We got married at Crabtree’s Kittle House on 10/27/2024. Everything was amazing. The food, the staff, the beauty of the property, and clean comfortable inn stays for our immediate family and bridal party. It was truly a beautiful day. My parents had gotten married at the kittle house back in 1993 and although it’s been many years, the same quaint, elegant, and special feeling I always heard them talk about prevailed.

Throughout the past year, Kimberly Ann, the on site coordinator made me feel at ease every step of the way— answering each and every email (of many) that I sent her asking even the most minute questions. She truly put me and me and my husband’s minds at ease through the entire process.

On the day itself, she was a rockstar, setting up all the decor and making it look absolutely beautiful with little direction. Leo was also very helpful on the day, ensuring that everyone always knew where to be, and ensuring that we were well fed with all the delicious food and had a full drink if we wanted throughout the whole event.

The food drinks and dessert were all excellent and we truly enjoyed it all! If you want a warm and personal feel to your wedding, and are sick of touring insanely expensive, cold, and cookie cutter ballroom venues, book the Kittle House!!!

Crabtree’s Kittle House exceeded our expectations for our October wedding. Firstly, the staff were incredible throughout the planning process, as well as all day of execution. The high levels of hospitality and attentive service were outstanding. As the bride, I was completely at ease, as every detail of the big day was addressed perfectly by the team, from ensuring that my husband and I had a private spot to wine and dine for a few minutes immediately after the ceremony, to making sure that our grandmothers were carefully escorted from ceremony to reception. In the absence of a wedding planner, I was the point of contact with the venue and every interaction with the Kittle House was simple – they were highly responsive, clear, transparent, and accommodating. We are so thrilled that our day went so well, largely in part due to the venue. Our target wedding vibes were intimate and cozy and the Kittle House was just that and more! Lastly, it may go without saying based on the venue’s reputation, but our guests truly RAVED about the food, which was all delicious.

Thank you to Kimberly and Leo for your support from start to finish. We can’t thank you enough for a perfect day and we look forward to visiting the Kittle House in years to come!

We had our wedding at Crabtree's Kittle House on 9/28/24 and truly could not be happier with the entire experience. From our first contact with Kimberly, we knew we were in amazing hands. She and her team made our dreams come true. Kimberly was so responsive and available to assist us with every question and idea throughout the planning process. Leo was with us all throughout the weekend to tend to our every need and really went above and beyond! We felt so supported and taken care of and really able to enjoy our wedding so stress-free. We stayed on-site in the inn with our families for the weekend which made it that much more special and convenient. Our guests all loved the beautiful venue and especially raved about the delicious food! I would highly recommend getting married at Crabtree's Kittle house.

Everything about our day was absolutely perfect, and it's all thanks to Leo & Kimberly, and the chefs! Kimberly was so patient with us and all of our questions and emails leading up to our big day. She was always available and really helped to bring our vision to life. Leo was amazing and did a wonderful job running the show. He made it seem so effortless and easy and that the day had a great flow to it. In addition to Leo and Kimberly being so helpful, the chefs are so creative and talented and the food was amazing, Having delicious food for the wedding was extremely important to us, and all of our guests were commenting on how great the food was. They also were willing to work us and helped create an amazing dinner. We had our ceremony at the venue, and the flow from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour and to the reception was very smooth. It was lovely for the reception that everyone could go back and forth from the inside to the garden outside. They helped us have a cigar table at the end of the night with the ice cream bar which was a big hit. This venue was pretty much perfect, and we couldn't recommend it enough. There were so many perfect and fun moments throughout the night, I could write an entire book on all of the very small details and unique parts they helped come to life. We can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversaries at Crabtree's.

This is a wedding review, if you're considering having your wedding here! I live in the area and have been to Crabtree numerous times. It is always beautiful and delicious! As a Westchester bride, I booked Crabtree instantly after getting engaged. Their garden and back lawn overlooking the golf course is just beautiful! The whole property is historic, unique and gorgeous! The food is unmatched. Service was amazing! Location cannot be beat! The price is unbelievably reasonable in this crazy wedding industry! Crabtree was SO flexible throughout the entire planning process. They did not AT ALL nickel and dime me at the end with "add-ons" and "upgrades." In fact, they threw extra things in FOR FREE!!!! You truly cannot beat Crabtree if you're looking for a Westchester wedding venue. Their event coordinator, Kimberly, is one in a million. We emailed literally 800 times over the course of a year. Kimberly is responsive, flexible, helpful, creative, accommodating and so involved. She is as devoted to your wedding day being beautiful, unforgettable and seamless as you are! I will forever be so grateful I booked Crabtree as my wedding venue. Mr. Crabtree and all of his employees are so generous, hard working and kind! BOOK RIGHT NOW!

We got married in May 2023 at Crabtree's Kittle House and it was an amazing experience from start to end. We wanted an intimate venue (that could still hold a crowd of ~180 guests) with beautiful indoor and outdoor space in case of inclement weather (cause NY spring is unpredictable). Crabtree's fit the bill.

The wedding industry can feel very cookie cutter and the experience with Kimberly and the team at Crabtree's it was anything but. From the very first time we met Kimberly we felt cared for - she and the team went above and beyond in working with us to ensure vegan / non-alcoholic options felt just as special as the more typical standard / alcoholic options (even developing a custom wedding mocktail to go along with our wedding cocktail, and providing sparkling apple cider alongside champagne for toasts).

Leading up to the wedding and on the day-of Kimberly and the team (both at the Restaurant and Inn) were extraordinary communicative and supportive. Kimberly always has a Plan B (and C and D) in mind should Plan A fail (like easily helping to pivot to a bigger outdoor tent when we saw rain on the forecast a few days out).

It's also worth noting that of all the venues we visited Kimberly and her team were the most welcoming of us as an LGBTQ+ couple - sharing examples of beautiful queer weddings they've hosted over the years.

Each and every one of our wedding vendors was outstanding but the day would've been nothing without Kimberly and the Crabtree's Kittle House team. We'd get married there again in a heartbeat.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to have our ceremony and reception at Crabtree's Kittle House. Working with Kimberly Ann made our planning go so smoothly. She and her team were extremely responsive. The food was fantastic, and the back garden was the perfect setting for our ceremony and cocktail hour.

I had my wedding on 11.11 of this year and it was perfection. Kimberly Ann is amazing, hardworking and the kindest person to work with. What a joy it was to work with her. She was so helpful and detail oriented and calm, which is exactly what you want when you're planning a wedding, which can sometimes be stressful! Crabtree's Kittle House Restaurant & Inn made our dream come true wedding a possibility. Everyone of our guests raved about how delicious the food was, the service was so attentive, how beautiful and historical the venue was and they enjoyed their overnight stay at the inn. I am so glad I had my wedding there, I'm looking forward to celebrating more occasions there for years to come. Thank you to the staff and especially Kimberly Ann. You did an outstanding job! We cannot say enough good things about working with Kimberly and the Crabtree’s Kittle House staff for our wedding. We wanted a wedding venue that felt a bit more personal and cozy than a hotel ballroom, but still big enough that guests could spread out. The Kittle House checked all of those boxes and the garden being in full summer bloom was just icing on the cake. Additionally, we were planning from far away and so having the restaurant taking care of food meant one less thing we had to separately coordinate. Kimberly was extremely responsive to all of our email inquiries and was full of ideas and thoughts to help us create the perfect day. One other great thing about the venue is that they have a great indoor backup plan if the weather didn't cooperate for the day (and that the Kittle House could even switch everything indoors up to 2.5 hours before the beginning of the ceremony). Throughout the whole process Kimberly, the maitre d' Leo, and the staff were always there to help us, make suggestions, and fulfill our vision for the day. The food was incredible (many, many guests remarked on how much they loved the food, including our vegetarian guests!) and they were always one step ahead with the planning. We brought in photos and some decorations for the cocktail hour and Kimberly and her staff took care of arranging them so we didn’t have to even think about it on the day of. They seamlessly interfaced with the florist and bakery, so much so that we weren’t even sure whether our cake had arrived since we hadn’t had to get involved and instead could just focus on enjoying the day. Having a complementary inn room was also a really nice perk because it provided the perfect space for hair and makeup earlier in the day, and we didn’t have to venture far after a late night–we even got treated to some end of the night champagne and food in our room, which was such a lovely touch. We could not have asked for a more seamless and thoughtfully executed day and would 100% select them again if we were choosing a venue again.

