Mt Van Hoevenberg is situated on a historic Olympic campus in the heart of the Adirondacks and provides space for celebrations at scale. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor environments suited to both ceremony and reception. The Hi Notch climbing facility offers a striking architectural backdrop. The mountain's expansive trail network and sliding track also create a landscape that photographs beautifully. The Mountain Pass Lodge serves as the central hub of the campus. On-site dining is handled by the 81-18 Cafe, a cafeteria-style space. It offers indoor and outdoor seating and views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The Lodge also houses the Mountain Pass Mercantile. This two-floor store stocks souvenirs, sports memorabilia, and outdoor essentials, alongside the SWIX Store for performance apparel and footwear.

Mt. Van Hoevenberg brings nearly 90 years of experience creating itineraries for group events. They specialize in tailoring activities to the size and energy of any group. Parties of 20 or more qualify for group discounts. Couples can treat guests to Cliffside Coaster rides, mountain biking, and luge experiences that turn a celebration into a full weekend adventure. There is easy access from multiple on-site parking lots and 10 EV charging stations for guests.
