We booked Letizia as our day of coordinator and I’m so glad we did!! She was way more than just a day of coordinator, she helped us through the whole planning process, had great advice of how we can save some extra money, she responded to emails, texts and calls very promptly, and was very helpful for set up and breakdown of our wedding. We also had two very young kids at our wedding and she was phenomenal with them!!! She was an essential part of our day and I would recommend her to anyone!

Letizia was beyond incredible and our saving grace for our wedding. The best thing we did was hire Events to a T. If you don’t want to worry about a thing when your day comes hire her!! She made us feel so calm and taken care of. We got married on top of a mountain at a very unique summer camp venue. She had to run up and down the mountain ten times and she did it in sandals! She always made sure we and our guests had everything we needed. She set up our decor meticulously, the room looked absolutely beautiful and exactly how we envisioned. She worked seamlessly with our vendors, kept us on schedule, and always had a smile on her face. When our cake baker fell through she recommended us a great place and our guests are still raving about our cake. I had a ton of little details planned and visions in my head and Letizia made them a reality and offered suggestions where necessary. We also hired bartenders through Events to a T and they were outstanding. They were so quick and friendly and also made all our bar requests a reality. Our wedding was magical and perfect because of Events to a T. We love you T!!!

Letizia was awesome! Very responsive, detailed, personable and she offers great, unique suggestions along the way! When speaking with other DoC’s early on, it was very evident that Letizia and I clicked, and she was the clear choice. Every vendor I had on my team for our Barn at Lord Howe Valley wedding kept telling me how awesome Letizia is and how I likely wouldn’t even notice everything she’d be doing in the background on the wedding day. I’m an extremely detailed person, and I was just so, so happy with how our decor looked when I finally got to see the Barn after getting ready. She and Roxanne (assistant AND owner of Roxy’s Cakes) worked off some pictures I gave Letizia and they nailed it. They were great at wrangling guests to where they needed to be (ie. Getting them out of their seats and into a circle to watch our first dance). If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we totally didn’t know and that’s thanks to Letizia and Roxanne. My husband said hiring Events to a T was worth every penny. I’m legit sad that my wedding is over because it was such a pleasure to work with Letizia. Don’t look any further, book Events to a T now!

We went back and forth quite a bit over whether we should hire a day of coordinator, as our venue had a coordinator, as well. Looking back, hiring Events to a T was one of the best decisions we could have made!

Letizia and Candice took so much stress off of our shoulders the week of our wedding and we cannot thank them enough. From taking over tasks like communicating with vendors to setting up our ballroom tablescapes, we were able to trust the Events to a T team to handle a variety of tasks so that we could truly enjoy our wedding day. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for coordinators to help bring their vision to life!!

Choosing Letizia as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have possibly made! Our wedding vision extremely non-traditional, with many small details that differed from your average wedding – including a video game area for Mario Kart. Not only did she remember every change we made, but she absolutely nailed it with all the details we envisioned! She set up our event more beautifully than we could have imagined, with slight suggestions and tweaks to vendor locations, which added great flow to the space. She worked with all our vendors to make sure everything was on time and as smooth as possible for us, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment of our day. She advocated on our behalf when necessary and made sure our plans came to fruition perfectly in every possible way. Thanks to Letizia, we had the most magical night of our lives. We barely had to do anything the next morning other than load up our cars because of how well she cleaned up and organized our décor. Our guests are still raving about how amazingly fun it was with so much attention to detail. We wouldn’t have been able to pull it of without her!

We booked Letizia for Day-of-Coordination for our May wedding at Camp Chingachgook on Lake George, NY. As our venue was non-traditional and very spread out, we really needed someone to help coordinate with our vendors, ensure all arrived on time, knew where to go upon arrival and facilitate vendor set up. She was available to run our rehearsal and get details about our decor the evening before the wedding, and the morning of the wedding, she arrived with her assistant to set up the reception venue. She kept our timeline running smoothly and I found out afterward that there were some timing hiccups (vendors running later than anticipated) that I never even knew about because she took care of everything.

I can’t recommend Letizia and her team enough—she is conscientious, kind, and detail-oriented. Both my mom and my husband’s mom commented on how wonderful she was. Both noted that we would not have been able to pull off our wedding without her. You can absolutely trust her with all details of your day, and we are so grateful we found her.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Letizia! We got married out of state and at a venue that never had a wedding before. Needless to say I was very nervous about how everything would turn out. Our wedding day was everything and more thanks to Letizia! She was literally repurposing flowers, bustling my dress, decorating the tables beautifully, checking on guests, and checking to make sure the vendors had what they needed all at once! Our guests were all commenting on how amazing she was and how perfect everything looked. Letizia and her team are exceptional and delivered everything we needed to make our wedding day special and seamless! Letizia went above and beyond to always put our priorities first and was willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure every detail was covered! We had a complicated wedding from a logistics perspective -- Letizia never batted an eye and even offered to help coordinate bartending services for the event when we encountered an issue with the venue. This was just one of many examples of the lengths she was willing to take to make the event a success. It was incredibly reassuring to know that Letizia was always working to save us money and get the best deal wherever possible throughout the process. During the event, Letizia had a wonderful and calming way about her as well. She made sure we were always having fun (and made it seem like she was having fun as well!), but effortlessly covered all the details in the background.
