Frankly, we almost didn't look at Hilton-Pearl River for our son's recent wedding because we felt it was out of our reach. I'm thrilled that I called Gerry, who managed the event as if it were her own child's wedding.

The Hilton presents an awe-inspiring venue for a wedding, but Gerry and her staff were what made this event flow so smoothly. Their attention to detail and to doing everything with courtesy and a smile were unlike anything I have experienced at other venues.

We felt the warmth, from the front-desk attendants to those attending to the Monday-morning brunch. Anything that we needed was taken care of immediately, courteously and efficiently. We were made to feel like royalty, not only during the event, but during our entire stay, including checkout.

On top of all that, the cost for our 225 person wedding at Hilton-Pearl River was much more reasonable than many other venues we investigated.

I wholeheartedly recommend every aspect of Hilton-Pearl River for anyone who is looking. If you have any concerns that it may not work, talk with Gerry; you won't regret it!

I cannot emphasize enough how AMAZING the team is at the Pearl River Hilton! My husband and I were married here in June 2023 and our wedding was unbelievable! We toured so many venues where we felt like the day was quite prescribed and inflexible---the opposite is true of a wedding at the Pearl River Hilton! The team here goes above and beyond to make the day special in every way! We worked for the first 8 or 9 months with Jamie who we absolutely LOVED before she left for another opportunity. We were so sad and nervous to work with someone else for the six months leading up to the wedding because of how awesome Jamie is--until we met Abbey!! She and Jamie made sure the transition went off without a hitch and we felt like we won the jackpot to be able to work with them both!! Not only were Jamie and Abbey so helpful and accommodating to our millions of questions, but we felt so lucky to be able to trust their recommendations with music, layouts, flowers, everything. I cannot say enough about the team here--they are simply the best. To top it off, Jamie sent flowers and came to see us on our wedding day--that's how much of a family and special this team is!!! Shout out to Trish who also put up with our endless room block emails, Derek who helped run the show on our big day, and to Linda who was the BEST attendant to have with me all day! The food was delicious (our guests rave about it), the space is gorgeous (we switched our cocktail hour to the Conservatory and breakfast to Le Jardin because of the weather) and I really cannot imagine it any other way! The getting ready areas are perfect, and the hotel rooms are newly renovated. Lastly, the grounds are GORGEOUS for photos--truly so many amazing backgrounds and options for beautiful photos. From one bride to another---have your wedding here--it is the BEST!!! THANK YOU PRH team!!

We recently had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River on 7/27/24 and we could not have asked for a better experience. After getting engaged in April of 2023, we had the daunting task of planning a traditional Indian wedding, reception and sangeet for 500 guests. From the very first inquiry, the Hilton Pearl River stood out to us and put us at ease. Abigail Rochford, the events manager at the Hilton, responded to our inquiry within a few hours and provided a very detailed / clear breakdown of what we were looking for. Any further questions we had were answered very promptly through email. It quickly became clear how responsive, accommodating, and flexible the venue was. We then visited the venue with our families and became even more impressed. The property itself is beautiful and we knew the hotel would provide a very comfortable stay for our guests. More importantly, Abbey and her staff were extremely warm and welcoming, and treated us like family from the very first meeting. Any questions my family had, Abbey was able to answer. She was also very well informed on our traditional Indian ceremonies and knew exactly how our event needed to be executed. After our meeting, we knew we didn't even need to tour any other venues. We booked our wedding with full confidence knowing we were in great hands with Abbey and her staff.

Fast forward to our wedding weekend and we were blown away by how smoothly our event went. Abbey and her staff truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success and that our guests were well taken care of. For example, we ran out of a unique component of our signature drink during our reception night that we ourselves provided to the venue. Rather than simply telling our guests the drink could not be made anymore, Abbey sent staff members to go buy more of what we needed right away. Furthermore, we were assigned our own personal staff member that stayed by our side to make sure we were hydrated and well fed all weekend. She even delivered food and dessert directly to our bridal suite! These are just a few examples that showed how unbelievable the service was with the Hilton during the whole wedding process. If there was anything we needed, Abbey and her staff were there to make it happen without any hesitation. They will truly put all their energy and effort into your event as if you are one of their own family members getting married. For these reasons, we highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River as a wedding venue. It was the best and easiest decision we made during wedding planning!