We had our wedding on 10.12.19 at the Kittle House and it was such a memorable experience. The venue was the best one we could have picked in terms of food, service, and intimacy. Kim did an outstanding job to help us plan and prepare for our big day. She was full of great ideas, inspired with flexibility, and was a great resource to have and help us plan for both the ceremony and reception.

Leo was equally incredible. He helped us with food and wine selection, and went above and beyond our expectations when he became our day-of coordinator with Kim. They both helped ensure everything flowed smoothly, helping us to avoid any last minute hiccups, wrangling our families, guests, and wedding party, and surprised us with food (a rarity for new couples) right after the ceremony and throughout the cocktail hour. We felt fully taken care of throughout the entire process, from our first visit to our wedding day itself.

We can’t say enough good things about the Kittle House, the food, waitstaff, and location. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to incorporate a rustic and private ambiance into their wedding experience!

I grew up going to Kittle House on a regular basis, and when it came time to have my wedding I knew I wanted it to be at Kittle House! It's the perfect classic, cozy, historic, and amazing-food vibe we were looking for for our wedding of 125 people. We loved the indoor and outdoor abilities of Kittle House, which came in extra handy with COVID. As I'm sure you've read in other reviews, Kimberly is THE BEST. After every call or email with her I felt so at ease, and her suggestions and instincts were spot on. Kittle House was extremely flexible both in terms of us switching our date due to COVID, as well as changes to our evening such as having a vow renewal and other small touches. Plus, staying at the inn is just so special and quaint! And the food there is the. best. So glad we went with Kittle House!

My daughter had two weddings (to the same husband) over the last year at Crabtree's Kittle House!

The larger wedding planned for 2020 had to be postponed due to covid but my daughter and her husband wanted to be married on their original date. The Kittle House's amazing event coordinator, Kimberly helped me plan a wonderfully memorable micro-wedding for my daughter, her husband, and our immediate family on that day. Because this was a one-off event during an uncertain time, every detail had to be thought out – and Kimberly was there with me each step of the way always focused on the positives. We ended up having a lovely wedding ceremony in the beautiful upstairs garden (before the restaurant’s lunch service began) followed by a private luncheon in the Ivy Hill Room. The food and service were wonderful throughout the day. Although it was not the wedding that we initially planned, it was a beautiful day that we will all remember with great joy.

This year we were fortunate to be able to host a larger celebration at the Kittle House. Once again, Kimberly was fantastic in helping me to plan and organize every last detail the event including dealing with some moving targets due to covid. Any extra requests I had were handled with no issue. She also coordinated the kid's after-party which was held in the Tap Room at the Kittle House. Throughout the last two years planning two weddings, Kimberly has been an incredibly positive, accessible, and enthusiastic planning partner who has the ability to focus on the big picture and the small details all at once.

On the day of the wedding, my husband and I felt confident that Kimberly, Leo (the maitre d) and the rest of the Kittle House staff had everything covered so we were able to relax and truly enjoy the event. Our trust was well placed. The entire event seemed to flow seamlessly – which I know does not happen by accident. We have already received many compliments on the venue, the food, and the service at the Kittle House.

The evening after the wedding my husband and I, along with some other family and guests, spent the night at the Inn which was lovely.

We look forward to coming back to the Kittle House for many future dinners, we would absolutely hold events there should the occasion arise, and we will certainly recommend Crabtree’s Kittle House without hesitation to friends and family looking for a venue to hold a reception.

Do yourself a favor and have your wedding at the Kittle House. My wedding was absolutely perfect and that is all thanks to Kim and the incredible staff. Kim is the event planner and since my first email she has been so enthusiastic, professional, resourceful and kind. I legitimately would not have been able to do it without her. We planned the wedding in just over two months and Kim was there every step of the way making sure no detail was forgotten. She made everything so easy and seamless. Including on my wedding day when I forgot to have someone pick up the cake. I came into the reception and it was sitting there. She had realized on her own and took care of it without me even knowing! When it came time for the wedding, each person on the staff made me and all of my guests feel like royalty. They are so kind and bent over backwards to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The service is extraordinary. The venue itself is also beautiful and what drew us in in the first place. Build in the early 1700's, it has such a cozy, rustic but chic vibe. The owners have maintained it beautifully and it offers the best of old and new. There are so many nooks that are so interesting. They have the beautiful gardens, the glass ballroom, the private dinning room, the cozy bar with a big stone fireplace and the wine cellar. The best part was we were all able to stay the night in their guest rooms and wake up overlooking the snow covered hills. Finally, the food there is incredible. Most times you go to a wedding and the good is just meh, every single person at our wedding could not get over how great the food was. The chef is brilliant and super responsive to the menu you would like to create for your wedding. Anyone of these things, the food, venue space, staff, Kim would be enough to make me book my wedding there all over again but it really does have the best of it all. We can't wait to plan our next party there!

Kimberly Ann and the entire Crabtree Kittle House team went above and beyond to make the entire wedding planning process and wedding day seamless and easy. They are incredibly professional and their experience shows. Everything flowed so easily, and our wedding day was spectacular. The entire team worked in the background to make sure our day was perfect and problem-free. We were also so thankful for the beautiful outdoor space. Our wedding guests loved being able to enjoy the beautiful garden during daylight and the bonfire at night. As a bride, I was especially glad to have a "one-stop shopping" experience in terms of accommodations, ceremony, and reception.

We cannot thank Kimberly Ann and Leo enough for organizing our special day from start to finish. Our wedding was PERFECT because of them. Kimberly Ann listened to my vision and was extremely responsive to all of my e-mails. The food was incredible we got countless compliments from our guests. Kimberly Ann did the most amazing job decorating our reception it took our breath away. Leo was on top of everything during our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We had a wonderful, nearly PERFECT experience with Crabtree's Kittle House, much thanks to the event director, Kimberly Ann. They accommodated our very last minute wedding, and made it feel like something we had planned for a year. They welcomed us with warm, open arms and we're extremely thorough, generous, and thoughtful throughout the process and extremely diligent on the day-of. Cannot recommend the venue enough- the space is flexible and can be made into any style wedding you can imagine. They also have a lot of tools you can use- seating signs, wine barrels and boxes, etc. They truly made us feel carefree, and took so much stress out of a stressful time. Recommend them 5/5!

I can not say enough great things about this location and it's staff! We had our wedding here on 11/1/19, as well as our rehearsal dinner on the Tuesday before, and each one was AMAZING in its own way! Kim, Leo & Barbara, each helped us create the most magical and memorable evening of our lives, and without them, I don't know how we would have done it. Their professionalism and sense of calm throughout the entire process was beyond anything we could have ever asked for! The food and service was absolutely terrific on each occasion. The location is beautiful, just a perfect space - outside and inside - for the dream wedding we wanted! We couldn't ask for anything more! Just perfection!

We had our wedding reception here and everything was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The charming ambiance, the rustic decor, the magnificent food, the impressive service, the attention to detail — we could not have envisioned a more perfect place for our wedding celebration.

The events coordinator, Kimberly, truly went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted. She created a gorgeous rustic romantic feel with lanterns, candles, ruscus leaves, wine barrels, etc. She was so thoughtful, kind, accommodating, and just amazing throughout the entire planning process. Every bride needs a Kimberly!

