The Inn at Saratoga hosts the most cozy, charming and intimate space for any wedding. We had the pleasure of having our ceremony and reception here this past September. My husband and I chose the Inn for its historic charm and location. Situated right in downtown, the location is perfect and is right across from the park for stunning photos. The food and staff were wonderful. We felt so taken care of with Larissa as our point person. If you’re looking for a small venue for 95 guests or less, look no further!

My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting our wedding reception at this lovely venue in August 2023, and it was an absolute dream come true. Our celebration was a delightful daytime affair, attended by around 75 of our closest friends and family. From start to finish, The Inn provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.

One of the standout features of this venue is its versatility. We were fortunate enough to make use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. A huge shoutout to Larissa, who was our main point of contact throughout the planning process. She listened to our ideas and concerns and executed everything flawlessly, leaving us stress-free and able to fully enjoy our special day!

Larissa and the entire staff at The Inn at Saratoga were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! We had some conceptual changes to the size and feel of our wedding, which the Inn accommodated so graciously and without hesitation. We held both our ceremony and reception at the Inn, and it was so convenient for our guests to stay right on-site. The entire planning process was made easy thanks to Larissa, who happily answered all of my emails and questions, and welcomed us to visit any time needed as we finalized details. Both us - and our guests - were blown away on the day of the wedding by the beauty of the venue, the excellent service and the amazing food. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our intimate wedding, and look forward to more memorable stays at the Inn in the future!

Everything was perfect! We couldn't have picked a better place to hold our wedding reception. Larissa and Liz were amazing and took wonderful care of us and our needs. Additionally, we have stayed overnight at The Inn twice now, both times were wonderful.

Book the Inn at Saratoga, the staff were so friendly and helpful and we had no problems, Liz was amazing, she even helped me with my dress when it tore a little at the bottom. You can't beat the service and they were so kind to my guests, everything about the wedding day was perfect and magical and the food was great. Thank you to Liz and Larissa!!!

The Inn at Saratoga was an exceptional wedding venue in all regards! We immediately booked our event after the first consultation. We were beyond delighted with our entire experience! They offered an excellent tastings evening in which we selected our menu. We couldn't have gone wrong with any of the choices and we left feeling like royalty! They were very attentive and accommodating with any special requests and made all guests feel like their own family. The entire staff elegantly danced through the evening serving, smiling, providing service that they were all genuine with. We loved having open access between the elegantly tented courtyard and the ballroom for the entire reception. The Inn rooms were very comfortable and had excellent decor. We will certainly enjoy returning for dinner, music, and accommodations as will our guests. Thank you for putting our special day over the top!

I cannot give The Inn at Saratoga and the staff enough praise for everything they did to make our wedding exactly what we dreamed it would be! Everyone was so professional, and accommodating. Everything we asked for, we received, and we were able to work with The Inn's staff to make a plan to fulfill all of our needs. We ended up taking over the whole entire inn, including all of the hotel rooms. It was like a large house party with different types of entertainment and food in all the different areas, and this type of wedding was a first for the Inn, and it was a huge success! . Our guests raved about the wedding, and the venue. Aisling, the Sales Coordinator was a pleasure to work with, and was very knowledgable. I highly recommend The Inn at Saratoga, and am completely confident that the staff will do whatever they can to make your wedding exactly what you wish for.

Old Saratoga charm and history - 175 year old architecture - wonderful staff - great breakfasts - location is the best in Saratoga Springs - close to all shopping, Race track and Casino. What a wonderful place we had to stay for our daughter's wedding. A must stay when in Upstate New York.

Although Saratoga is the mecca for weddings, in the heart of the town, the lovely and charming Inn at Saratoga stands out above all other venues. Walking into the Inn has a feeling of home, because it is. There is a mix and match of places where your wedding and related events can be held between the courtyard, ballroom and dining room. There is a wraparound porch and a bar which is great for the after party as well as a gathering when we came back from our rehearsal dinner the eve before our wedding. The courtyard alone sold us on the place. It has a feel of a secret garden as it houses the most beautiful tent with a delicate liner to enhance the magnificent chandelier. There are twinkle lights and a small fountain that has a soothing sound of a babbling brook. Did I mention the cozy fire pit? The food was/is out of this world and the accommodations have a colonial look with a traditional twist and super comfy. What is truly most amazing about this hidden gem is Liz and her A-team staff. To sum it up, they are phenomenal!!! They are extremely flexible and willing to work with you to personalize the wedding to your heart’s content-they will go to the ends of the earth to ensure that your wedding is everything you dreamed of, even if it means being a huge risk taker by sticking with plan A (which involved outdoors during a forecast of severe thunderstorms). They did not miss a beat! Lastly, Liz saved the day by hooking us up with Martha, Saratoga’s legend, to coordinate the ceremony which took place at Congress Park….the day before the wedding. Martha is warm, kind and nothing short of a genius. She is a combination between an angel and miracle worker. She is phenomenal and had amazing ideas! Our wedding looked beautiful but what my husband and I will always remember is how it felt. We can’t thank Liz, Martha, Emily and entire Inn staff enough for the most magnificent day. We couldn’t have and wouldn’t have wanted to have this day anywhere else.
