Located in Saratoga Springs, New York, Surrey-Williamson Inn is a charming wedding venue nestled on the quaint campus of Skidmore College. With the distinctive beauty of a 19th-century inn, this century-old estate welcomes you and your loved ones to make memories together. An intimate setting, it is best suited to smaller weddings and close gatherings. The team at the inn wants to create a relaxing escape from the stresses of your everyday life, so you can relax and focus on what is most important. Alongside weddings, they also welcome rehearsal dinners, reunions, and baby showers.

Facilities and Capacity

A boutique-style venue, Surrey-Williamson Inn offers a range of flexible event spaces with a maximum indoor capacity of 48 seated, 100 standing guests. If a cocktail-style reception of that size is not to your taste, then the inn also offers banquets and brunches. Also included in the venue are a number of charming guest rooms. These ten spaces have been recently renovated to combine vintage charm with modern amenities, so you and your party can spend time together in preparation. Private gardens offer a romantic backdrop in wedding photos. If you want to spend some time soaking up the beauty of the outdoor setting, the inn also has porches that make the most of the sun.

Services Offered

Surrey-Williamson Inn is happy to assist you with your wedding in whatever way that they can. For this reason, they offer a team of experienced on-site event planners that are ready to work closely with you. Whether you want a sophisticated cocktail party or an informal family-style meal, the space can be customized to fit your vision. An all-inclusive package is available if you would like to turn your wedding day into a weekend-long affair. The Tudor-style building offers a regal background for photos of your magical day.

Originally built in 1918, the manor house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It began as a family home, before changing hands multiple times. It was also briefly a school, before being renamed the Surrey Inn. Over the years, various antique furnishings have been acquired and donated, adding to the period appearance of the building.

Having been married in Saratoga Springs myself, I can appreciate the town’s unique charm and special history. The Surrey Williamson Inn is a perfect slice of that Saratoga feeling and working within these walls inspires me every day. I have been helping couples create unforgettable memories since 2011, in Rhode Island, Maryland, and now my home state of New York. I bring to each event an attention to unique detail and a plan to exceed every expectation. I would love to guide you on a tour through our Inn so you can start to envision your special day.