We are so thankful for the manager, Leo, who made the events of the night run so smoothly. He was by our side the whole reception and thought of EVERYTHING. At the end of the evening, he even arranged extra plates of food and dessert for my husband and I as we went up to our room for the night.

We felt so very well taken care of and received glowing comments from all our family and friends. We are so happy that we chose Crabtree’s Kittle House to celebrate our wedding!

Wow... I don't even know where to begin! We got married last week and are still in awe of how perfect the day was. It was so stress-free that in the days leading up to and the day of the wedding, I couldn't help but think, "Am I forgetting something?? There's no way this could be it." Kim and the staff at Crabtree's made the entire planning and prep process so simple that there was so little my family and I had to do. From the beginning, Kim was easy to reach and was never more than an email away to answer my millions of questions. Furthermore, her expertise was extremely helpful in helping us to complete our vision. We were planning this wedding off of the little we've seen at other weddings and a lot of Pinterest, but Kim has done this for years and knows how to make that vision a reality.
Leo, our maitre'd, was phenomenal as well. He was there every step of the day, making sure it went smoothly. He was even there to help our toddler flower girls get down the aisle when they were, well... being toddlers lol. If we needed something, he was there for us. Even when we didn't know we needed something, he took the initiative to make sure we were comfortable. Like when he realized we didn't get back to our sweetheart table to eat our dinner right away, he brought them back to make sure it didn't get cold. I didn't need for anything because we had Leo by our side.
The food...
Let's be real, a lot of wedding food/catering hall's food is... meh. We hadn't been to Crabtree's for dinner before so before we booked, we had date night there to get a feel for their food and WOW! We were thoroughly impressed and could tell that they take pride in the food they serve. The tasting was just as impressive. Unlike a lot of venues and stories I've heard from friends/family who have gotten married, the food served at the wedding was JUST as delicious and well-presented as it was at the tasting. Our guests were very pleased with the food, even the biggest food snobs in attendance!
The space...
Not much to say other than GORGEOUS! Minimal decor is necessary because the outdoor and indoor space are beautiful as is. If you're fortunate to have good weather like we did, the garden is beautiful, especially with the changing leaves of autumn.
Crabtree's and the people there will forever have a special place in our hearts. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our son got married at the fabulous Crabtree’s Kittle House in Chappaqua, NY, on Labor Day weekend. It could not
have gone better.
From their first introduction to the Inn, our son and future daughter in law knew this was where they had to have their wedding. The gorgeous grounds, the set up for a wedding, and their meeting with Kimberly all sold the Kittle House equally.
They never once regretted this decision!
Kimberly helped them each step of the way, was always responsive, took care of all details before, and during, and after the event, and handled problems creatively and cheerfully, so that the entire event went seamlessly.

We stayed at the Inn, with its lovely, spacious and comfortable rooms.
The couple was given 2 rooms to get ready, with the bridesmaids getting ready in the bridal suite, while the groomsmen and women hung out in the wine cellar.
Lunch was delivered to both rooms and staff was on hand to attend to any of our needs.

Innkeeper Barbara was especially helpful, aiding with every aspect of our stay, answering our innumerable questions and solving problems immediately (including dealing with blown fuses during hair styling).

Maitre D’ Leo, who wore many hats, was equally wonderful, keeping all the events going smoothly and making sure everything and everyone was taken care, even helping to move a TV to plug in a cable for a slideshow.

The Inn staff, catering, and bartending staff were conscientious, available, professional, and friendly.

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour were outside on the beautiful lawn in front of a stunning view. The ceremony by Rabbi Linda Goldberg was perfect.
Reception was indoors in an equally beautiful room with all glass walls to the outside, so affording that same lush view.

And the food! No one could stop talking about how delicious the food all was! And the sundae bar out by the fire pit outside was the perfect dessert ending to the meal!

“Around Town” provided amazing music and Ziara(contact person for the band
that night and lead singer) was fantastic, as was Bill, who, on crutches, helped make sure my wedding
march could be heard and was wonderful about making sure a songs performed by myself and my
daughter could be heard well. Adam was very responsive in the days leading up to the event.

We also had a "newlywed" breakfast the following morning in another sun filled beautiful room at Crabtree’s Kittle House, with the same exemplary service and yummy food.

Having my wedding at Crabtree’s Kittlehouse was like a fairytale. The venue is stunning, the grounds are breathtaking, the accommodations are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, the food is UNBELIEVABLE, and the entire staff is phenomenal. The entire wedding planning process was seriously a dream. From our initial inquiry up to the day of our wedding, every wish, want, and need was catered to. Kimberly Ann was an exceptional wedding coordinator. Any inquiry sent, got an immediate response, any requests for changes to the menu, order of events, decor, etc, were immediately addressed and altered, and any worries or stresses we expressed were immediately relinquished. I planned my wedding myself and I do not know if I could have done it without Kimberly’s guidance, knowledge, and assistance. We were initially planning on having our ceremony outside in the garden, unfortunately, due to weather complications, we had to move our wedding ceremony from outdoors to indoors. Kimberly already had a plan B prepared when we booked the venue a little less than a year before our wedding date. The transition was seamless and the indoor the ceremony was perfect. The packages are flexible with unbeatable prices! The staff is friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and professional. They truly feel like family! If you chose to have your wedding at Crabtree’s Kittle house, you will NOT regret it. We plan on going back every year for our anniversary! I seriously can't recommend them enough!

Got married here on July 5, 2019. What an amazing experience!! Location, Food, Staff - everything. Our guests were raving about how amazing everything was. Kimberly, the event planner, was awesome - open to everything we wanted and had great suggestions too. Leo, our Maitre D was so attentive. Our Best Man mentioned fried chicken in his toast and not 10 minutes later, they brought fried chicken to his table (it was not on our menu!!) - now, that's thoughtful!! Can't say enough good stuff about the Kittle House - just phenomenal!!!

The wedding planning team at the Kittle House (Kimberly Ann, Kelly, Leo, Mario, Michael, Barbara and the rest of the staff) are an absolute dream to work with! Kimberly Ann was a breeze to work with- responded to every email super fast, thought of things I never could have thought of that made the day extra special, and offered amazing suggestions. I love that their team is thoughtful and unpretentious, a true delight to work with throughout! They really had our best interests in their minds every step of the way.

I got married Memorial Day weekend of this year in the downstairs atrium with around 150 guests and the Kittle House could not have done a better job. We loved every moment of the entire day. They had incredible attention to every detail that went into it, the service was impeccable throughout the process and the entire staff's true generosity to making this day so special for us were just some of the reasons we had such a wonderful experience planning our wedding here! They were even flexible when making last minute changes due to the weather literally 20 minutes before the ceremony. To top it all off- the food and wine were remarkable and Kimberly Ann, Leo, and Michael made sure my husband and I had some!!!

I couldn't have been happier with my wedding night thanks to Kimberly, Leo, and the entire Kittle House staff. Throughout the planning process, Kimberly was attentive and really easy to communicate with. She humored both myself and my mom with any small question we had and was incredibly organized - they really are experts at putting together a seamless event! We were given lots of options throughout the process and suggestions given our general theme too. I didn't have to worry about coordinating a single thing on my wedding night or assigning jobs to my wedding party because I knew it would be taken care of. The weather on our wedding day was unpredictable and I felt like every effort was made to pull off plan A!

My daughter was just married this past weekend and I truly wish there were more than 5 stars. The entire staff was beyond great. Kimberly made the entire process painless. She responded so quickly on any question I had and was always positive and calming. Leo was equally as positive and helpful. Everyone I delt with always had a smile, was pleasant and helpful. I have received such positive, beautiful comments from my guests on how fabulous the wedding was. My daughter and her husband were so very, very happy they chose The Crabtree Kittle House for their venue.

