At my Hair & Makeup Trial, Joanna went out of her way to ensure that everything looked exactly the way I wanted it to and has been so friendly and helpful throughout our communications. I had Marissa as my hair and makeup artist and she was amazing! I will admit I was a little nervous after my trial, which I highly recommend doing as we needed it to work out some kinks in what I wanted, but then didn't know exactly what things would look like day of. Well my day of hair and makeup exceeded all expectations and lasted solidly all night despite lots of dancing and sweating. I am also a pale person who is hard to color match and can easily have makeup look heavy so I was very impressed. She also rolled with the punches when my bridesmaids were having a couple of issues and stayed very kind and professional.

I hired Lipstick N Lashes for hair and makeup for myself, mothers, and bridesmaids for my wedding on 8/2/25. I had my trial back in April, and after sitting with it I knew that there were some changes that I wanted to make for my big day. Joanna was so easy to work with, made me feel comfortable enough to let her know what I wanted to change, and executed it perfectly on my wedding day. She gave me the hair and makeup of my dreams! It came out even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I could not have been happier. Everyone looked amazing! One of my bridesmaids unexpectedly brought extensions, and instead of making a fuss about it or making it awkward, she happily installed them and allowed me to quietly take care of it on the back-end, although I don’t even think she would have ever even mentioned it if I didn’t insist on compensating. I thought that was incredibly kind and professional. Her and her team are an absolute pleasure to work with; it’s one of those things you don’t really think about until you’re there but these are the people that you are spending your entire wedding morning with, so it’s important to choose a team that you are comfortable with and are going to make your wedding morning easy and fun, and for me and my bridesmaids it was just that! Wonderful team, incredibly talented artists, and a great experience from start to finish!

Joanna and her team are FANTASTIC! First she is very responsive to your inquiry, she is thorough in her price description and where every dollar is being spent, she has you send her inspiration pictures ahead of time so her team is aware of what you are looking for. When her team arrived they were timely, sweet and got right to it. We were even able to take a break when we needed one. As for the actual hair and make up, the best I have ever gotten! Makeup stayed throughout the night and my low bun updo didnt budge, even with my veil. Note that it rained all day and my hair and makeup still looked incredible throughout the night!
