Incredible food! Best experience

We had our wedding at Crabtree kittle house], and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Kimberly Ann was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process, always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Leo was simply incredible on the day of our wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly and making the entire process so easy for us. Though our wedding was indoors due to weather, the venue created such a beautiful and intimate atmosphere that it was just as lovely as any outdoor celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or venue to make our day perfect

Our Beautiful Day

We got married at Crabtree’s Kittle House on 10/27/2024. Everything was amazing. The food, the staff, the beauty of the property, and clean comfortable inn stays for our immediate family and bridal party. It was truly a beautiful day. My parents had gotten married at the kittle house back in 1993 and although it’s been many years, the same quaint, elegant, and special feeling I always heard them talk about prevailed.

Throughout the past year, Kimberly Ann, the on site coordinator made me feel at ease every step of the way— answering each and every email (of many) that I sent her asking even the most minute questions. She truly put me and me and my husband’s minds at ease through the entire process.

On the day itself, she was a rockstar, setting up all the decor and making it look absolutely beautiful with little direction. Leo was also very helpful on the day, ensuring that everyone always knew where to be, and ensuring that we were well fed with all the delicious food and had a full drink if we wanted throughout the whole event.

The food drinks and dessert were all excellent and we truly enjoyed it all! If you want a warm and personal feel to your wedding, and are sick of touring insanely expensive, cold, and cookie cutter ballroom venues, book the Kittle House!!!

Thank you to the whole Kittle House team for helping to make our day so smooth and special!

Wedding Perfection thanks for Kimberly and Leo!

Crabtree’s Kittle House exceeded our expectations for our October wedding. Firstly, the staff were incredible throughout the planning process, as well as all day of execution. The high levels of hospitality and attentive service were outstanding. As the bride, I was completely at ease, as every detail of the big day was addressed perfectly by the team, from ensuring that my husband and I had a private spot to wine and dine for a few minutes immediately after the ceremony, to making sure that our grandmothers were carefully escorted from ceremony to reception. In the absence of a wedding planner, I was the point of contact with the venue and every interaction with the Kittle House was simple – they were highly responsive, clear, transparent, and accommodating. We are so thrilled that our day went so well, largely in part due to the venue. Our target wedding vibes were intimate and cozy and the Kittle House was just that and more! Lastly, it may go without saying based on the venue’s reputation, but our guests truly RAVED about the food, which was all delicious.

Thank you to Kimberly and Leo for your support from start to finish. We can’t thank you enough for a perfect day and we look forward to visiting the Kittle House in years to come!

Couldn't be happier!

We had our wedding at Crabtree's Kittle House on 9/28/24 and truly could not be happier with the entire experience. From our first contact with Kimberly, we knew we were in amazing hands. She and her team made our dreams come true. Kimberly was so responsive and available to assist us with every question and idea throughout the planning process. Leo was with us all throughout the weekend to tend to our every need and really went above and beyond! We felt so supported and taken care of and really able to enjoy our wedding so stress-free. We stayed on-site in the inn with our families for the weekend which made it that much more special and convenient. Our guests all loved the beautiful venue and especially raved about the delicious food! I would highly recommend getting married at Crabtree's Kittle house.

Crabtree Was Our Dream Wedding

Everything about our day was absolutely perfect, and it's all thanks to Leo & Kimberly, and the chefs! Kimberly was so patient with us and all of our questions and emails leading up to our big day. She was always available and really helped to bring our vision to life. Leo was amazing and did a wonderful job running the show. He made it seem so effortless and easy and that the day had a great flow to it. In addition to Leo and Kimberly being so helpful, the chefs are so creative and talented and the food was amazing, Having delicious food for the wedding was extremely important to us, and all of our guests were commenting on how great the food was. They also were willing to work us and helped create an amazing dinner. We had our ceremony at the venue, and the flow from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour and to the reception was very smooth. It was lovely for the reception that everyone could go back and forth from the inside to the garden outside. They helped us have a cigar table at the end of the night with the ice cream bar which was a big hit. This venue was pretty much perfect, and we couldn't recommend it enough. There were so many perfect and fun moments throughout the night, I could write an entire book on all of the very small details and unique parts they helped come to life. We can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversaries at Crabtree's.

Unforgettable!