I can't express how grateful I am to the Kittle House team for making our wedding day as close to perfect as possible! Kimberly, Leo, Joe, and Jessica were extremely kind, responsive, and were all about making the day what we envisioned. From food tastings to setting up photo tables to taking care of the favors, the Kittle House handled everything with ease. We stayed there the night prior and night of the wedding (as did some of the bridal party) and we were treated like royalty. This was the perfect venue for the wedding we wanted .. the building itself is beautiful, the gardens and outside seating are perfect for guests to enjoy cocktail hour in a picturesque setting, and the reception room was large enough to fit our guests but maintained an intimate and romantic setting. And I can't say enough wonderful things about the food.. everyone was raving about it. We were extremely pleased with our experience at the Kittle House, and plan on returning for anniversary trips in the future!

My husband and I just got married at the Kittle House last weekend, and I don't even know where to begin to describe how wonderful and special everything was. Its been well over a year since we began the whole wedding planning process and Kimberly and the Kittle House team were exceptional every step of the way. They were responsive and thoughtful, offering suggestions, while also being open to our own ideas.

On the actual wedding day, Kimberly, Jessica, and the whole team worked seamlessly to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail, and care for me, my husband, and entire wedding party is so appreciated. From making sure we had enough to eat and drink to coordinating the flow of the ceremony, they went above and beyond to make sure the day was everything we imagined, and more.

And of course, I can't forget the food. The food was one of the main reasons why we chose the Kittle House, and numerous guests came up to us throughout the night saying how delicious everything was from the cocktail hour to the s'mores at the end of the night. I will forever be grateful to the Kittle House for making my wedding day more than I could have imagined, and the people and place will always hold a special place in our hearts. I could not even begin to describe the absolutely beyond amazing experience I had with Crabtree's Kittle House. Everyday leading up to our big day, we were made to feel like nothing less than royalty. When we first began our planning process, we were working with Tiffany who was amazing and completely understood our vision for our big day. After many months of working with her, she informed us that she would be leaving the Kittle House. At first we were nervous (especially being just over a month from our wedding at that point), but that worry proved to be very unnecessary. Kimberly Ann and Liz took over, and they made sure to make the transition as smooth as possible. Every trip that we had made before our big day, they just took amazing care of us, and definitely gave us an experience that we wouldn't have received had we chosen to get married anywhere else. On our wedding day, everyone was just as amazing as they were leading up to that day. I felt so special and every step of the day was so perfect with all their help. Liz did a wonderful job of assembling all the random thoughts I had to make everything perfect. And everyone else, the maitre d' Jessica, manager Joe, and everyone that makes up the whole Kittle House team, works together and worked with us so well that I couldn't have even dreamed of a better day.

We got married at Crabtree's Kittle House on 10/7/17, and working with them was such a wonderful and positive experience. They were so helpful and kind throughout the planning process, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful day. In particular, our wedding coordinator, Kimberly Ann, was absolutely amazing. She was constantly thinking of ideas, keeping us informed and making helpful suggestions (as well as dealing with my barrage of crazy stressed out emails).

My husband and I couldn't have had a more perfect wedding. We thought Crabtree's Kittle House would be out of our budget and unavailable but we were happily wrong. From the moment I met Kimberly Ann, all my worries disappeared. She took my vision and make it a reality. I truly got to enjoy every moment of the wedding. I didn't think about a thing except my vows and guests. The staff was amazing. They paid attention to every detail. We had perfect weather and enjoyed outside activities and indoor fun.

My son and daughter-in-law started planning their wedding to be held in a park on top of a windy hill in Brewster, NY, to save money. The rental of absolutely everything and the stress became too much and when we called Crabtree's Kittle House and they had the date available we were rejoicing. Turns out that the park plan would have cost twice what we ended up paying Kittle House for twice the value. Kimberly took over and orchestrated a magical event accomplishing every vision my new daughter-in-law had in her creative mind. John Crabtree and manager, Joe, were on top of everything even orchestrating Chris's entrance down the curving stairway to the beautiful setting on the lawn. The food was remarkable, the service was done to perfection and the setting in this historical 1700's home is incredible. The indoor/outdoor option removed the stress of weather and the ballroom, with it's wall of windows, brought the outside in. The feeling of being so warmly welcomed into the special family at Kittle House makes us want to return for lunch or dinner as often as we can get there. We all felt so lucky.

The Kittle house was absolutely incredible. I don't even know where to start.

The staff: Kimberly (who ran the whole show for us) was incredible. Organized, professional, flexible and a pleasure to be around, Kimberly worked out all the details for us and made sure our wedding ran perfectly smoothly. When the heavens opened and it began downpouring as our processional began, she and her staff immediately ushered our entire wedding into the Kittle House, set up space for us to continue the ceremony in 30 seconds flat and allowed us to continue our wedding with literally no interruption. It was the smoothest handling of what could have been a disaster I've ever seen. Leo, the maitre d, was similarly incredible. He was constantly ensuring that my bride and I (...not to mention my guests) had all our needs satisfied at all times and were stress-free and comfortable. His waitstaff was also flawless! I literally can't think of a single thing to complain about, everyone working there was absolutely incredible.

The space: the space was perfect. There was plenty of room to accommodate our 140 guests and everything was clean, elegantly decorated and more than ready to handle our weather woes. The rooms that the wedding party stayed in were lovely and extremely convenient.

The food: our guests have been constantly raving to us about the food. From the hors-d'oeuvres to the meals to the drinks (to the food that the staff snuck into our room to make sure we got a meal in after everything was done!)...the kitchen staff did an incredible job.

At no point during planning, the wedding itself, or after the wedding did I regret using the Kittle House as our venue. This place is an absolute gem and I will forever be thrilled with our decision to use it as our wedding venue.

When we first visited the Kittle House we knew that this was the place to have our wedding. We didn't want your typical ballroom wedding. Our cocktail hour was held outside and we had our reception inside. The grounds of the Kittle House are beautiful and make for some great photos. All of our guests were super impressed. The service from everyone at the Kittle House was amazing. Tiffany was our wedding coordinator and she was always super responsive to my emails and when I stopped in to meet with her she was always super helpful and took the time to go over all the wedding details. Any ideas we had, Tiffany found a way to help us achieve it. She was wonderful and made the planning process easy. Leo was our maitre d and and he was wonderful during our wedding. Leo is also a sommelier and gave us great advice on picking our wines, craft beers and speciality cocktails. On the wedding day, Tiffany and Leo always checked in on us to make sure we ate and to check in on how everything was going. Barbara helped us and our guests with accommodations at the Kittle House Inn which was wonderful that our guests could stay overnight right where the wedding was held. Chef Jay and his team were amazing and our guests kept commenting on how great the food was, which is all sourced from local farms. The customer service was top notch from our initial meeting to the planning process to the wedding day. Everything about our wedding was perfect thanks to everyone at the Kittle House! We also love the fact that the Kittle House is a restaurant year round and we look forward to coming back soon!

I cannot say enough about Crabtree's Kittle House! This venue was 5 stars and beyond and the absolute perfect place for my wedding!!! Kimberly Ann, Jessica and Joe were AMAZING and the entire staff exceeded my expectations. Not only did our guests compliment the delicious food and beautiful atmosphere, they also raved about how friendly, attentive and helpful every member of the staff was. The venue is gorgeous and the members of the staff go above and beyond to make your dreams come true-- for me this meant walking around while taking photos with extra tablecloths so that I could avoid getting my dress dirty while we captured the moments. My husband and I were married at Crabtree's Kittle House June 10, 2017. This was not a first marriage for either of us so we did not want a typical wedding venue. I have known of the Kittle House for years, some time ago being a server there! I knew it was rustic, quaint and exactly what I pictured for "The Day." We made plans to meet with Tiffany to go over our ideas of what we wanted our special day to be like. She was wonderful! She gave us a list of vendors to choose from which was a big help. We chose our DJ from the list and were very happy with his music. Tiffany listened, shared ideas, made suggestions, all of which were put into place on our big day. Leo was amazing, making sure the ceremony went as planned, overlooking the wait staff, who, by the way, was amazing, especially our server Michael. Along with having a beautiful ceremony on the lawn, we feasted on delicious appetizers, were offered tasty wines and top shelf liquor, then dined on fantastic entrees. We felt pampered and not rushed. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, which was what we wanted. Our guests made it known that they truly enjoyed their afternoon which is also what we wanted!

