the best meals we've ever had. Over seven courses, we were treated to the most delicious and diverse selections, including arancini, squash risotto, duck and scallops. Each was better than the last. Everything looked and tasted unbelievable. And he paired each course with the perfect wines. He is truly a gifted chef. Even better than all of that, he is so easy to work with and such a pleasure to be around. Events can be so stressful but everything was organized perfectly and ran seamlessly. It was a magical evening. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chef Ciarán and Glenmere Farm for any event, big or small. You and your guests will have an experience you will never forget.

Perfectly executed, delicious, and memorable!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Glenmere Farm for our intimate wedding, and we cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, Ciarán and his team were an absolute delight to work with. The planning process was smooth, and the tasting menu blew us away. On the day of the wedding, they truly outdid themselves — our guests couldn’t stop raving about how incredible the food was! Many even told us it was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Beyond the delicious food, the professionalism and kindness of Ciarán and his crew made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We would absolutely work with them again for future events!