This is a wedding review, if you're considering having your wedding here! I live in the area and have been to Crabtree numerous times. It is always beautiful and delicious! As a Westchester bride, I booked Crabtree instantly after getting engaged. Their garden and back lawn overlooking the golf course is just beautiful! The whole property is historic, unique and gorgeous! The food is unmatched. Service was amazing! Location cannot be beat! The price is unbelievably reasonable in this crazy wedding industry! Crabtree was SO flexible throughout the entire planning process. They did not AT ALL nickel and dime me at the end with "add-ons" and "upgrades." In fact, they threw extra things in FOR FREE!!!! You truly cannot beat Crabtree if you're looking for a Westchester wedding venue. Their event coordinator, Kimberly, is one in a million. We emailed literally 800 times over the course of a year. Kimberly is responsive, flexible, helpful, creative, accommodating and so involved. She is as devoted to your wedding day being beautiful, unforgettable and seamless as you are! I will forever be so grateful I booked Crabtree as my wedding venue. Mr. Crabtree and all of his employees are so generous, hard working and kind! BOOK RIGHT NOW!

The most wonderful venue and team

We got married in May 2023 at Crabtree's Kittle House and it was an amazing experience from start to end. We wanted an intimate venue (that could still hold a crowd of ~180 guests) with beautiful indoor and outdoor space in case of inclement weather (cause NY spring is unpredictable). Crabtree's fit the bill.

The wedding industry can feel very cookie cutter and the experience with Kimberly and the team at Crabtree's it was anything but. From the very first time we met Kimberly we felt cared for - she and the team went above and beyond in working with us to ensure vegan / non-alcoholic options felt just as special as the more typical standard / alcoholic options (even developing a custom wedding mocktail to go along with our wedding cocktail, and providing sparkling apple cider alongside champagne for toasts).

Leading up to the wedding and on the day-of Kimberly and the team (both at the Restaurant and Inn) were extraordinary communicative and supportive. Kimberly always has a Plan B (and C and D) in mind should Plan A fail (like easily helping to pivot to a bigger outdoor tent when we saw rain on the forecast a few days out).

It's also worth noting that of all the venues we visited Kimberly and her team were the most welcoming of us as an LGBTQ+ couple - sharing examples of beautiful queer weddings they've hosted over the years.

Each and every one of our wedding vendors was outstanding but the day would've been nothing without Kimberly and the Crabtree's Kittle House team. We'd get married there again in a heartbeat.

August Wedding

We couldn't be happier with our choice to have our ceremony and reception at Crabtree's Kittle House. Working with Kimberly Ann made our planning go so smoothly. She and her team were extremely responsive. The food was fantastic, and the back garden was the perfect setting for our ceremony and cocktail hour.

The best wedding ever!

I had my wedding on 11.11 of this year and it was perfection. Kimberly Ann is amazing, hardworking and the kindest person to work with. What a joy it was to work with her. She was so helpful and detail oriented and calm, which is exactly what you want when you're planning a wedding, which can sometimes be stressful! Crabtree's Kittle House Restaurant & Inn made our dream come true wedding a possibility. Everyone of our guests raved about how delicious the food was, the service was so attentive, how beautiful and historical the venue was and they enjoyed their overnight stay at the inn. I am so glad I had my wedding there, I'm looking forward to celebrating more occasions there for years to come. Thank you to the staff and especially Kimberly Ann. You did an outstanding job! Fantastic Experience at Crabtree's Kittle House!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Kimberly and the Crabtree’s Kittle House staff for our wedding. We wanted a wedding venue that felt a bit more personal and cozy than a hotel ballroom, but still big enough that guests could spread out. The Kittle House checked all of those boxes and the garden being in full summer bloom was just icing on the cake. Additionally, we were planning from far away and so having the restaurant taking care of food meant one less thing we had to separately coordinate. Kimberly was extremely responsive to all of our email inquiries and was full of ideas and thoughts to help us create the perfect day. One other great thing about the venue is that they have a great indoor backup plan if the weather didn't cooperate for the day (and that the Kittle House could even switch everything indoors up to 2.5 hours before the beginning of the ceremony). Throughout the whole process Kimberly, the maitre d' Leo, and the staff were always there to help us, make suggestions, and fulfill our vision for the day. The food was incredible (many, many guests remarked on how much they loved the food, including our vegetarian guests!) and they were always one step ahead with the planning. We brought in photos and some decorations for the cocktail hour and Kimberly and her staff took care of arranging them so we didn’t have to even think about it on the day of. They seamlessly interfaced with the florist and bakery, so much so that we weren’t even sure whether our cake had arrived since we hadn’t had to get involved and instead could just focus on enjoying the day. Having a complementary inn room was also a really nice perk because it provided the perfect space for hair and makeup earlier in the day, and we didn’t have to venture far after a late night–we even got treated to some end of the night champagne and food in our room, which was such a lovely touch. We could not have asked for a more seamless and thoughtfully executed day and would 100% select them again if we were choosing a venue again.