My husband and I got married on March 25th and had our reception at the Crabtree's Kittle House. Throughout the process of trying to decide on the reception venue for us, we visited a bunch of places. And initially, we were down to 2 finalists. But it felt like even our two initial finalists were just not quite "us." So, we decided to keep looking. The first place we visited on this second round of venue tours was Crabtree. We both knew almost immediately that this was the one for us. It has a simplicity and a beautiful combination of rustic elegance that we loved. And the food, oh boy, the food!

There was no time during our wedding planning process that we regretted choosing Crabtree. We worked with Tiffany, their Wedding Coordinator along the way and she was able to accommodate every detail we requested, from providing space for small board games at the cocktail hour to providing my husband's favorite beer from Virginia to serving dinner family style!

On the day of, our maitre'd, Leo, was the biggest help you could ask for! He kept us on schedule during the reception, continuously took care of my husband and I with drinks and food, and even accommodated us and a few friends for brunch the following day.

You will have the happiest of wedding days if you choose Crabtree's Kittle House. We certainly did!

To say this was the best day of my life is an understatement! Kimberly walked us threw step by step! Offering solutions to our problems and improvements to our ideas without ever making us feel like we were being pushed into them! I really do not know how someone can have so much patients with people and still keep that smile on her face! Professional is an understatement with her!
We were also lucky enough to have Leo as our... I don't even know what to call it? Magic man!? Lol the way he kept the service flowing at a steady pace with out it looking like people were rushing around was amazing! Every time I turned to look for something there he was, way ahead of me!
We were married back in October and every day since I still have that feeling of "I can't believe it was that perfect...!"

I do not even know where to begin when it comes to reviewing Crabtree's Kittle House for my November wedding. Their are too many goods things to say about our experience, and a short blurb could not possibly do it justice but I'll try... CKH was superb from start to finish, and that does not only include the wedding day. Literally, from the moment we contacted them about possibly touring the venue to the morning after our wedding, CKH was professional, caring and genuinely interested in making our wedding perfect. Tiffany was our venue coordinator and she was phenomenal to work with throughout the wedding planning process. Leo was also amazing and personally saw to it that all of our needs were met (even when we didn't realize we needed something!). They were organized and always stayed on top of the little details, which isn't easy when working with brides that are constantly changing their minds and adding this, that and the other thing. My husband and I never felt like a bother. Rather, we felt like family every time that we stopped by the venue. Our guests still rave about how beautiful everything looked and the FOOD. Some guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Thank you to everyone at CKH for giving my husband and I the wedding of our dreams.

We were just recently married at the Crabtree's Kittle House and already cannot wait to return for our 1 year anniversary. Crabtree's Kittle House was the only venue we went to visit before booking our wedding date. We knew instantly that it would be the perfect place for our wedding for a number of reasons. From the very beginning, I worked with the event coordinator, Kimberly, to learn more about the venue and eventually finalize all the little details for the big day. Kimberly is not only incredibly professional and knowledgable, she is also kind, helpful, and easy to work with. We also loved the food at the Kittle House; we had a brunch wedding on the main floor, which was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious and plentiful, which was our number one priority when selecting a venue. We also loved the decor on the main floor, which is cozy and intimate. Overall our guests complimented us on the service, food, and ambiance of the Kittle House. We could not have been happier with the entire wedding planning process and we have Kimberly and the rest of the Kittle House staff to thank. My husband and I just recently had our wedding at Crabtree's Kittle House Inn on October 8, 2016 and it was amazing. Not only is the inn visually spectacular, but the staff are incredibly helpful and personal throughout the entire process. Our onsite event coordinator, Tiffany, did an amazing job throughout our year of planning, answering questions and providing some truly wonderful suggestions along the way. We cannot thank her enough. Additionally, our maitre 'd Leo was incredibly helpful throughout the night, from guiding us through the wine cellular during photos to making sure our glasses were never empty.
Similar to the service, the farm to table menu was absolutely wonderful. Many of our guests delighted in telling us that they were amazed by the food served (the roasted chicken, sirloin of beef, and Farro Pilaf) and wanted to come back for either the brunch or dinner. Lastly, the late night S’mores option was a hit with the guests and helped to close the night out on the patio underneath the stars while other were still dancing.
This little gem in Chappaqua, NY is worth a look at for the food alone, but also has incredible service with some of the nicest staff I have ever meet, and a wonderfully historic home located in an easy to get to location.

From our first meeting through the final song at our wedding, Kimberly and the staff at Kittle House were fantastic. Kimberly was very generous with her expertise and very thoughtful in our personal interactions and when it came to executing our reception, focusing on every detail. The venue was beautiful, and well suited to our rustic elegance theme. The food got rave reviews from our guests, and the staff were professional, responsive and friendly.

My husband and I just had our wedding at The Kittle House and we wouldn't have changed a thing! Every single detail was perfect and every member of the staff was so lovely to work with. Our coordinator, Tiffany Hogan, was the absolute best. She answered my (many, many) questions promptly and was such an essential source for advice during the process. We truly feel that we couldn't have pulled it off without her. When it came to the actual day of our wedding, I felt so at ease and completely confident that everything would go smoothly. She made it such a stress free experience!

On top of the amazing staff, the venue itself is incredible. It's beautiful and historic with the most amazing food. All of our guests were raving about the cuisine, as it really stands out from a standard country club type wedding. The Inn rooms are also very charming and the perfect backdrop when taking those "getting ready" photos.

Whether it was our actual wedding day, our 1 year anniversary, or a random weeknight dinner, Crabtree's Kittle House make you feel like family. Tiffany was exceptional in making our dream wedding become a reality, starting with the planning stage up, and through helping pack up all of our stuff the day after the wedding. Her guidance, expertise, and enthusiasm was invaluable to us, and we love seeing her every time we go back. Leo is also someone who we always enjoy seeing at Kittle House. He always comes to our table, not only to check in and say hello and ask how we are doing, but to also provide us with the best recommendations for food and wine that Kittle House has to offer. All of the staff was professional and courteous during our wedding, ensuring our guests were well taken care of, especially both sets of parents.
As for the food at our wedding...Amazing. The variety of food was only matched by the consistent high quality of the local, sustainable ingredients, and by the impeccable cooking techniques and creativity of Chef Jay and his staff. As for the venue itself, it is beautiful and unique, a more intimate and memorable choice when compared to the typical country club or banquet hall. We were looking for a venue that was not a “wedding factory” and that is exactly what we found in the Kittle House! Each room at the Inn is so charming. My bridesmaids and I stayed in 2F and it was the perfect place to hang out during the morning and take pictures. Our entire wedding party and immediate family was able to stay in the Inn the night of the wedding, which made breakfast the next morning so special. Tiffany was a dream to work with. She had a calm presence from start to finish and was so helpful in answering all of my questions. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding is exactly how you envision. Her hard work made everything run smoothly. She even wrote us a note of congratulations a couple days after the wedding. The staff at the Kittle House are so accommodating, whether it be allergies or setting up complicated escort cards. The food was delicious and all the guests really enjoyed themselves! Our day was beyond perfect and we are overjoyed we booked our wedding here.

