Have you ever tried to plan a wedding during a global pandemic? We did, and thanks to Ginny it ended up being the most amazing day of our lives! From the very first day that we met with her, Ginny was excited for us, immediately started investing in our vision for the day, and had the organizational skills to make it happen. It is obvious that she has the experience of planning many weddings, since she was able to guide us on things that we hadn’t even thought of. Ginny and Chef Mitch are a perfect pair! From the food choices, to the timeline for the night, everything was planned out in advance and went off without a hitch. Her staff was well trained and thoughtful, even providing non-alcoholic toasts for specific guests. The food was incredible, making it difficult to narrow down the choices for our meals. The grounds and scenery provide the perfect backdrop for pictures that will last a lifetime. Throughout the ever changing Covid19 restrictions, Ginny kept us up-to-date as soon as she heard anything. She was willing to modify or postpone our event, if we wanted to, to make sure that we had our dream wedding. Her flexibility and communication throughout the process was exceptional.

Kathy and the entirety of the Glenora staff made our special day perfect. Not only did we have a bit of a unique wedding, but we also had to call an audible the day-of due to inclement weather. Kathy and the staff were so amazing and flexible, and they worked tirelessly to make sure that our wedding still went off without a hitch. The venue itself is breathtaking and almost looks surreal. The views will make for some of the best pictures we could ask for. The food was outstanding and drew compliments from all of our guests. All of the rooms were clean and cozy, and the cottage we stayed in was the perfect place to prepare for our big day. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff, venue, and food was and I would recommend Glenora to anyone to make their wedding day truly special!

We are so happy we found Flatt Rock for our June 2025 wedding. We knew we wanted a vineyard or brewery vibe, but after viewing a few other places we worried about inclement weather. Flatt Rock's View is a new building built with weddings in mind. With doors on both sides to allow for a breeze, AC and heat, as well as a stunning view of Seneca Lake, we felt comfortable being able to enjoy the outside views and inside comforts. Ann, the coordinator, was wonderful to work with. The bartenders were sociable and skillful and really interacted with our guests and they did a wonderful job with our signature cocktails. If we could do it again, we would. Flatt Rock gave us the flexibility to make the day uniquly ours and not be cookie cutter.

Strigo Vineyard -The Pavilion I recently hosted my parents' 50th anniversary party at the Strigo Vineyard Pavilion, and it was absolutely magical. The vineyard itself is stunning, and the Pavilion’s floor-to-ceiling views are simply breathtaking. As the sun began to set, the venue opened its expansive sliding doors, allowing the cool, refreshing evening breeze to drift in. The chandeliers cast a warm, elegant glow, perfectly setting the tone for a sophisticated evening. With the gorgeous vineyard views and the stylish atmosphere, my parents’ celebration truly felt like a second wedding. The Pavilion: The catering was phenomenal—delicious food, beautifully presented, and served by an attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly staff. Our event coordinator was a dream to work with—responsive, organized, and proactive. She even reminded me of details I would have otherwise forgotten. On the big day, everything was set up early and perfectly, allowing me to fully enjoy the celebration without lifting a finger. The wine selection was also a huge hit with guests—especially my personal favorite, Vision. I loved it so much that I went back the next day to stock up for myself and to purchase bottles as thank-you gifts for family members who helped with the event. The Farmhouse Airbnb We stayed at the on-site Farmhouse Airbnb, which was just as wonderful as the venue itself. The home is charming, spacious, and beautifully decorated—think Joanna Gaines style meets vineyard charm. With plenty of bathrooms, it was easy for everyone to get ready. I especially loved working from the wrap-around porch in the mornings, taking in the fresh air. We enjoyed morning coffee together on the porch, ordered Dinosaur BBQ (a local favorite) via Uber Eats, and even had groceries delivered—so convenient. The Tasting Room The night before the big celebration, we gathered with a few friends in the Tasting Room. It had a relaxed, inviting vibe, an excellent wine selection, and friendly, knowledgeable staff who made the evening extra special. From start to finish, Strigo Vineyards delivered an unforgettable experience. Between the gorgeous Pavilion, incredible staff, delicious food, and exceptional wine, it was the perfect setting for such a milestone celebration. I can’t recommend it enough for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays—or any event worth celebrating in style.

As soon as I pulled up to the vineyard, I knew this is where I wanted to have my reception. The whole team was amazing. The food and drinks were incredible and the service was top notch! We loved every aspect of our time at the vineyard.

the Apple Station was a beautiful spot for my daughter's wedding. The building accommodates up to 250 people. We were able to decorate the day before and tear down the day after...what a blessing to not feel rushed and frazzled for this big event. Because the owners put so much thought into designing their space we had plenty of room for separate areas for the bar and hors d'oeuvres, cake and gift area without people clumping up and being in the way of each other. Plenty or room for DJ and dance area also. While it is more or a rustic themed building we did not have that theme for the wedding. We had a star theme and dressed the place up more fancy and it still looked absolutely fantastic! Another thing we REALLY appreciated was the fact that the ceilings are metal, so all our decorations went up using magnets...it was so easy! While we did not need the kitchen for our caterers, there is a large kitchen that can be used for an extra fee, but it is at a very reasonable price. They also have place settings available for rent as well as access to a very reasonable table linen vendor. We used the Downtown Deli in Seneca Falls as our caterer. VERY reasonable prices, the food was DELICIOUS and Ann was excellent to work with. I also cannot say enough about the proprietors, Kathy and Bob and their daughter. They are such kind and accommodating individuals What a joy to work with them. We felt like we were being treated as family. This may be a less known wedding venue, but I've now let you in on this secret! Once word gets out I think they will be very busy!

We loved having our reception at Owera! Bailey (our wedding coordinator) was so helpful to us throughout the whole process. She made the process so much easier for us and coordinated with all our vendors. The venue was set up and decorated beautifully. We definitely recommend Owera!

Beautiful setting, exactly the look we were going for, for our low key, relaxed, rustic country wedding. Everyone was great to work with, especially since we live across country. Only thing I would recommend is getting more fans to circulate air flow. We are from Florida, so we are use to heat, but guest from NY were getting toasty. Otherwise a great venue!

Spend some time on site and take time to speak with Michael. He and the staff are excellent to work with and will do a fantastic job of putting you at ease about the planning process.
