Wedding of our dreams
Ginny and Chef Mitch are a perfect pair! From the food choices, to the timeline for the night, everything was planned out in advance and went off without a hitch. Her staff was well trained and thoughtful, even providing non-alcoholic toasts for specific guests. The food was incredible, making it difficult to narrow down the choices for our meals. The grounds and scenery provide the perfect backdrop for pictures that will last a lifetime.
Throughout the ever changing Covid19 restrictions, Ginny kept us up-to-date as soon as she heard anything. She was willing to modify or postpone our event, if we wanted to, to make sure that we had our dream wedding. Her flexibility and communication throughout the process was exceptional.