As the mother of the bride i was lucky enough to be involved in the wedding planning.My daughter was looking for a place that was rustic, elegant, and that had superior food.Kittle house certainly was the place. The staff at Kittle house( Tiffany especially,) were supportive and professional throughout the entire process. The food was excellent and the setting beautiful! I don't even know where to start... the planning of the wedding started in 2014. Our dates changed NUMEROUS times (I was pregnant at the time) and finally we settled on April 2016. Kimberly Ann was FANTASTIC throughout the whole process!!! Kimberly Ann is knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, budget conscious, creative, professional, and just an all-around good person. Planning the wedding with an infant at home was challenging at times, but she helped with vendor suggestions, babysitter suggestions, checklists, and gentle reminders. With every step and suggestion she made, it was to ensure our wedding was special and about what we wanted. Kimberly was focused on every detail of the day and making the planning of it all stress-free!
The food is DELICIOUS! We had eaten there numerous times, including their amazing Sunday Brunch, and the food is always fresh and tasty. But we have all been to places where on the small scale they do things well, but doesn't translate well to a larger function and the quality suffers... This is NOT the case here! Everyone loved the food!
On The Big Day... The entire staff worked like a well-oiled machine. Kimberly and Michael (The GM and Maitre D') really shined. We had met Michael on the day of our tasting. Michael was beyond helpful in the execution of the whole wedding weekend. From the Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Day and Night of the Wedding, and even the morning after, Michael was there for every moment and got us everything we needed. (Including making sure our tulle dressed flower girls stayed a safe distance from the fire pit!)
We could not have been happier with the whole experience. From beginning to end Kimberly Ann, Michael, and the entire staff at Crabtree Kittle House was a dream to work with. The food was fantastic! The Kittle House was the first place we toured, and after spending so much time thinking about the type of place we wanted to be married, we cancelled all the other tours and booked it the next day. Not only was the physical location everything we were looking for, but everyone we met was so incredibly gracious and helpful, and gave us confidence that the weekend would be very special. The day of the wedding, our family and friends were enamored - by the property, the food, the Inn, the people, everything. There is no way for me to put into words how WONDERFUL and PERFECT my wedding of 200 was at the Kittle House! We have loved the restaurant for years, and knew it was where we wanted to get married before we were even engaged - and we absolutely made the best decision in all of Westchester County and beyond.

As an event planner myself, I know what it takes to put an event of this magnitude together and have worked with countless venues in the area, and I can't begin to compliment Tiffany, Leo and Michael for their incredible professionalism, talent and passion for what they do. They made our every wish a reality, and I walked into my wedding feeling 100% confident that everything was taken care of at the highest level, which I have never been able to do for any other event! I was so relieved to know I had their unbelievable staff behind me, and they were there every single step of the way. I can't possibly say enough about them!

The room and back lawn was beautiful and comfortable (even at capacity with a full 8-piece band), the service by their fantastic and friendly waitstaff is impeccable and of course, the food is out of control good. We chose the Kittle House based on our love of the food and the magnificent wine list (and cellar, which I would recommend pictures in!), and we got so, so much more. In addition, our entire bridal party and both sets of parents stayed at the Inn, which was lovely. Beautiful rooms and so convenient.

There is no way we could have had a more perfect and memorable wedding weekend. We are so excited to have chosen a venue that we can go back to time and time again and enjoy for our next dinner out, or our next big party. We will never look any further for a special occasion. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful and fun our wedding was and it was 6 months ago! The venue is classy, had unique character and is the opposite of a "wedding factory." The waitstaff and bartenders are all lovely and professional as well. Kim, the onsite event planner, is also lovely and very flexible and patient. Most importantly, I have a handicapped sibling and they made him and our family feel very accommodated (kept a wheelchair accessible bedroom available for him should he need it, for example). Their honeymoon suite is also gorgeous and provided great getting ready photos. Lastly, it was one of the most affordable venues in the area. Overall, highly recommended.

I recently hosted a private event at the Kittle House. I must say after planning and hosting both corp. and private events, this experience has been by far the most seamless. Kimberly (event coordinator) was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to attend to every small detail. The day of, Michael was my Maitre' D and was also so attentive and professional while being warm and fun ( to my children). The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I could not have asked for a better day or better experience. I highly recommend working with the team at Crabtree's Kittle House, you won't regret it!

Our church has held our annual outreach fundraiser at Crabtree's Kittle House for 13 years. John Crabtree is one of the most generous people in our community. Kimberly Ann has been extraordinary in making the planning and execution seemingly effortless due to her extensive experience and amazing personal care. The food is always delicious. The staff is attentive. The guests always have such a wonderful time that they look forward to coming back again and again. On a personal note, we celebrate all of our special family occasions at the Kittle House. It is a true favorite!!! Don't hesitate to book here: we make our reservations a year in advance.

The staff is easy to work with, intuitive and extremely helpful. The setting is beautiful and the food is exceptional. We have held our annual fundraising gala at Crabtree's Kittle House for many years and recommend it highly.

This is the second year we have held our Winter Ball fundraiser at Crabtree's Kittlehouse. I couldn't recommend the venue more highly. The Inn is historic and in a lovely setting, with large windows overlooking a garden. The food is really special; locally grown produce and an attention to detail with the sauces and presentation that is far above any other similar catering locations. In terms of the food- you and your guests will always be incredibly wowed.

The staff at the Kittlehouse are professional, easy to work with and are always there to meet any need or any "emergency" that comes up. They do so with incredible ease and efficiency, not a small task when handling large events. I couldn't be happier with our choice of this location and only have positive feedback about our events there.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Kittle House. I have eaten dinner there so many times with my family and always had amazing food and especially desserts, plus fabulous service. The location is secluded and beautiful, and the event space down underneath the main part of the restaurant is gorgeous. So many of our guests complimented us on the beauty of the space. The sit-down dinner was delicious and high-quality, the hors d'oeuvres were great (and included a cheese plate that was the last word in cheese plates), special dietary needs were accommodated, and there was a wide selection to choose from at a very reasonable price point. And Kimberly Ann, the events coordinator, added a ton of extra touches we didn't even think of, like a souvenir wine bottle for our guests to sign, and was extremely attentive and helpful. We basically just showed up and glided through a magical night with no stress or work on our parts.

We had an engagement celebration on a beautiful crisp Autumn Saturday afternoon at the Kittle House. The quality and care of the event planner(Kimberly) was exception. The service staff created a one of a kind dinning experience. Our compliments to the Chefs for preparing a flavorful, tastefully prepared, and beautifully presented menu which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The vegan option was also amazing. The Owner ,manager and the team at the Kittle House certainly have a deep commitment to making every celebration truly memorable.

We had an amazing time at our daughter's wedding. From the food and wine selection to the room itself, everything came together for a wonderful and joyous evening. John Crabtree and his staff showed how well they know and perform their designated jobs. All communications, be they questions in person or e-mails,were answered promptly and happily by Tiffany Hogan, the private events manager. Had we another child, we would choose this venue again.

Our wedding planner (Jove Meyer Events) introduced us to Crabtree's Kittle House early in our wedding planning process. Thank goodness he did! Crabtree's Kittle House was a joy to work with every step of the way, and they helped us pull off a perfect October day wedding. We worked closely with Kimberly-Anne, one of the Kittle House's event planners, through-out the entire process. She was a delight, providing wonderful ideas for the event, menu, ceremony, guest favors and much more. She came up with some excellent guest favors, picked up apple cider doughnuts and she worked with me to surprise my (now) husband with a banana pudding wedding dessert prepared from his mother's favorite recipe. We spent a weekend at the Kittle House several months before our wedding to familiarize ourselves with the space and the area. We were treated like royalty then, and again when we returned a few weeks before the wedding for a wonderful tasting. The food was consistently spectacular, and Kimberly and the chef worked closely with us to provide exactly the menu we wanted for our wedding day. We and several guests stayed at the Kittle House for the wedding, and the rooms were comfortable and the Inn staff was friendly. The entire staff for the wedding were top notch, friendly and efficient, and Mr. Crabtree personally made sure we were taken care of, as did Mike, the excellent Maitre D'. Our guests commented again and again about the food, the decor, the whole experience. We found it an excellent value, and would absolutely recommend Crabtree's Kittle House for your Hudson Valley wedding.

