Deb is an amazing help, as are all the employees them and we will never shop at another store again because the selection and service at Northeastern far exceeds anything I have ever experienced in my life before! I can't find words to describe how incredibly well I was (and continue to be) treated at Northeastern. We purchased my engagement band from their Albany store and then returned for both wedding bands. They were so helpful and took the time to teach us about our purchase options since this was the first time we purchased a diamond. They weren't pushy at all and were very reasonably priced.
