When we first started planning our wedding, my (now) Husband knew he wanted 2Shea to cater since he had gone to a wedding where they were serving and he loved the food. We knew the food was going to be amazing, but what we didn't know was how important this team would be on our actual wedding day. We worked with Deanna, she quickly sent us over all of our options, answered all of our questions, and brought up a lot of things we didn't think of ourselves during the planning process. The pricing was very reasonable! We ended up going with the open bar, butler pass bites for cocktail hour along with a grazing table, three options for entree, and an awesome dessert spread. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked, cut like butter, and was delicious. The chicken marsala and gnocchi with pesto parmesan sauce were equally perfect and full of flavor. We can't say enough how perfect everything was from bar service, to cocktail hour right through to dessert. Our guests had the best things to say.

The reason we were so in love with 2Shea was because of the people. Deanna basically turned into our wedding planner and is just the absolute best person. We ended up having to cancel our original wedding and turn it into a backyard wedding all within 2 weeks. My Father was very sick and would not have made it to our original wedding day. When I told Deanna, she assured me they would be there and that my wedding day would be perfect. She assured me my menu could be the same even though we were no longer at a venue. Myself and my family were actually away on vacation when we found out we needed to do this, so Deanna and Ed actually went to my house and scoped out to see how they could set up and make my original menu work. They went above and beyond in the short time period they had. They turned my garage into their catering space, they turned my pool house into a bar, our patio into a cocktail hour area, they worked with the hills on our property, and all with smiles and reassurance that it would be perfect. It was more than perfect. Our backyard wedding turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for us. I had no idea what my wedding day would look like and I had a million things on my mind in those two weeks, but because of this team and all the hard work they put in, I didn't have to worry. My wedding would not have been as incredible as it was without them. Myself, my husband, and my family are forever grateful for their flexibility and kindness.

If you are between caterers, don't think twice. Food is one of the biggest things people remember about the wedding, and 2Shea is worth it!! Thank you Deanna, thank you Ed, and thank you to the rest of the team that was just amazing. From the bottom of our hearts.

We loved working with 2Shea Catering! Catherine and Deanna were organized, professional, and a pleasure to collaborate with throughout the planning process. They were super responsive to questions. The tasting event was so much fun, and choosing our wedding menu was a highlight of the experience. Our guests raved about the food. Everything was delicious! Our main dishes were cooked perfectly and had great portion sizes (everyone who ordered our favorite dish, the pork chop, was talking about how juicy it was!). Guests especially loved the dessert station and the late-night pretzel bar. The bartenders made amazing drinks, and everything ran very smoothly on the day of the wedding. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a small plate of appetizers set aside in our loft and even at our head table, it made us feel special and well taken care of. It was also nice to be able to share leftover desserts that had been wrapped up the next morning at our Sunday brunch. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with 2Shea and would absolutely book them again and highly recommend them to other couples!

Deanna, Catherine, and the whole 2Shea team were amazing to work with from the start. They took care of every detail and went the (literal) extra mile to meet us to scout our venue for off premises catering before we even signed with them. Every guest at our wedding was blown away by the quality of food and couldn't believe it when we told them it was cooked on-site with 2Shea's mobile kitchen equipment. 2Shea squirred away food for my husband and I at cocktail hour to make sure we didn't miss out while taking photos. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Would work with them for any event!

We had an incredible experience with our wedding caterer, and we can’t recommend them highly enough! From the start, Catherine — our amazing event manager — was a total rockstar. She was so responsive, supportive, and truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. We felt completely taken care of every step of the way.
On the day of, everything came together flawlessly. The food was phenomenal — the filet was cooked perfectly for everyone (which is no small feat at a wedding!), and the pretzel bar was a huge hit with our guests. We’re still getting compliments about how good the food was.

My husband and I are huge food people, so choosing a caterer was a big deal for us — and 2Shea absolutely blew us away. From the very first tasting, we were hooked. We honestly struggled to narrow down our menu because everything was so delicious. (A good problem to have!) We ended up going with the chicken, the filet, and the gnocchi — and I swear, there wasn’t a single plate that wasn’t completely cleaned. Not only was the food incredible, but the portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was beautiful.

Beyond the food, the entire 2Shea team was just amazing to work with. They were super accommodating as we made little changes throughout the planning process, always responsive and supportive, and genuinely just great people. They’re a family-owned business, and that’s exactly how they made us feel — like family. We honestly miss them already!

My husband and I got married in December of 2024 - When planning our wedding, our friends who had just been to a wedding were raving about the food and we found out that the caterer was 2Shea! That alone sold me! From our first interaction with Deanna, she was amazing and so accommodating to our needs/wants for our day. Throughout the whole process bother Deanna and Catherine were transparent with us and really helped us with making decisions for our day. Everything leading up to our wedding went seamlessly. Coming into wedding month, Catherine always went above and beyond for my husband and I and I knew I could count on her for anything. She did such an INCREDIBLE job on the day of our wedding - always making sure my husband and i were taken care of and that everything went according to plan. She was truly amazing and I can’t even imagine having another caterer. I will always recommend 2Shea!!! We are so thankful that we had them to be a part of our special day! Love this catering company specifically JULIA who organized our wedding at 2Sheas new location Duo at the Dunes Washington Ave ext! They worked with our tight budget and even added extras to make sure we were happy with our special day! Everything was perfect, never felt stressed, Julia and staff really made us feel like family. We highly recommend this beautifully renovated location.

We had the most amazing experience with 2Shea. From the beginning, they were easy to work with, plan, and execute with for our big day. Deanna was FANTASTIC and was wonderful to work with. She was always transparent, helpful, and provided years of knowledge to help us with decisions. Catherine was also great at keeping us on track and wonderful to work with too! The tastings were amazing and we highly recommend going to both options: the private and grand tasting. On our wedding day, they had plates of the passed apps waiting for us with champagne and His/Her drinks. They kept us fed and hydrated for our wedding. The food... it was phenomenal. The steaks were cooked perfectly, Fish was fantastic, Chicken and Veggie dishes were also amazing. Our friends and family keep raving about the food saying it was the best wedding OR general catering food they've ever had. And, we agree! :).
The dessert station was a hit. Everyone was gushing over the donuts, cupcakes, brownies, and cookies after our wedding.