To all the Fathers and Mothers of the bride out there. If you want your daughters wedding reception to be a memory to last a lifetime, have it at Crabtree Kittle House. I can't say enough about the special treatment we received before, during and after our daughters wedding reception from the staff at the Kittle House. We hosted a beautiful, elegant fall wedding for 135 at Crabtree's Kittle House. This is a beautiful venue, the staff is absolutely incredible and attentive, and the food and wine are delicious! Kimberly Ann was the best part about booking my wedding at The Kittle House. From the moment we first saw the place we knew it was a beautiful, rustic, sophisticated place to have the festivities but Kimberly Ann had ideas from the get-go. She suggested decorating ideas, menu ideas, themes and worked with my family and I for months making sure no stone was left un-turned. I'm from Sri Lanka and my wife is from Puerto Rico and together with the Kittle House, we were able to celebrate and incorporate our heritage in a special way. Crabtree's Kittle House was the perfect venue for our rustic-themed wedding. Tiffany, the event coordinator at the Kittle House, was not only friendly, but she also was very accommodating to our needs/budget which was a huge plus for me. A lot of venues made it feel like we were just another customer buying their product, but Tiffany was very personable and genuine, which made me feel confident that she cared about us and our wedding. The Kittle House also makes all food in-house and their food is farm to table, which makes it fresh and delicious. On the day of the wedding, both Tiffany and the maître-de, Michael were eager to make sure the day was perfect. When a potential issue popped up, Tiffany made sure to resolve the issue and I literally cried because I was so thankful for her desire to make sure nothing went wrong. Michael was awesome and made sure everyone was happy and having a good time. The ceremony site itself was gorgeous. It overlooks a beautiful lawn and catches the sunset for evening weddings as well. We opted for patio lights from our florist, which was a great touch for the evening. During the partying/dancing portion of our wedding, guests were able to step outside onto the patio and grab drinks, which gave my wedding a relaxing vibe and a place people could lounge and chat with each other. The reception area (called the Atrium Room) was also very intimate and was the perfect size for my 150 guest wedding. All in all, the Kittle House is truly a lovely place to have a wedding. The quality of food is awesome, the staff is amazing, and the ceremony site and reception area are beautiful. I received so many compliments from guests on the food (even the cocktail hour food!) and how pretty the venue is. My husband and I are so happy that we had our wedding at the Kittle House and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect night.

Let me start by saying I have always wanted to get married at the Kittle House, but about 5 years ago, my best friend did, so I thought that it was off the table, I wanted my wedding to be personal to me and my fiancé, not a recycled version of my BFFs big day!!

Around Christmas time, we visited just to see it, get prices, etc. Immediately, like within seconds I'd say, Kimberly greeted us with the sweetest, calmest demeanor. She painted a picture of what the room and courtyard would look like (as it was at that time a winter wonderland!) She mentioned having an open date of July 4, and that the fireworks show was pretty spectacular from there. Well, for me, being familiar with the delicious food, excellent accommodations, and top notch service KH already has, this was the top of the cake for me. I tearfully agreed we would have a beautiful July 4 reception here.

Kimberly was such an amazing person to work with. She listened to our ideas for incorporating our own personalities into the day! I actually felt as if I had a wedding planner with her. She handled things like printing programs, adding touches to all tables and displays and even HAND STAMPED our bathroom napkins for us because I had bought a personalized stamper and I couldn't think of a use for it. She was just amazing!!
With KH, we felt important and attended to. It's like a factory with some of these wedding vendors, and you feel as if you have to be on your toes checking in on them to be sure they know what you want. With Kimberly and her staff, she took detailed notes of our vision and made it happen FAR beyond our expectations. Plus, the beautiful thing is, we can always come back to celebrate our anniversary as it isn't considered a "catering hall", but a historic, family owned and run restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about every single person I had to deal with from Kimberly to Michael to Leo to ladies who handled our room accommodations who were also lovely. Thank you so much!!!

I cannot even begin to say enough about Kittle House and the staff there. This is a truly magical place to have a wedding. From the atmosphere to the food, drinks and event coordinators our wedding was absolutely perfect. Barbara and the rest of the staff not only answered every single one of my 400 questions quickly, but they also gave wonderful suggestions, were accommodating at every turn and really made us feel like family through the entire planning process and during the weekend of our wedding. The gardens outside create the backdrop for a stunning ceremony and the atrium room is gorgeous lit up at night! Plus, being able to take photos in the wine cellar are amazing! And Sunday brunch is incredible for the morning after a wedding!!!!! Every single bride and groom deserve an experience like the one Kittle House is able to provide.

After viewing many wedding venues in Westchester County, we decided to look at Crabtree's Kittle House - and we are so glad we did! Tiffany (our eventual event planner) was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and was so kind over the phone. When we first arrived, Tiffany had booklets of past weddings for us to view, she took time to answer all of our questions and give us a tour of the site. The main atrium room with the adjacent garden was so intimate and was one of the main reasons we fell in love with this venue. We waited less than 2 weeks to sign a contract.
Throughout the entire process, Tiffany was available via phone and email anytime. She always responded promptly and would answer numerous questions graciously. She constantly had additional suggestions, but never pushed me to change what my vision was. She was always polite, kind, professional and trustworthy. She thought of everything we needed and executed it perfectly. I wasn't nervous about the reception because I knew things were going to be perfect because Tiffany was at the helm. Our wedding was a success because of Tiffany, I have no idea what I would have done without having her every step of the way.
The food was incredible and our guests could not stop talking about the variety and quantity of food available throughout our reception. The entire staff was polite and accommodating with whatever we needed for any guests (allergies, gluten free, etc). The staff was efficient and prompt through the entire evening but were never obtrusive.
I remember saying to my husband "I wish we could get married here everyday" because of how perfect everything was during the reception. There was not a single thing I would change about the day. Having our wedding at Crabtree's Kittle House was the best decision we made and would recommend them to anyone having a wedding in the area. I cannot say enough positive things about the Kittle House. I discovered the Kittle House about a year and a half before my wedding date, and knew from the second I walked in that I wanted to get married there. The venue is charming, historic, unique, and beautiful. Also, the food is amazing. We had dinner at their restaurant multiple times to taste test the food before our wedding. Working with Kimberly while planning the wedding was such a breeze - she responded to every single email I sent her (even when I was starting to get a little crazy and was sending 10 a day!), she always had great suggestions, always was willing to help, and always made me feel calm during all of that planning stress. The night of the reception went so smoothly - I cannot think of a single thing that went wrong. That was all due to Kimberly and the Maitre'd Leo. They were both phenomenal! We received so much positive feedback from guests about how they were blown away by the venue, food, and the service. My husband and I highly recommend the Kittle House!

We held a wedding reception for our daughter and her husband at the Kittle House on a Saturday evening at the end of May. From the time we first visited the Kittle House to consider it as a venue for our event to the night of the event, itself ( a period of about 6 months), the staff at the Kittle House has been exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Kimberly Ann is the event coordinator there, and she was so helpful, offering suggestions and ideas for little touches that I would never have thought of- but which really made the event special. She also had suggestions to help us keep the cost down. As the date was getting closer and I was becoming more anxious, her calm, steady, and experienced assistance was a godsend.

The event itself was lovely. The setting ( The Atrium Room) was perfect. We happened to have great weather, and were able to use both the indoor and outdoor space. The food was delicious ( our guests raved about it). And the Maitre D and serving staff anticipated and attended to our every need- without being obtrusive.

