Absolutely Beautiful Venue!

Sarah and her team were rockstars!! She was attentive to the finer details and made sure our wedding was absolutely magical. I would highly recommend booking your wedding here, as well as all other events related to your wedding!

Beautiful Wedding at the Williams Inn!

My wife and I had the most gorgeous and fun wedding at the Williams Inn this past weekend! We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour on the Inn terrace, and a reception in the ballroom with the back patio open for guests to hang out outside. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests and incredibly flexible with changing schedules and needs. Over 40% of our guests stayed at the Inn and all had great things to say about their stay and the wedding. Having all of the wedding day events at one location meant that getting ready was easy and the elderly members of our family had no trouble getting around. We also had rehearsal dinner in lovely nearby North Adams, and both welcome drinks and an afterparty at the local restaurants in Williamstown, all within walking distance of the Inn so our guests had no trouble getting to them.

Wonderful Wedding Venue and Team!

My husband and I have lived in the New England area for more than a decade, and we absolutely love the Williamstown at the first place. We were thrilled to find out that we could have our wedding ceremony at the Williams Inn.

The outside venue is not huge, but definitely sweet and gorgeous, especially with the sun. We have a small guest count, so we only used a small portion of the place; however, I have to say the walk down on the paved path was an amazing feeling and gave me a bit time to show off my dress as well :) There are a few good spots for first look and sunset photos around the hotel as well. The inside venue gives an elegant and classy look and in my opinion perfect for the reception.

The food for the ceremony was stunning and a few of our guests kept telling us how amazed they were by the presentation, texture and taste, especially the shrimp on cucumber appetizer and spring roll. The staff team did an amazing job setting the venue up and catering. They blended so well into the guests that I didn't even realize they were there. Everything was taken care of so professionally and timely with LOVE and CARE.

All of our guests said that they had a blast at our wedding here and how much they loved the food, decoration and the atmosphere. We will definitely recommend the Willams Inn to any of our friends. Though we don't live in MA any more, we will make sure to come back and say hi again in the future!

Rehearsal dinner & wedding at Williams Inn

As the mother of the groom, I want to share my thoughts about our experience with Melissa Mullally at the Williams Inn. For the rehearsal dinner, we were in constant contact with Melissa via phone and email to help with the planning. She thoroughly explained the flow of events for the evening. Melissa made great recommendations on setup, decorations, and food/beverage choices. The dinner was stress-free because of Melissa's great work. She was easy going and professional; she made us feel welcome and took care of all of our needs to ensure a successful rehearsal dinner and wedding.
The Williams Inn, and its great staff, is a beautiful place for a wedding. Having Melissa Mullally as our coordinator made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Diane M.

Wedding at Williams Inn

Megan and the staff at Williams Inn were outstanding! They made our wedding a success. Everything was perfect and beautiful. The food was on point! Megan went out of her way to make our day special. We can't say enough about what a wonderful weekend it was.

A dream come true

We knew immediately after meeting with the venue that this would be where we would be married and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.
Megan made the final weeks of finalizing details, seamless. She made us feel so calm and confident that our vision would play out exactly how we wanted and she delivered.
The rest of the staff at the Inn were just as lovely. They made my family, and our guests, feel like we had known them for years. They were friendly, professional and quite honestly, simply wonderful.
Everyone and everything about our wedding was perfect and we’re still receiving messages from guests about how delicious the food was and how delightful their experience was.

Venue Visit

We met with Haleigh this past weekend to view the space. It was absolutely gorgeous, so clean and fresh looking. Haleigh was extremely easy to communicate with and plan out visit. While visiting she answered every single question we could think of! Great staff and an amazing space!

The Williams Inn is professional and a great place for Williamstown in Northern Berkshire County. The price was better than most places we found. Marilyn worked with us to make sure the decorations were exactly what we wanted. The food was great and came out in a timely matter and was hot and delicious. It is nice to have your reception in a place where people can stay. I would recommend the Wlilliams Inn to any bride.

The Williams Inn was not our original venue. We found out 6 weeks before our wedding date that our original venue was double booked on our day and we would have to find a new venue for our reception. I contacted The Williams Inn on a Friday night, not expecting to find anything available. The contact person I spoke with was Janine, and she had us in that Sunday for a tour. We booked the venue. I was not thrilled, but it was the only option we had. The day of our wedding, the staff completely blew us away. Everything was absolutely perfect, and not a single thing went wrong. There was not a single complaint from guests, and certainly not from us. The staff ensured that everything ran smoothly, and the food was delicious, fresh and hot. The service my now-husband and I, and our guests, received was UNBELIEVABLE and EXCEPTIONAL and I would recommend the Williams Inn to anyone looking to host a wedding reception. I truly feel that the staff went above and beyond for us. The quality of service greatly exceeded what we would have gotten at our original venue, and we are so glad that fate led us here.

ballroom is small but elegant, the staff is very fun and energetic. hotel rooms are gorgeous and spacious. bar prices are a little high but the drink quality was outstanding. they disassembled the set up while guests were still present, other then that the experience was unforgetable.
