Maria from P2P was truly the best and 100% worth every penny! Besides our venue, P2P was the first vendor we secured through the wedding planning process, and I am so glad that we did! Not only was Maria our day-of coordinator, she accompanied us through our venue walkthrough 2 months out and created a timeline specific to our day and flow of events. She walked through every detail with me on this 2 weeks before our big day to make sure everything was in line. Despite the rain and the challenges that came with that, Maria was there every step of the way and ensured that our day was ran smoothly the entire time. We can't thank her enough!

Planned 2 Perfection was an asset on our wedding day this past July 16, 2022. Leading up to our wedding, we had a vision and a lot of the details planned ourselves, but we really wanted someone we trusted to be our day-of coordinator that could carry out our vision while we enjoyed our wedding day. Maria was super friendly and organized from the start, understanding exactly our needs and following our lead. Her awesome assistant Jax was our actual day-of coordinator, but all three of us met a few times before wedding day. I'm sure not many brides and grooms can say this, but truly we had zero stress on our wedding day. I barely looked at my phone all day because I knew Jax was taking care of everything. Additionally, Jax showed up with some goodies of things she remembered that we liked and genuinely made the day feel personalized to us. Above and beyond! Even if you're organized like I am, I highly recommend a day-of coordinator, specifically Planned 2 Perfection, that will help you to make the most of your wedding day!

Maria was simply the best! From start to finish, she ensured that my daughter's wedding was perfect. She is super organized, punctual, thorough, and best of all- super friendly and easy to work with. I can't thank Maria and Sarah enough for their hard work coordinating our wedding day. Maria went above and beyond for our big day, and was far more than our day-of coordinator! Not only did she help us prepare for our wedding for months (if not years!), but she also helped us navigate all the obstacles thrown our way in light of COVID. Notwithstanding all the challenges and last-minute changes, she was unflappable and always so calm, kind, reassuring, and accommodating. We also very much appreciated her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail — she really listened to our vision, made it come to life on the big day without a hitch, and allowed us to enjoy every minute of our wedding as much we did. Maria did an amazing job. I suffer from a TBI and have a hard time remembering:/ it’s a daily struggle. Maria helped with details like you wouldn’t believe. Don’t hesitate on hiring ; I had every detail planned out for our big day and she made sure it happened. Ladies. Spend the extra money. With Maria help my husband and myself were able to embrace the most of our day. It does fly but we were able to breathe because she was doing all of the running around. Also our guest were able to be guest not staff.

Maria was fantastic to work with! Having her on board for our wedding made the process so much smoother and helped decrease the wedding stress. We had an initial call where she got to know us and our vendors. She immediately introduced herself to them the next day and got everyone on the same page. I thought that having a small and intimate wedding would be easy to plan. We booked an open barn venue, meaning we had freedom of all vendors which was fantastic but I quickly realized I was wrong to think I could do it alone and soon found Maria through another planner's recommendation. Maria was very easy to work with and helped me find a plan what worked best for our venue and budget. She was able to blend all my ideas and create our dream wedding. She was very professional as my day of coordinator throughout the entire process. She did more than what was expected of her. She helped us in a huge way during set up, ceremony and with our cake and decor. Everything that I was unable to complete myself by the morning of the wedding, Maria just waived her magic wand and all was a taken care of by the time guests arrived.
So many people complimented how natural and seamless our wedding day was was from start to finish. Maria worked behind the scenes and made that happen. Our wedding was practically perfect and I owe a huge thanks to the one woman band Maria at Planned 2 Perfection!!!