We wanted to formally thank the fabulous staff at the Kittle House for making our fairytale wedding happen! My now husband and I visited many potential venues for our rehearsal dinner location. We were disappointed with what we found until we visited Crabtree's Kittle House. CKH was truly the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner. Our head count was 75-80 people, which was a difficult party size to accommodate for most venues in the local area. Not only was Kittle House able to seat our entire party in one room, but it was a very beautiful room. Spacious, elegant, and opening onto the patio, it provided a perfect setting for us to welcome our guests, share some toasts, loosen up with some music (they had a full sound system, podium, and dance floor), and break bread on the eve of the big day. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. Everyone from the owner to the waiters were gracious and helpful. CKH printed personalized menus for us with our own photos and messaging, and allowed us to choose flowers and linen colors of our choice. CKH was also an excellent value compared to the other high end venues in the area-and I did a lot of research in the financial department. Kimberly, the events manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with- flexible, kind, professional, and oh so helpful in the months leading up to the dinner. I would definitely recommend this venue for a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, or reception.

All I can say is WOW. Tiffany worked with us to create a menu and setting that was just US. She was extremely responsive, very professional, and helped craft the perfect night. Leo, the day of, EXTREMELY professional, and excellent at what he does. I didn't think about one logistic the whole evening. I was solely focused on enjoying myself and with my guests. Thinking back, I couldn't believe how little I thought about the functioning of the event. It let me focus on the most important things of the night. I can't thank Tiffany, Leo, and the rest of the staff at the Kittle House enough for that.

The Kittle House exceeded my expectations in making my wedding (ceremony and reception) the most amazing event! Kimberly Ann (their on staff event planner) went out of her way to make sure that everything I wanted came to fruition. Best experience ever. Every detail was planned for abs executed to perfection. My husband and I are in the restaurant industry , as well as many of the guests. My daughter's wedding on October 18th at the Kittle House was lovely, elegant and beautiful thanks in large part to the efforts of Kimberly and her entire staff. Everything went smoothly and perfectly and I can not think of anything that I wish had gone differently. When it came time to leave, I was very impressed with the way Kimberly had organized and packed everything for us.

September 20, 2014 - A perfect wedding! Our son and his beautiful bride were married at Crabtree's Kittle House. Their celebration was truly special from start to finish and in no small part due to the outstanding ability of the entire Kittle House team. From the organization to the attention everyone paid to EVERY detail; from the amazing grounds to the wonderful ballroom, and the food, wine and desserts (still hearing many, many compliments) it was all perfect!

Kimberly Ann and Gustavo are the most dedicated professionals who work seamlessly with their team. Everyone's tireless efforts ensured a beautiful and celebration.

Kimberly - cant say enough. She goes so far beyond her title of wedding coordinator. She was always available and able to listen, suggest, and organize. She spoke softly and soothingly, was quick with a smile, calmed nerves and no detail escaped her. It is easy to see that Kimberly loves what she does. She works very hard and makes it all seem effortless. Kimberly's presence doesn't end with the night of the wedding. She helped pack up and store items and still keeps in touch.

Gustavo is a maitre d' extraordinaire. He was always present and in charge. There was norequest that he couldn't handle. Gustavo was always on top and ahead of any situation which might need his attention. He was truly hiding in plain sight and a master of multitasking Gustavo is yet another individual whomismat the top of his game and love what he does.

Finally, the grounds are fabulous and the food was incredibly delicious. Our family and friends cannot stop talking about all of it. Special requests (vegetarian and gluten free) were no problem. Gustavo even found some gluten free desserts for several guests. Not only was the dinner wonderful, the wine pairings were perfect and the portions quite plentiful. The desserts were a delightfully sweet ending to a fairy tale wedding celebration.

On July 11th we celebrated our wedding in Crabtree's Kittle House Inn. No words can describe how much we and our guests loved our experience! It was our dream wedding and it would be impossible to organize it without venue's staff.

Tiffany is the one who helped us from the beginning till the end. Both me and my husband agreed that we never experienced such a top-notch customer service as Tiffany gave us. She is extremely professional, bright and warm-hearted. Every email, every meeting with her, every second of our communication with her was a real pleasure. Her outstanding agreeableness and flexibility made is so easy to organize the event that we could afford and that we pictured in our dreams. Tiffany treated us as we are her family yet in a highly professional manner. We absolutely love her and will miss working with her.

We feel very grateful towards Gus. Even though we met him night before the wedding, his impact to the event flow was tremendous. He is super welcoming and professional. We felt a lot of his support, we could feel everything is under control thanks to him and Tiffany.

We do not know the names of our servers or bartender, but we were amazed by their friendliness and professionalism. The service was OUTSTANDING. We loved the way they treated us and our guests. Superb job!

Me and my husband were too busy to eat. So I can not say much about the food. But all of my guests are completely happy with it! They keep talking about NY steak and polenta with mushroom. My vegan friends loved their special entrees. The presentation was beautiful and classy. We loved our cake, it looked and tasted awesome.

We had our ceremony and reception at Crabtree's Kittle House a few weeks ago and we are still on cloud 9. It could not have been more perfect and the only regret we have is not eating more of the food (that everyone raved about) because we were having too much fun.

First off Kimberly is the wedding coordinator who is absolutely superb. She is equivalent to a personal wedding planner, she is super organized, very available, and has a great imagination and true love for her profession. Working with her over the year before the wedding made the whole experience fun and stress free. Not to mention the day of she brings everything you wanted to life as you get ready with your friends and family. She is a huge asset to the Kittle House and the perfect person to have by your side during this wonderful experience.

Gustavo is the maitire'd who takes care of everything the day of. He is there to greet you at the door and literally take your wedding dress out of your arms to safely put it in one of their gorgeous rooms. He said "I take care of everything" and he did. It really made a difference having people like Kimberly and Gustavo.

Where to start? Our wedding reception was perfect in every way because we had it at the Kittle House.

Kimberly Ann, Barbara, Gustavo, Leo, John Crabtree and the entire team are the classiest, hardest working people I have worked with in a long time. Kimberly Ann went so above and beyond her role as event coordinator - she was at times a trusted advisor and kindred spirit. It is great to work with someone who truly loves what she does, and it shows in every action and conversation.

We went to see a LOT of venues but when we went to the Kittle House, we got "that" feeling - that these were the people we could trust with our special day. The food and wine was outstanding and the service was spectacular. But it goes beyond that. Kimberly Ann was really our wedding coordinator, emailing me with suggestions on cute details for the tables, reminders about items I may have forgotten about (and I had). The list goes on and on.

We did have one minor problem ( which was my fault) but Gus was in it and had the problem fixed right away. The whole staff truly mad this the best day of my life.

The Kittle House is a wonderful place. When my daughter decided to get married, it was the first place I suggested. You know the saying that Mom is always right. Well in this case it was absolutely true. Our planner, Tiffany Hogan, was very knowledgeable and patient, as we worked through all the details. The event was beautiful. Every detail was handled perfectly. It is a special place to have a wedding! I have two sons and when they are ready, I hope their in laws to be will choose The Kittle House as well.

Crabtree's Kittle House is such an elegant, sophisticated restaurant and was such a beautiful place to have our wedding reception. My older sister got married here in 2013 and I followed her lead and had my wedding reception there in 2014. It's a beautiful place and Kimberly is an amazing wedding coordinator. We were both very happy with our wedding parties. The brunch is so good too. You should at least go there for brunch.

We were aware that you were fully engaged and energetic from the day that we had our first meeting with you more than a year ago. Your passion, creative suggestions, and true love for making sure that our most memorable day was an amazing lifetime memory is clearly evident. You made sure that everything went perfectly. The fact that you sat down on the floor with me trying to bustle M's wedding gown leaves me in a state of awe and forever grateful to you. Your calming demeanor and making sure that the grandparents' needs were completely tended to was sheer perfection.
