Our team of experts can work with your budget and are willing to travel to events in the Hudson Valley, Capital Region, Upstate New York, and Western Massachusetts. Whether you have a specific vision in mind or are open to new ideas, the team at Bearfly Designs is ready and willing to help you plan every detail of your event. Founders John and Rita Carver have worked throughout all facets of the industry, including design, production, sales, and management. Their work has earned them an Emmy Award, two Axiem Awards, and a plethora of other nominations between the two of them.

Bearfly Designs offers couples a range of lighting and decor services to help make their dream celebration a reality. A selection of decorative items is on offer to help in this, including backdrops, chalkboards, table runners, vases, candle holders, signage, and trinkets. We're happy to take care of delivery, setup, and cleanup for added convenience. Some of our service packages include:
