The staff made us feel comfortable, special, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire planning process. Our Maitre D ensured the day was flawless and seamless, and the bridal attendants anticipated every need before I even had to ask.
The food was unbelievable. My guests and I are still talking about the flavors, quality, and endless variety days later. The Viennese Hour is an absolute must—it’s a full showstopper.

Mike (Sales Manager) – Mike was incredible from day one. I probably reached out to him more times than I should have, but he was always patient, helpful, and honest. His advice and support made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
Omar (Maître D’) – Omar was the best! He kept everything running on time and made sure my wife and I had everything we needed all night. Some of my groomsmen were being a little too needy, but Omar handled it all with patience and professionalism. He really held it down and kept everything under control. I can’t thank him enough.
Abigail & Melissa (Bridal Attendants) – Abigail and Melissa were my wife’s bridal attendants, and they were amazing! They made sure her dress and veil looked perfect and were so attentive the entire day. On top of that, they know how to have fun. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do while still keeping everything professional and on point.
The entire team was outstanding. Their coordination and attention to detail made the evening run flawlessly. Jericho Terrace also simplifies the planning process with excellent vendor showcases and trusted recommendations.
If you want a venue that really cares and goes the extra mile, Jericho Terrace is the one. Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect. It was everything we hoped for and something we’ll never forget, and the food alone is worth celebrating.

My only negative comment about this place was the clean up and return of my items.
- my veil was removed by the bridal attendants and I left it there. However upon returns of my items it was balled up
- I was missing items some were found others “missing”
- during the pictures my veil was literally run over because they did not close off the parking lot
Other than that Raul made sure I always had everything I needed and Elizabeth was AMAZING she was so attentive!
