We got so lucky finding this venue for our wedding in June 2024. The coordinator was amazing from start to finish. Our guests raved about the food we had at cocktail hour and the reception. Staff set up our decorations exactly how I envisioned for the ceremony and reception so it so I had one less thing to worry about. The price is perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank to make it happen.

I have been touch and goes and have lost 2 venues because of covid. White eagle his been great we booked them after 2months of staying in contact with them. they are very fairly priced too. The down deposit depends on your guest count so for us we gave them 250 for the down payment. We have around 125 on our guest list so you just times that by 2 then you have your down payment. The food is great and they are more than willing to work with you on the menu for the wedding too. I will post more later but definitely would Kalie and her team.

From the staff to the reception and to the venue, everything was perfect. My friends and family had such a great time and raved at how beautiful everything looked and how great the staff were. Kalie is the coordinator there and I have to say from day 1 she was helpful, easy to work with and very professional. She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful.

Our wedding at White Eagle was everything we dreamed it would be. Kalie is amazing to work with. She replied quickly to every email whether it was asking what color napkins are available or requesting ANOTHER room block listing. She met with us multiple times at our request and helped us figure out exactly how we wanted things to run. We asked for a space to host a light lunch before the wedding and they offered us the Delaware room. They had a solution to every question we asked! White Eagle has it down to a science. Kalie was there at every major moment of the night to help guide us, including wrangling the bridal party back together at the end of cocktail hour. Carly (sorry if I'm spelling that wrong) was also amazing during the wedding weekend. She was a tremendous help and always had a smile. I didn't want to give up on the idea of having an outdoor wedding and Kalie and Carly were extremely flexible and accommodating even though we did end up rained out with an indoor ceremony. They went and found the PERFECT arbor that actually was a better fit for our wedding than the one we had picked out! Everyone raved about the food, the stunning decor with the chandeliers, and the adorable cottages. Thank you so much for all that you did for us! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone searching! Also, renting the TePee room was so much fun and really added to the feel of a "weekend" wedding instead of 5 hours. If only we could get a time machine and relive the day over and over again :)

White Eagle Conference Center was a great place for my daughter's wedding. All of the staff were courteous, accommodating and worked to make it a great wedding. Having guests stay onsite meant we had a celebratory weekend, not just a few-hour event. They got married on a Sunday so that they could be married outdoors by the lake and use the large banquet hall. Kalie and her staff were always near by to help, yet totally unobtrusive. A good time was had by all, thanks to this wonderful venue. I have no more children needing weddings, but can see some family gatherings there in our future.

This was a beautiful place for a ceramony and we had a blast at our reception and it was affordable

I attended a wedding last month and was so impressed. The food was fantastic and the service was incredible. It was the.best I have seen. The staff worked very well together and made sure all the guests and wedding party had exactly what they needed. This was just the place I was looking for. I am now scheduled to have my wedding there july of next year.

I am writing this review as the Mother of a future bride. Our daughter is planning her wedding @ White Eagle for Aug. 8, 2015. We went to the White Eagle for the first time on April 6,2013 for our nieces wedding there. We were so impressed with everything that weekend. The staff are very friendly, professional, & helpful. The cottage that we stayed in was very clean & added to the pleasure of the weekend. The food at reception was great. The way staff handled every situation at wedding & reception was fantastic!! So looking forward to another superb weekend @ White Eagle & for the memories that will be made for our daughters wedding!!!

Will and the staff at White Eagle made our wedding exactly what we dreamed about. They work so hard to make your day effortless so that your only worry is having a blast! White Eagle is a perfect spot to pick for your special day. We had our rehearsal dinner there, stayed the night in the great cabins they have available. Then the next day we had the ceremony and reception in the Appley Center and to end the night we had our after party right near where the cabins are. I heard nothing but amazing things from all of my guests about how wonderful everything was. The food is amazing, and I had Will next to me the whole night making sure I had a full drink in my hand at all times! I am so happy we chose the White Eagle. I am in a wedding at the White Eagle next year and I can't wait to go back there!! :)
